It was surreal.. but most of all, their nyonya cuisines were second to none, first class in taste, flavor, and presentation. I was one of the lucky ones to be served with an ice coffee bear 🐻 (just look at the photos).. wow! The signature nyonya laksa was exquisite. They didn't use any shortcuts in preparing this dish! Just like my granny did! It really reminded me of her.. Next time, we're going to try Sotong Nakal and Asam Pedas Nenas Ikan Pari.. nyonya style, of course! It's worth the trip all the way from KL.. definitely!

I happened to notice this cafe by accident. It was raining and I and my friend were looking for the nearest eatery and somehow we stumbled upon this cafe. the weather was breezy and cold, but a hot cup of coffee keeps me warm. the coffee tastes really good and nostalgic, like the ones i used to have with my grandparents. the food was beyond my expectations. the laksa nyonya broth was amazing, i can never forget how savoury it tasted. the broth was packed with a punchy flavour. and the kaya toast + half-boiled egg combo tasted great too! i’d definitely come here again someday.

We ordered: Happy Mix Tempura Fish & Chicken Chop set, Nyonya sweet and spicy pineapple asam fish with white rice, and Nyonya sotong nakal with Hainanese rice. The fish and chicken chop meal came with French fries and some coleslaw. The fries were crispy and good. However, fish wasn't fresh from appearance, smell and taste. The fish's batter tasted similar to fish fingers frozen batter. The chicken chop was just average. As for Nyonya sotong, I couldn't distinguish sambal sauce sotong base from this supposedly Nyonya sotong. The Hainanese rice tasted like plain rice cooked with chicken stock (i.e., not Hainanese). Finally, asam fish also didn't taste like Nyonya's cooking, i.e., complex sauce, spice and aroma. The asam sauce was too plain. This asam fish wasn't spicy and the portion was small. We noticed that all our dishes were not hot (temperature). The menu is quite pricey for below average standards. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Love the Thai spicy Tom yam spaghetti! The tomyam taste really delicious but it’s slightly spicy but taste really good! My colleague said the nasi lemak burger taste good as well.
