Very Super Duper SLOW courier service. 16-Nov-2018 already inbound to Kampar, called three times to GDEX customer service to follow up then only go out deliver on 22-Nov. What a shame as a courier company !!!

GDex kampar is the WORST courier service in Kampar. Always short of staff, inexperienced staff. Always have to wait for HOURS TO SEND A PRODUCT.

Contacted me twice to collect a parcel from the office, while they refused to send it to the address given. Different reasons given both times: 1) no one was at the location; 2) someone at the location rejected the parcel. How funny it is when the address given is a company that they send parcels to almost every day?

So disappointed at Gdex Kampar. My item was out for delivery from KL station to Kampar station at 21th March , 22th March arrived.Kampar station was sent out my item at 28th March morning and the system showed that my item was undeliverable and back to Kampar station in the same day. I track my item and wait in my house whole day but still didn't get eithet the call from they staff or saw the espress car . My information is correct . But why it can be undeliverable ? My item urgent use at 30th March morning . So who can be responsible for?

My seller use GDex to deliver fresh meat to me, and should be receive after the day sent, but I received it 2 days late. I asked the outlet officer and she told me that lack of workforce, they can only send to particular area per day and other grandma story. Then I decided to take the parcel myself and what i found is all the meat spoiled. We chose you because we trusted, because you claimed yourself as express, don't disappointed customer again, please change a more polite officer, tell us the solution not excuses.

My parcel was arrived at kampar facility on last Friday (15 May) today is 20May No people answer call also even I called few times! Please be responsible if you are really want to provide services to your customers!

Deserve zero star at all, display delivered in fact I receive nothing and office is like no one operating, never receive call at all

This is by far the most lousy branch of Gdex .. Call no one pick up even though items already arrived 2 days but no delivery.. Poor service, could bother, totally disappointing.. Better go for other brand.. zero star..

my parcel go round and round take more than 4 days when should 2 days already receive.

If you don't know how to manage a logistic service then u can just closed down your shop instead of unprofessional service. I highly not recommend this gdex kampar branch. Worst experience ever

Bought tv on 12.12 sale, Tv reach Kampar Gdex on 16th Dec , until19th Dec no delivery made, when call they said since box is huge no lorry to deliver. Paid Rm65 for courier to deliver but end up collecting by myself. Poor service and no Transparent answer. They can even update the tracking system as parcel delivered and not self collected.

Poor customer service. Rude to customer. Not willing to deliver parcel even though it's a street away. Would not recommend to other users

Slow Service. I arrange for Pick at 10.30am end up they told me around 5.00pm - 6.00pm will come over for pick-up

One star for GDEX delivery department , 5 star for the admin staff. Love the Staff call Hanis. So responsible and peramah. Well done n keep going Hanis.
