Ha..ha..😁😁. This Old Street Commercial centre is near my BP home. So, it was my favourite place to hang out with friends on some nights to feel the cool breeze on the roof top many years ago. Still feel the delight towards this area with many shops and the chance to view from the highest top of the building towards the Jalan Kluang area and surrounding areas. There were not many people when I went today as the sky was gloomy with slight drizzle. Ample parking lots when I went there after 6pm. Recommended for family as kids will love all the cartoons, carousel 🎠 🎠 and spree within this area. There was a rickshaw before where you climb onto it to snap for photos but I don't see it today.

As a first-time visitor in Batu Pahat, Old Street Commercial Centre Batu Pahat looks like a newly refurbished restored building. Something like what Clarke Quay in Singapore would had looked like when it was newly restored. Everything about this place shouts new and clean to me, including the washrooms (they have both squat toilets and toilet bowls). The two blocks in OSCCBP are joined in a V-shape. I do not see a directory of all the shops here so I just snapped photos of most of the ground level shops.

Too crowded on weekends. Difficult to find parking. It's has many shops n restaurants. On the rooftop u can hv many IG photos there.

Many Delicious Food but Not so amazing seaview.. But its still acceptable for chilling with family

The building architecture attracts me to see what's inside. Housing brand like family mart, skechers and few more. Roof Top is becoming too. We plan to have dinner but just not our luck, the chef still in the mart getting groceries. Next time

Pretty place. Have cafes and few other restaurants there too. Went there on 8pm it wasn't really crowded till it bts to 9pm and few Malaysians were really selfish (sitting on attractions when other people wanted to take pictures and act like nothing happen + didn't wait for turn and just simply cutting the lines) Stop being stupid please 🙂

Won't get bored in Batu Pahat.. Visit the rooftop at night,, have some restaurant and cafe in ground floor.. Less parking lot losing a star

Okie lah, good place to hangout at night and also good place to take some night view photos!

On the first glance, it's like a mini version of Uptown Damansara. But I would say the shop lots are still expanding and more outlets would be placed here in the future. Many hipster café and Korean food outlets in general. Not to forget, the Rooftop Garden has many Instagramable architectures and other displays based on specific thematic features. This place is basically a mall A very unique looking mall as compared to the conventional looking mall like Batu pahat mall Plenty of well known brands there like Watson, Starbucks, k-fry, CBTL, Xiaomi, llao llao and more There's stairs if the shops or restaurant is located upstairs But I didn't spot any toilet anywhere though other than the ones inside Cafe

Checked out the roof top… pure disappointment. Most lighting are broken… and the fairy tales cubicles too. More like a place for the employees frm the restaurant ard to have their break… With that maintenance the place will be gone in no time, maybe it is already gone At least access is free and 24 hrs… so if you need disappointment and waste some of your time feel free.
