    This is my point of view and experience under go in this hospital really unforgettable... First the management should look at your service given to the customer especially: 1.During taking blood for test please give them proper training to how to find the nerve not treat as our patients as training equipment or dolls, we are admitted there because pain or not well.. not become your testing dolls. 2. When patient feedback about your nurse treatment please investigate rather then allowed the Doctor argue and protect to the nurse. The reason why... Doctor visit patient between 5 to 15 mints not all the way with patient. So I highly request when patient feedback to Doctor, please investigate and find the right solution to overcome the issues. 3. When patient ask for clarification on treatment especially nurse give medicine to patient please make sure the nurse know the medicine for what! At least the patient know that medicine given for what purpose.. it's depends if the patient not asking not need to explain, if the patient ask mean only explain not always said don't know and you check with the doctor.. from this I made conclusion that the nurse don't know about what they actually doing.. 3. Room condition too bad and old because some room not even get the phone internet line also.. In this case at least management should provide better service to the customer as per your chargers. 4. Billing department please explain the summary when during discharge specifically.. don't always said pay first the summary will send to you later.. price too high but poor service for good. *Before discharge I have been written a full page of feedback but until now there are not a simple reply for your management. Maybe you have the Help desk system but not functioning. Don't think I'm complaining too manay negative complain about your services, because I need your management really look at the feedback and take a corrective action. #Myfeedbacktoimproveyourservice

    Definitely not recommended this Hospital! The hospital committed to refund vaccination deposit within 14-30 days as it advertised. Yet, after providing Mysejatera Proof of vaccine appointment and all banking information on 11/8/2021, the hospital silent on the refund. As I paid via my sister, my sister had messaged Putra team several times, yet, until to-date, we have yet to get the refund of RM800. My neighbour encountered the same problem, they had provided the relevant information and request for refund earlier than me, they are also yet to get their refund.

    Most racist and biases hospital ever. RACIAL BIAS !!! Not professional Specialist. Not paid intern for my sister internship as a pharmacist and suddenly terminated my sister when ever they want. Stupid system ever!!! This hospital should be viral immediately.

    Received treatment after many years here. I can see the differences where less crowd, new room and friendly customer service. However, information from the nurses not enough. i personally feel that should have experienced nurses. Previously, patient was given choices to choose the food but no such this happened lately. Cleaning service also need to improved as those days where no cleaners came to clean the room for my 24+hrs stay here.

    I recently visited Putra Specialist Hospital with my parents for ear, nose, and throat (ENT) and eye check-ups. The nurses for both specialists were very professional, patient, and kind. They did an excellent job of calming down my parents during their check-ups. I would like to extend my gratitude to Dr. Kevin from the ENT department for his thorough and attentive examination of my parent's hearing problem. His diagnosis and recommendations were very helpful. I also want to thank Dr. Peng Li Jing from the Ophthalmology department for her expertise and professionalism during the eye examination. The consultation fees were affordable. You can call to ask the price range for the check up and consultation. It is recommended to call for booking before heading up to the hospital to avoid any inconvenience. Overall, I am very satisfied.

    They don’t even deserve one star, they over charged me crazy, I came in with minor accident and they didn’t even stitch me properly, upon discharge they didn’t let me know I was meant to come in every day for them to clean my stitches so I had more damages

    1st time ever masuk hospital, even to Gov hosp. But, we decide to go here due to emergency. However, we thought private is good since we want to be in comfortable way, but I thought Gov is more better. Why I said that? Here is pro & cons for your improvement. 1. Staff- friendly which is good. So good, we are thankful for thatπŸ™ 2. Doctor-did not explain to the family what happen to the patient. Its like we are hanging for lack of info. Supposed i think, need to explain what happen to the patient, what treatment will we do, bla bla blaa.. put at the ICU for long time for what reason, understand for monitoring but explain further as we need to consider everything, cost, etc. 3. Visiting hour-understand have the visiting hour which already stated and prior to the dept. But, for example ICU operation hour, 11am-2pm & 5pm-8pm. We need to wait 1 hour everytime we come to visit the patient. They said Dr is checking, do some procedure, so on. Then, you need to manage your time schedule laa. We also manage our time to come to visitπŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ 4. Parking area-please allocate some fund to upgrade your parking area for better hospitality to your user. Complaint is not to bring down the reputation and name of the hospital but to improve it in the future. We care, that is why we informing this. Thank you.
