With the budget price less than RM100, it's really worth it. The bed is comfy, aircond is cold enough till we adjusted to 26 celcius degree, water flow is strong and water heater is working fine, room is clean and have basic necessities except toothbrush and toothpaste. We requested a quiet room at the back of the hotel. But the partition is thin and we can hear people walking by, or coughing sound. Overall, it's worth to stay.

Please note that the following reviews are all in perspective of the commendable room rate of 150RM per night per triple room during CNY 2024: (btw hotel is name 888 Boutique Hotel) 1. Location is great, there are many food choices, pharmany, mini mart, Aeon shopping centre within walking distances. 2. Room and bed cleanliness are acceptable 3. Toilet cleanliness is good. shower is with the same space as toilet but toilet is big, so ok 4. Aircon is working but a bit nosy 5. Within room, 2 bottles of distilled water are provided and there is a water dispenser next to lift 6. wall is think so can hear people talking in the corridor 7. in front of hotel are trees which are also hotel for thousand of birds so after a day out they came home and chit chat about the day's encounter, so can be nosy. in the early morning like 6am when they leave for work, they are also nosy. 8. room is small and barely enough for luggages 9. wifi is ok 10. power extension don't work 11. No daily room service Overall, for the price point, location and the overall acceptable cleanliness of room + toilet, i would recommend this hotel for short stay.

Decent hotel with clean rooms. We booked family deluxe room. Room is very small, barely enough space to move around for 2A2C. The space between bed and wall is enough for one small cabin luggage. The amenities are very basic, no shower screen, so the whole bathroom cum toilet would be wet after shower. There's a staircase and lift leading to rooms, but it it easily accessible, so try not to keep valuables in the room. There's a water dispenser outside near to lift lobby which is good. For light sleepers, do note that the row of trees outside the hotel are home to hundreds if not thousands of birds, so it can get really noisy, between 7pm to 9pm, and 4am to 9am. The noise is very audible even though the window is closed. Booking directly for free breakfast, but booking on some sites may be cheaper. Breakfast looked like simple fare.

a.) Room was not exactly clean, bed sheets were having stains. b.) Customer service was horrible. c.) Toilet had the smell of piss, clearly not very clean. d.) Very little soundproofing. e.) No room-cleaning despite staying for 2 nights ; Asked for towels and reception said no extra towels left, I mean, we stayed for 2 nights, and the fact that there were no new towels from no room-cleaning, and only after we complaint that this was not fair, ONLY we get the new towels. f.) On the first night, me and my brother wanted to talk within the dining area at ground floor. The staffs rejected me and said no common area to talk. This is so weird.

Rooms and toilet are clean. Bedsheets are clean. Instant shower water pressure is good. No hot water kettle in the room. Water dispenser is provided at the lift lobby. Hair dryer is provided on request. However some maintenance is required on the bidet as it is constantly leaking. One grouse is that when the key card is removed all socket power is disconnected as well. So cannot leave phone or other device for charging when gone out. Also key cards for the rooms are labelled with the room no making this risky if the key card is lost. Parking is on public road.

Comfortable hotel, stayed in room 201 and on our first night experienced hose (bidet) detached from the pipe and leaking shower. However, maintenance guy (great and friendly guy by the way) came shortly after we called and fixed them. Overall satisfied with everything. Thank you.

Nice & clean room but the room size is a bit small for 3 adults accodomation with 2 queen size bed units inside For location at Batu Pahat , Johor it's consider the room rates per night is a bit high (Rm178 per night) with no other facilities available such as swimming pool or gym

Booked standard room for 1 night. Cost MYR 90 for room with no view. Room as expected is small but ok and clean. Bed was comfy enough for me. Parking need to pay because it is a public parking but no to worry, the hotel guy will put the parking ticket on your car and ensure you got no trouble. Stay too short to check on the location.

Room is clean and tidy, they have WiFi but the connection not so strong but it is not a big deal, phone internet is working fine inside the building. They even put a parking coupon on my car's wind screen, this makes me feel they care about their customer. Overall, this hotel is worth to stay.

The service is so bad. I once check in this hotel. I got unfunctional aircond. And i ask for a new room, the receptionist simply drag the time till half an hour. I was waiting for half an hour just to get a new room with proper aircond ventilation. N the price for 1 room with 2 queen bed is rm93 including breakfast. However, on that day, the receptionist ask me to add on another rm5 to add on bteakfast. One more thing, this rm93 package including with free wifi. Sadly, i couldnt connect to the wifi. Got 1-2 bar wifi only. Even when i try to try google access, still ask for reconnection. Also i got 3 pimples growing on my face right after i slept on the bed. Im sure, the laundary service is bad too.For me, i wouldnt recommend u guys to check in this hotel as the service is so bad.

In-Room Wifi connection keep facing problems! Room floors r sticky! No hair dryer or shower cap! TV Channels only allows u to watch snow flakes!! The bed can fit my height.. but the blanket cant cover up to my chest!! Toilets r dirty and most important ~ there's this little small COCKROACHES in the toilet!!

Our room is triple bed, with 1 single and 1 queen. The room is too small to even put down our luggage and too little space for movement, but the price is consider high. So maybe they can lower the room rate by 30%, should be reasonable.

Bad wifi poor wifi. The room was dirty. So many dust under the bed.

Good location and decent room with value for money price. I took standard room which includes breakfast and parking. Cleanliness is soso as the floors were sticky. There is a brown bath towel provided which is in bad shape so i didnt use it. Parking is on a first come first served basis. So i parked further down the stretch. Check out timing is 12 noon.

To all driver don't worry bout parking coupon problem, just register your car and they hv some one running around time to time update the parking time, room is normal, clean and very very basic, best recommended

The room is worth the price. The bed are clean and comfortable and the shower is strong and have hot water. It have a good space to pray and kiblat direction too. Overall very satisfied and will come back. Good job.

Good choices of hotel for businesses accommodation and also travelers. Prices are reasonable. Receptionist are polite, friendly and helpfulness. Rooms/toilets are clean, so far okay, but need to put more effort into bugs problem. Plenty of parking spaces in front hotel.

No frills hotel, but it served us well. Room was a little on the small side but it is expected from the price. The bathroom is huge btw and everything is good! The staff was nice although we had to wait for more than 30 mins to check in (computer problem). They paid for our car's parking ticket every day for 4 days! Will come back to this place again.

In overall the hotel was comfortable. The room was clean but not that spacious..considering the type "family room". With the amenities such as cold and hot water dispenser, i believe it's still a decent place for a short stay. The staffs, however, have to seriously improved their friendliness.

Stayed there for 3 day 2 nights, booked two double single beds rooms. Problems: First day, one of our room's aircond started leaking water. Staff was kind and switched us to another room. However, the room door lock was broken and required several tries to unlock. At night around 8p.m, the room lock failed completely. Staff took about half an hour to unlock the door and switched us to a queen size bed room. After the first night, our second room aircond started leaking. However after turning up the temperature the issue was resolved. *TLDR, there is bad maintenance for the rooms What I like, - Huge, clean washroom is a big point - Comfortable and cozy beds - AMAZING staff service after all the issues we had. - Free Parking, staff will place parking coupons on your windscreen early in the morning for you. Another big point! Overall, a decent hotel to stay in.

Bed linen rupture ... Soundproofing is poor. The power supply of the plug is unstable. Clean and small with acceptable price .

Room is small for 2 pax but clean, breakfast provided, counter friendly, location nearby all is shop convenience & price reasonable.

All in all, its a good budget hotel to go to. The location is very strategic. The room and service is normal.

Extremely lots of Birds chirping during evening hours, horribly loud n scary, not recommended for stay in the room face the main entrance.

Everything was ok and nice. Staff friendly. But would like to suggest to provide mirror. I was stayed in VIP room but there are no mirror except in bathroom. So quite inconvenient when others family members need to use mirror to get ready but have to wait for mirror in bathroom after all of us done take a shower.

We check in at night, so far no problem. Hotel corridor got some smoke smell, luckily the room doesn't. The room is clean, looking quite new, facilities so far ok. Hair Dryer need to request with counter. The hotel got branded water filter machine in every level near to lift, so really comvinience for guests. Nearby got food stalls, groceries stores. Parking place is quite enough I think, and it's free for guests, only need to tell the car plate no.

The room somehow very humid. The smell of fungus in the room n the smell got in clothes n luggage bag, unpleasant smell.

Room is clean and neat but no windows. WiFi unusable in room due to router too far away.

Will not stay in this hotel anymore!!! The power trip keep on and off for 5 times during the morning I stay here. I complaint to reception, the girl doesnt know to respond just said "i dont know". i ask for maintenance, she said maintenance doesnt come yet. what a service!!!in the room no mirror only in toilet, and no tissue. The mug is dirty.

Pretty okay, stayed for one night to rest after 800km drive, the air-conditioning was making pretty annoying noises and the ventilation fan outside the room can be heard inside and it's very loud. Decent wifi.
