Pantai Minyak beku change so much. Nowadays have a port fishing, camping site,playground and etc. More relax environment this time. Clean and good vibe for family and children. I love it.... but my suggestion avoid late evening and holiday because of jammed and no parking ended up with return back.

Beach with beautiful seaview facing the Selat Melaka. Spot for strolling and relaxing but not suitable for water activities. Visitors are encourage to bring back their own trash in order to maintain cleanliness of the beach.

I would like to give a 3.5. It is absolutely a great spot for a quick evening go to place. But suggestion is to take a photo of great view, and leave. Not well maintained nor managed place, full of death fishes, wasted food, dustbin on the floor, everywhere. Very dirty. Very smelly, anywhere flies as well as worms. There was a spot for photo but unfortunately it mostly sat by malay young friends, and having drink/eat and smoking there. Hence, can’t really take photo at that spot. However, absolutely a great view.

One of the nice places you can go if u are in Batu Pahat..may be after u eat nasi briyani☺️. Such a nice sea view here.

Nice place to relax and watch sunset especially with family. Activity walking strolling by the side beach, fishing and kids may play at the playground near by. Not much of activities to do hopefully MBBP can enhance the area more and add more attraction to the place.

It's a nice place for a beautiful view of the Straits of Malacca. Sadly, not advisable to take a swim but there are short beaches for you to soak your feet and the children can play in the sand. When we were there, there are families who pitch tents, but I am not sure if there is a need for bookings or permits for this activity. If you are visiting on weekend or holiday. Be aware of an influx of visitors during this period. There is also a historical site of a well constructed by chiselling stone to the ground which was made by fleeing Siamese soldiers in the 14th century. Nothing grand but a good-to-know how the town of Batu Pahat got its name. A few eateries are available, much more during weekends & public holidays with food trucks joining in to provide more varieties of food for a food galore. You may need to arrange your own to & fro transport if you don't have a vehicles.

Pantai minyak beku has an improvement rather than 10 years ago. The view is beautiful especially during sunsets. Really recommended for photogenic person 😉. There also stalls selling food nearby, so don't worry be happy enjoy the view. But suggestions to go is during sunset or sunrise. Other than that just normal view of Minyak Beku beach. But for the water not recommend for bath because the condition of the water not too clean 😅

Kudos to Batu Pahat Municipal for upgrading this place into a very nice recreational place complete with eatery and playground. Unfortunately the playground was already broken caused by vandalism. I hope they fix it a.s.a.p. The water of the beach is blue and clear, so beautiful ❤️❤️❤️ I just love it.

it stil remain the same since childhood .I used to go here a lot for my birthday but honestly now it doesn't really feel the same.Theres isnt much food stalls only one or two,and less stalls selling toys etc.Theres new improvements such as the alphabet and others.

Watching sunset here is a must. Can see people passing time with activities such as fishing and testing toy car run by petrol ( as told by my other half ). The sea was high and yes the sound of waves beating the rocks and sand.. mesmerising.. peace ... especially when you are with someone who loves you😉

It suitable to bring family and friend to take a chill and feel the breeze from the sea. Good spot to take a picture. Besides, this place include as historical place at batu pahat. Worth it. Will come back later if has time.

On weekends many anglers come to have fun with their families. be careful with those who bring children along. Stalls, parking and toilet also available. Please keep clean.

A delightfully beautiful place for a family visit, with improved amenities and refreshment outlets. It's a wonderfully 'sculptured' beach design, much improved from the basic beach view that I visited some time ago. The beach space has at least quadrupled with an on-going camping site being built which should encourage the younger generation to appreciate the beauty of nature, bravo to the municipality on this forsightful enterprise.👍👍👍

A great place for family to enjoy this newly develop sea side. Allowed to walk from east to west about 1km long. This place can see some people fishing. But be remimder, this sea side cannot swimming as you want because inside the water have jelly fish. Also have path can reach the top to see the panaroma of this Pantai Minyak Beku.

This place has improved over the years with an expanded tarmac parking, food stalls, more gazebos, a walking path and a quasi jetty for folks to fish from. Quite serene as the Batu Pahat river pours out to sea here. It is a bit of distance away from town. Not suitable for swimming but good for picnicking and social fishing.

Nice place to visit coz it's a beach but no sand, it's stone/rock. Sadly, selling goods are not allowed and there's no cabin or hut that can be a place to rest. Toilet also far from the parking lot.

Beautiful place to hang out if you are around Batu Pahat. Stunning view with lots of places to seat and just enjoy the moment. There were food places available if you're hungry, with variety of options to select from. A public toilet was available too, just in case. All in all a great place to hang out, worth the 15 minutes drive from the town of Batu Pahat.

A great place to watch the sunset if you are in batu pahat district.. The wind was very strong when i was here.. Kebersihan not bad la.. Ada food truck and gerai makan.. This place can really be crowded during it's peak hour..

We went for a short walk at the beach before lunch. The beach is relatively clean tho I hope the water could be clearer and bluer. The photo turns out nicer than what we saw with our eyes. The public toilet is closed probably due to Puasa month, which is quite inconvenient.

A real refreshing ambience and fresh air away from the bustling town, there are several minimarts nearby to get bubble blowers and food. Though there are limited seating around it is a great place to just lay your mat and have a picnic around

My first time coming here. A very serene and calming place to relax yourself. From far you can see the tall landmark before reaching the beach, the firehouse. During high tide in mornings, anglers come here to try their luck. We weren't so lucky though. At least we tried. Luckily, we met this local guy with his catch. Instead of using fishing rods, he used other method which was 'jala'. He caught quite drums of fish called 'belanak'. People were quite amazed on how he got his catch. My wife took the chance to buy a kilo of the fish. Fresh from the sea! Some may come here to get together with families and friends. Some riders may come here after a long journey of rides to catch up with some views and photo shoots. However, swimming is a no-no here. Maybe because of the depth I think. The authority even put a signage to warn visitors. Overall, I do like this place. We might come here again and try our luck once more.

i went there on 1/8/2020. free parking, there is a light house on the hill but not sure if it is accessible. nice spot for a sunset. fresh catches are being sold there. good insta worthy venue. if you enjoy fishing you may bring your fishing rod. its free. but make sure to bring back your own rubbish and do not litter. live a civilised life!
