Pizza Hut Bukit Pasir is the best franchise store in the world. The crews are professional and well talented because they have to follow the strict standards. The place always makes customers happier because they are trained to make customers happy. The pizza is excellent quality and tastes excellent and better. The glass for iced drinks is very big size. And cups for hot drinks is also very big. The plates for pizza is ceramic and beautiful. The pizza is served in a big pen with a unique spade. Real hot crispy pizza from the oven. With the best cheese in the world. The mushrooms soups is carefully served with a beautiful porcelain bowls. The garlic bread taste wonderful. Hot and soft. The shop is 4 storeys high. Upstairs is for dining. In front of the family restaurant is a KFC restaurant. The Pizza Hut kitchen is on the ground floor. They have deliver service for takeaway. The worker is very helpfull and friendly, you can ask how to order thru qr code website if you don't know and they will help you.

The dining place were at the 1st floor, which give it a very nice view while eating. Was also quite spacious, the stairs were slippery at the time of review, 7/10 would go again

Good experience here. One of the first pizza place in Malaysia. Good for personal or family. Paying with e wallet is a breeze here, one of the options though, other than cash or card.

Only their wings were good, their spaghetti was just meh. Oh their meatballs are also just edible. The pizza there is just bad, too greasy and the seasoning was just not up to standards. It's funny because it's a pizza place but there pizza was just not good.

Service too slow. Took one hour just to get the order.

I have visited this shop on 29 Oct 2022 (Around 9.40pm to 10.10pm） The staff (Female staff wear spectacles and dark green mask) stand in counter there to served walk in customer, She wasn't patience while customer consideration for the order. Beyond that, she also have insulted customer, and haven't concerns other customer and straight away said in front of them (Bodoh sial, kenapa hari ini saya punya customer semua tak ade otak) I had felt disrespectful and extremely irritating for her rude and surly service attitude.

Large portion and the chezzy veggie lover pizza tastes so scrumptious 😋 The mushroom soup is my fav 👍
