bad staff service. bad and stiff, uncomfortable chair. 3D is not worth it. came into the hall on time, but the screen is not playing anything. 40mins in and not a single staff that checks if the screen is playing or not. i went out finally and had to go to the concession area bcs no staff on standby. refunded by cash eventho i bought tickets through online banking. will not come again.

Good effort from GSC to take over from MBO. All the facilities are still there, popcorn is nice, staffs were friendly. We got free small cups of popcorn 😊 Thank you, so we doesn’t need to go to the Mid Valley JB for play hall after this. But of course, play hall in JB much more big but thats ok

The movie couldn't be played and need to wait in line to get refunded the ticket money at the end. Wasted time waiting for more than an hour without any explanation, and wasted money for buying popcorn drinks. Very poor service, first and last time going 👎

Should improve on your system... Can not pay by card at f&b bcause company doesnt provide receipt paper for card machine.. really?????

There is room for improvement. A nice cinema location with Play hall, suitable for parents with small kids.

The worst seat ever. Not very comfortable for long hours movie. Food is great tho
