I personally prefer this branch than others branch in Batu Pahat. Although they were using the same receipe since was franchise, however you gonna try this branch fried chicken, somehow their friend chicken was superb delicious. Highly recommend for those who haven't try their fried chicken.

Awesome easy to get there even though to catch Grab service in Batu Pahat is crazy like hell to many rubbish excuse from Grab driver to decline all Grab call service .

What is the point of having an option for self-pickup but still need to wait for more than 30 mins. Alasan: ayam habis. But I made the order roughly 1 hour prior the order scheduled time. Bukannya 10 minit nak sampai baru order. The staff also handled the issue very badly. Not even a sincere apology given despite the lateness that was displayed.

Best fried chicken in town

Nice food poor service. Long queue with slow preparation on the counter. No Air-conditioner during Ramadan. Check with the staff and she simply ignore us with bad attitude eye look. Just wondering other dine in customer not consider as customer too?

Food: The meat is tender, while the outer layer is fried crisply. Much better than other outlets. Service: Extremely slow. Whole outlet manned by 2 counter staff, and took me 15 mins waiting time, though only 2 customers in front of me. Hygiene: The staffs there constantly moving around to clean the tables. However, the "cleaned" tables still got food residues on it. Ambience: Quite noisy. Some customers were talking among themselves, while some talking over the phone with very loud tone. The staff did not approach those disturbing customers to ask them tone down. Not recommended if u want to have a peaceful time with your meal.

Definitely the best tasting KFC in Batu Pahat.

The service was overall good but the food is getting worse nowadays. The chicken seemed to be yesterday's chicken, everything did not seem as hot and fresh out from the oven. and the mashed potato, it tasted very different and it looked yellowish than it should be hence the rating i gave.

pack isn't an issue for me... the point is the staff can't handle the situation while the services by the restaurant very poorly... why bother open a self pick up option if you can't handle the order between walk in/ pick up and delivery customers... they cannot even prioritize the order that already made by self pick up customer not to mention already paid... after all the walk in customer calm down only then the self pick up customer order will be proceed (as in picture) ... conclusion need to wait almost 2 hours for pick up the order that already made half and hour earlier..

The first Kentucky Fried Chicken in Batu Pahat. Actually before this franchise outlet the earliest one is in Jalan Rahmat, Batu Pahat, Johor. At the time I was to work with KFC in Jalan Rahmat. It was 40 years ago and later on they moved to this site in Jalan Rugayah. I refused to work with KFC in Jalan Rahmat due to I was still in school. I was 17 years old then. I always eat here KFC Jalan Rugayah. I also always buy home. This place is already 37 years old. At one time the manager invited me to work for them. That was 35 years ago. This is a franchise business and followed the promotions given by the KFC head office in Johor Bahru, Johor. The rules and regulations and procedures and policies are in the same agreement with the Head Office in Johor Bahru. The service is good, polite, friendly, fast and very straightforward service. But the crews are to follow the strict rules. The business is good and and the business hours are the same with other Franchises KFC stores in Johor, Malaysia. I love to dine in here for the place is tidy and easy service. And sometimes I takeaway in here too because it is convenient. The taxi and bus station is a walk away. KFC fried chicken is finger licking good! KFC Jalan Rugayah thank you! Happy National Day! 📈

Staff should be more polite and smile when take order. Twice i went there but no smile on their face. Maybe i'm indian thatswhy they couldn't smile i think😄

Take away. Service is good. Sop is here and there. Toilet is clean. Make up is good even the eyebrows is draw nicely. Marvelous...
