Landmark Hotel is not bad, it was my second stay there. Both times at different rooms but the same issue - they really need to do some serious scrubbing in the bathroom. Look at their toilet bowl. Disgusting, right? The wall tiles at shower area also needs scrubbing. Please seriously improve on this.

I would say Landmark is one of the reasonable price hotel in Batu Pahat with that kind of services and condition ✅ Been to Batu Pahat every weeks and this is one of the most reasonable hotel 👍🏽 This hotel is clean, wifi is good, bed is clean, tv is good. Downside of this hotel is the sound proofing level kinda bad ✅

This is the best Chinese hotel with the best Western food I have tasted in Malaysia outside of kl. The Japanese is not fresh. The western is very good. Chicken chop and Fish and chips. Could not try the other's because not available due to supply. Breakfast is horrible. Overall not bad because of the western food and beer plus their prices.

Located in the old town area. Building may look old but rooms have been renovated. However can hear the street traffic in the room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Outdoor parking available within the hotel premises. It has 2 lifts, the lifts are old now thus abit slow.

Updated: Price increased recently unjustifiable. There are plenty of better hotels of similar range. Not sure how hotel management position themselves against compset. Decent hotel, rooms were well furnished but maintenance & cleanliness need improvement. Friendly staff an added advantage.

Rooms are affordable, cleanliness is acceptable. Location is good, near to foodcourt, banks... etc. Parking is limited. Breakfast is okay. All the receptionists and workers are friendly

Very poor soundproof , loud motorbike noise and it’s like sleeping next to the road . Housekeeping chit chatting and making hell of a noise at the corridor early in the morning . Avoid this hotel .

The room is spacious! Location is right in the town.

Excellent reception. Good location. Limited parking available. Rooms are clean and sufficiently well equipped with thoughtful details like tissue paper and toothbrush/toothpaste. Comfortable mattress. Good value for the price. Negative points: Hot water was not hot enough even when not mixed. Because of not mixing with cold water, flow rate was quite poor. Shower curtain was rather short resulting in the floor outside the shower stall getting wet. At least one of the pillows should have been softer. Air conditioner blower was too strong even at the lowest setting.

The price of the room is reasonable, the service from the front desk staff is very friendly, it is easier if the existing cafe provides food for breakfast for hotel users

I have a bad experienced during my stay. I didnt expect that there’s no hose pipe in the toilet and had to use the shower instead. The price doesnt match with the facilities that they provided such as the hose pipe and air conditioner that doesnt work well. After all, the service and staff are all very helpful to our request.

I went to their cafe. The price are a little bit pricey but the food are awesome, super tasty. Worth every cents. You can walk in or make a reservation for their cafe. The staffs are helpful as well!

The room for family is spacious,clean and cozy. Almost complete amenities. Didn't try the breakfast yet. The location is strategic. Thanks for the best room. Lost my watch here but the staff was sincere ,found it and handed to me safely. tq for such a great experience

Looks like a budget hotel but don’t let the appearance deceive you. The service provided was beyond my expectations. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff were polite and friendly. Wifi was OK, can be further improved as sometimes the connection was not stable and I got disconnected. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with just the right variety of food. What I like most about this hotel is the wide range of food available on their room service menu. They serve everything from local cuisine to Western to Japanese. They even have my favourite Pukka teas on the beverage menu.

Exceptional food! I love their salmon soup with Japanese rice! Their sushi is also excellent! Their fruit juice is delicious. This place is highly recommended to eat quality food! Worth every penny!

Chose this hotel because they stated at Agoda got breakfast. (not many hotels have breakfast during MCO) When arrived, staff said no breakfast included, their restaurant will open only at 11am. What the? Have some arguments, and finally they paid RM40 from our dinner. We had Japanese food for dinner, not so much available, their reason is not concrete enough. The food was... just fine. Luckily the room is cozy and comfortable, though we got tissue box that already soaked with water. The room also clean, so no worries letting my child play on the floor. The staffs at the restaurant is very helpful.

They follow strict social distancing SOPs which is important to their customers and staffs. A variety of choice from chinese, local, western and Japanese menu. Food is delicious and staffs are friendly and polite. During this period, there are promotions for take aways.

Went here to have lunch with my friends. Nice food.
