This
is
my
point
of
view
and
experience
under
go
in
this
hospital
really
unforgettable...
First
the
management
should
look
at
your
service
given
to
the
customer
especially:
1.During
taking
blood
for
test
please
give
them
proper
training
to
how
to
find
the
nerve
not
treat
as
our
patients
as
training
equipment
or
dolls,
we
are
admitted
there
because
pain
or
not
well..
not
become
your
testing
dolls.
2.
When
patient
feedback
about
your
nurse
treatment
please
investigate
rather
then
allowed
the
Doctor
argue
and
protect
to
the
nurse.
The
reason
why...
Doctor
visit
patient
between
5
to
15
mints
not
all
the
way
with
patient.
So
I
highly
request
when
patient
feedback
to
Doctor,
please
investigate
and
find
the
right
solution
to
overcome
the
issues.
3.
When
patient
ask
for
clarification
on
treatment
especially
nurse
give
medicine
to
patient
please
make
sure
the
nurse
know
the
medicine
for
what!
At
least
the
patient
know
that
medicine
given
for
what
purpose..
it's
depends
if
the
patient
not
asking
not
need
to
explain,
if
the
patient
ask
mean
only
explain
not
always
said
don't
know
and
you
check
with
the
doctor..
from
this
I
made
conclusion
that
the
nurse
don't
know
about
what
they
actually
doing..
3.
Room
condition
too
bad
and
old
because
some
room
not
even
get
the
phone
internet
line
also..
In
this
case
at
least
management
should
provide
better
service
to
the
customer
as
per
your
chargers.
4.
Billing
department
please
explain
the
summary
when
during
discharge
specifically..
don't
always
said
pay
first
the
summary
will
send
to
you
later..
price
too
high
but
poor
service
for
good.
*Before
discharge
I
have
been
written
a
full
page
of
feedback
but
until
now
there
are
not
a
simple
reply
for
your
management.
Maybe
you
have
the
Help
desk
system
but
not
functioning.
Don't
think
I'm
complaining
too
manay
negative
complain
about
your
services,
because
I
need
your
management
really
look
at
the
feedback
and
take
a
corrective
action.
