Good place to stay when in Batu Pahat. Stayed in their Twin Room for RM150+/night without breakfast since we wanted to try local kopitiams. I'd say it was worth it. The room was refurbished nicely and felt clean. We had a huge window overlooking a housing area which was okay for us. They provided amenities kit in the bathroom. Had an ironing set. Hairdryer. 2 extra pillows. Wireless chargers at both sides of bed. Good lighting. Room and bathroom were spacious too. All is well except for the fridge which doesn't cool. We didn't report it cause we stayed only for a night. TV channels were okay too. We ordered in from their cafe and they were delicious as well as generous on the portion. Overall was a good experience despite being skeptical at first due to previous bad reviews.

Room was spacious but the bed was sinking a bit in the middle. The bathroom was spacious but would be better with a proper shower screen rather than a shower curtain. There was a good selection of bathroom amenities provided in addition to the usual soap and shampoo such as toothbrushes, cotton buds and shower caps. The breakfast buffet was excellent everyday! There is free hotel parking in the basement but there is no lift access to the basement and there are about 5 steps into the lobby from the road side. You can get the bellhop to assist with bags at checkout but checking in can be a bit of a hassle with dropping off luggage unless you go to reception first and ask the bellhop to assist with the bags from the main entrance. These is no swimming pool.

Nice Hotel and Good Breakfast. We stayed in 2 interconnecting rooms. The rooms are considered spacious for the price that we paid. When we got close to this hotel, it looked like an old hotel. However, as soon as we entered, especially in the room, we were all quite surprised and happy. Clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. The breakfast is also affordable and has a variety of options. We love the hash brown and fried noodles. Great location too. Recommended! This photo is the sunrise view from our room.

The service was totally lousy. I doubt the previous reviews , it’s because it the previous reviews we read , we decided to stay in this hotel. Trust us guys - this hotel is totally horrible . We checked in at night after a long travelling day. The receptionist was a middle aged Malay guy- treated us very badly and was very rude . The rooms were dusty and the toilet was really bad . The rate was high and not worth of money we spend . We complained to the front desk - there were 2 girls in the next morning - they just replied many guest has complained and they can’t do anything . We requested them to escalate to their management -until today no reply hoze. May god bless this hotel . P/s : hotel management - please buck up - please don’t destroy batu pahat reputation esp for foreign tourist .

Cleanliness of room needs improvement. Dirty tables from previous user not cleaned, floor was very filty with dust & food debris. Toilet seat also not cleaned, towels stained. TV all local channels, nothing to watch. Good location, good view, spacious room, decent breakfast.

The room is very clean and comfy, though the design is a bit old. The staff is really friendly, and the breakfast buffet is really delicious. You can't judge a book by its cover. Although it doesn't look promising outside, the inside of the hotel is marvelous.

Beautiful place, well suited for a fancy modest occasion. The dishes are guaranteed to be clean and appetizing with a wide variety of cuisines. Perfect for eating with family or celebrating with friends. Customer friendly service with orderly staff attitude courteous serra respectful of visitors.

Everything was okay except the receptionist. I went here walk in, and this guy asked me ada apa? During my registration not even a single smile given by this ungrateful receptionist. Asked me my ic, i gave but he said cannot read my name because of plastic whatsoever (but actually can read clearly). I passed him my license, if he want to look at my identity, he said nak buat apa ni? I have travelled across Malaysia and oversea but he is the most worst receptionist i have ever met. I check in 1st sept 2022 at 1130pm. Will repeat stay here? NO.

The rooms are ok but bathroom is not good. Main problem is the water pressure at the sink is low and the water is only a little warm at the shower. Very noisy too due to thin walls. Other things are as per standard market. Nothing special.

stayed for 1 night. deluxe room, rather spacious but it is ok. aircond is manual by remote, but fully functioning. lighting is ok. toilet is a bit spacious. but the water heater are not functioning properly. room 702. kindly fix it. got bidet which is nice. Iron and iron board. extra hair dryer. breakfast is ok. parking spot is 1st come 1st serve basis.

Receptionist was not welcoming. Toilet was really smelly and got mould. When charging phone at socket, its really slow. Room was okay, only that the room without window was kinda dark. Got parking on basement but need to use stairs to the ground floor.

Superb buffet breakfast with wide choices, room is great with the improvement need for road outside noise. Overall worth the stay.

I didn't expect much as the exterior look same as any other hotel. But my goodness, the room is nice and more than what I expected. The service was excellent, but the food was top notch. The breakfast is just 20 ringgit with alot of choices of food. Even in 4 star hotel, they serve poorer food compare to this hotel. The staff was very nice although our family asked alot of things and yet they didn't complain 😅😅 And what unique about this hotel is that it provide a reading section with books! Which I enjoyed alot. Highly recommend if you want a getaway with nice staycation.

The rooms are dated. Really need a revamp. Aircon was noisy and not cold. TV is old and grainy. Toilet is satisfactory but also require major uplift. Breakfast is satisfactory and food variety is to be expected but its kept warm. The sambal chilli is great.

I stayed in this hotel because i had work here. My room 711 and facing the main road. Room and toilet clean and spacious. Provided basic amenities. King size bed and 4 pillows. But the pillows not really soft. This hotel opposite famous mee racun. At night, had burger stall outside the hotel. Nearby groceries shop and bank. All in walking distance. Room not sound proof. You can hear cars and motorcycles from main road. I guessed this hotel near hospital because i heard ambulance more than 5 times during my stayed. I loved the breakfast buffet. They served kuewteow, nasi ayam, soto, lontong, porridge, sandwich, bread and croissants, cereals, cakes and kuih. They also had varieties choice of biscuits. Free parking at basement. But not suitable for mpv. Because of the height and the parking space. If you parking outside, you need to display the parking coupon on your dashboard.

Foods are delicious mantap. Most importantly they provide a parking request for charging my car. Recommend for EV user to use their granny charger while sleep.

The bed so comfy, and the room is clean and spacious. I requested non-smoking room and no window room. It was connecting room to another room. Someone was smoking in the next room and our room smelled. Hope the management hotel can properly separate non smoking room in separate floor. Overall, i love the environment and the room.

For Rm 20 nett breakfast, the varieties offered is alot and the food is nice. Very easy to spot this hotel. Would come back again if in batu pahat!

Overall okay for a business trip. Surprisingly the bed is good for a cheap hotel like this. Quite spacious for a superior room, the only downside is there's no window.

Hotel is easily located along the main road. Room is not well kept and humid with aircond not cold.

Nice hotel in small town, it got a coffee house with reasonable price, the breakfast buffet only rm15, it got nasi lemak, soto, porridge, cereal, buns n bread, cakes, omelets, sosej, juices, coffee, tea. The price for others meals also reasonable. Opposite the hotel got 'mee racun 3g', which excellent for my taste. Beside the hotel, just walking distance, there are Maybank, convinience store n even pet shop. Just flaw when the floor is full, the wifi connection in the room become bad, so ive to do work at the coffee house (stay there 8hrs 😃) but the staff there are really friendly. Bring your own toothbrush n paste but if you forget not a problem as the convinience store just beside the hotel. Will repeat again if i got a job there.

Very good! Hotel design is very contemporary. Service is good. Allowed check in early if room available. Their restaurant food is great! Buffet breakfast is excellent in 3-star hotel category. Nasi Lemak is great, fried chicken is great, mee mamak is good, they even have Lontong! Overall excellent. Too bad the gym is closed. The only shortcoming is No Swimming Pool.

The location ,rooms ,service , breakfast toiletries all was ok,only the the small fringe cannot used maybe it's due too replace a new ones..

I booked a RM138 room after looking at the pictures online but when I got my room 1. It had no window 2. It wasn't what was in the photos 3. The air-conditioner was noisy 4. Mould on the bathroom walls 5. Carpark is not inside the building but outdoors across the street Won't be staying there again ever. Staff were not even interested in making things better. There are other options in Batu Pahat...for same or even less money.

City view room on the 6th floor. Parking just beside the hotel, need to cross the road. Side door direct to hotel room only authorized personnel can access. Guest like us must go thru the hotel lobby floor. Room quite near to lift.

Good service. Check in with some issue in the room (Bathroom leaking leaving wet floor in the room). They change the room immediately.

Room a lil bit dusty, my wife keep on sneezing. Sound proofing need to be improved, i can hear everything outside and other guest from next room and even noice from the alley. And quite pricey too.

The hotel wasn't the best, it was mostly for those who needed a pit-stop or take a break from a long journey. The rooms painting are starting to peel off but the beds kind of comfortable.

Overall experience was good, friendly staff. Nothing much can be expected. Food for breakfast buffet has plenty of choices. Good if you looking for just a normal stay, bed and breakfast, with cheap price.

Room was okay, i like the pillows. 1 thing that I must praise is the food. I ordered nasi goreng teriyaki chkn, mee goreng mamak, spag, beef cheese burger and taco special. All the food were vy tasty Sedap sgt! The bfast also vy sedap. We didnt waste what we took. Altho the spread wasnt much but the tasty delicious food was enough to satisfy our hunger. Kudos to the chefs. I will def come back! I hope to see new menu.
