This is the modern and best semiD Muslim homestay. Why? Coz its near the Parit Raja town. Haji Esmon is very humble and kind to us. 2 aircond room and 1 fan room. Comfy living room and my AAA complement is the kitchen with gas stove and so many wok and pot to choose from. Yeah, u can cook here. Got blender too. Feel likes at home.... (P/s: car parking is under the homestay porch.)

The owner is so friendly & he provided great hospitality too! He lives just right next to the homestay that we stayed at. The homestay is in good condition and it is super clean and tidy. It also has aircond in the bedrooms. The homestay are equipped with free WiFi with great speed! I've tested it on Youtube with max resolution (1080p60). The videos played smoothly without buffering. The TV's are functioning well except it's an old model but hey who watches TV this days? The fridge are filled with fast drinks and mineral waters (not FOC) which I find odds and nice at the same time! All in all, this is a great place for you stay at especially with your family & friends👍. I'd give it 5 stars 🌟.

So far best homestay at affordable price i ever experienced , i bring my whole hockey team and take 4 house , they also prepare bbq equipment and the homestay is near with supermarket . Got wifi and pc in every house.. very nice place to stay

The owner offered very good hospitality. Rooms are condusive. They even filled up the fridge with beverages and frozen kuih (not FOC).

The house is very comfortable.nice environment to stay with family.however the airconditioner is quite dissappointing bcos its not cooling the room Maybe need some maintenance
