    I one star also don’t feel like giving but the worst rating is one star. Waiting for so long. At first said half an hour, then said another half an hour. The front desk staffs said wanna call back but after another 40mins not yet calling back until I entered the clinic only realise they skipped the patient let others walk in first! Total 2 hrs for waiting, people needs to work you know. Kindly reminder the staffs have to be given time management and arrangement course🙃

(Original) Service memang teruk,semalam pergi tanya second booster sebab ayah saya sudah suntik booster dah 7bulan tapi my sejahtera tak dapat appoitment so pergi tanya ,staff lihat my sejahtera cakap tak ada appoitment buat apa nak risau? Tak ada booster juga tak apa punya , tak payah booster la, kalau u tak tahu macam mana buat terus beritahu saya tak tahu tak payah cakap lain ,so saya tak akan datang klinik ini lagi ,service memang teruk.

    I don't want to condemn anybody..just to share my bad experience that i hope the receiptionist need to improve..on june,i went there to get treatment and register by giving them mykid and after the registration, they returned it.. But, i waited for so long, and the situation getting weird when the girl staff called patient after me..then i tought maybe there's an urgent matter for that patient..but they continously call another 4 5 persons that came after me, they still didnt call my daughter's name..until one chinese uncle told me the same thing, he also realised that i waited long...then i ask staff what is going on..then they ask again to give them mykid,after 3 more patients, finally they called us.. i came around 8.30pm and have to lose my turn and make me wait until 10++pm to seek treatment for my weak sick daughter.. before i pay, i ask them what is happening, they told me the folder in computer sometimes not work properly during registration, and the best reason one of them say is, maybe other patient need more attention!?Come on!So is my 5 years old ill daughter! We come first, and we served last! I regret not to report their action to doctor that night..Actually from all of that, i just want to hear "SORRY".. nothing more than that.. i left with anger and dissapoinment that night.. is it hard to say SORRY? Its quite sad that we have to wait long, and my sick daughter looks so tired...😢 But, the doctor very nice..and the price very affordable..just the staff need to make sure, there's nothing wrong to admit mistakes and say magic word "SORRY"

    Rtk tests only 9am to 11am strictly. Not told about this anywhere till at the clinic and had to come back the next day. Test done behind the clinic in back alley, if it was raining? How would the test be done? Results came fast was a redeeming factor and the results were sent directly to my WhatsApp

    Hi Clinic Setia Management, I would like to draw your attention on an issue with your staff, my mother walking to your Clinic on Friday 19th November 2021 around 11AM for check up, there is a staff at the frontline desk she is most likely feeling hesitate to attend my mother enquiries regarding registration, and also she respond to my mother she never notice my mother standing and asking for registration, and she even say currently we are having Malay Doctor , do you mind ? Basically my mother feeling unwell so doesnt matter about doctor race for attend her. Then after too long waiting for doctor to attend my mother went to the same staff and ask how long would it take ? she reply dont know doctor still treating patient. And my mother told her if very late i maybe need to cancel the check up, and the staff say “Tak Apa” instead of letting know in a concern way. She even ask my mother in middle of the registration “ You sakit apa ? “. We are very disappointed with this bitter experience we went through. And we really hope Clinic Setia Management would take look in this matter and looking forward in future do not happen again with other patient. Thank you.

    We came to do pre-departure art test at 830am and it was already open. Registration was quick and smooth. Staff were helpful and polite. The testing process was also efficient and hygienic. There is a separate entrance at the back for Covid test where Dr. Lai will swab you. And we got back the results via sms within the hour even tho we were initially told it would take a few hours. Kudos to Dr Lai and his team!

    A lot people mean the doctor is good. Thank you Dr Lai, young but patience. Long quece but so fast (no seriously patient I think). The price is reasonable.
