Very disappointed in this store. Was shopping in there today and came across a rack that had a sale sign which read 2 for $35, keep in mind this sign was placed on the rack and was double sided. So it made it look as if the whole rack was on sale. When I got to the register they told me the price and it didn’t seem right so I asked and they said that the sign only applies to one side of the rack. Although the sign did not make that clear. So I said okay and just went along with it. As I was walking out all the buckle employees gathered in a circle and started talking and it was very clear they were talking about me. I turned and looked once I had walked out of the store and they were all staring. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and the misleading sale signs and the way the employees acted. If I didn’t like the fit of the clothes I was buying I would have just left. Thank you Kylie for your lack of customer service and to your manager for her snarky comments and glaring eyes.

My Husband and I love this place the high end jeans are amazing don't let the prices bother you the clothes here is well made and if your looking to wear something to turn heads shop no further this is the place. We love our rock revival jeans. And a big thank you to London who helped us she deserves a promotion for her experience and knowledge of the merchandise in this store

Terrible service i went in with my family and the girls were rude i understand that alot people tend to steal from stores so usually i am understanding when my family and i are being watched but it has been 3 times that i have gone there and every single time they watch as if i am going to steal when they literally have seen me buying everything they literally called security and the cashier was being hostile towards us i feel like me being hispanic makes them act hostile towards my family and i. My family and i have decided we will no longer shop there until there is a change done

Carson was amazing! Ive been looking for a specific pair of jeans, and literally went in every single store in the mall. Just had no luck. Went into Buckle for the first time, and I will definitely be back! From the second i stepped in the door, i felt welcomed. Carson helped me find 2 adorable pairs of jeans that fit perfectly! The girls working there are so sweet! The quality of the jeans are great! Definitely get what your paying for!!

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.

The young lady was helpful and knew what they had, where it was and knew what size I would probably wear. Clothing is a bit more expensive but so far the jeans I bought have been great.
