if anyone wanted to do urgent PCR/RTK, please don't go to this clinic. totally useless and cluesles. don't even know what test that had been sent. worst experience ever. they couldn't differentiate PCR and RTK COVID.

Dissimilarity in the person that do the check up inside & the one posted available/on duty at the door. Lack of doctor + patient rapporteur & vague explanations by examiner on issues that happened to patient. Mentinoned available for minor surgery (if cyst can be considered minor) but non-available at the time patient present at the clinic. Dr first say no payment (for roughly 10 minute consultation), maybe only for the referral letter, but the receipt reflect otherwise.

The best clinic in batu pahat that i ever go. The doctor (Dr.Nur Hayati) is really nice and explain clearly. All the staff also very nice and helpful. The clinic is really clean and organize. Good job.

Husb did the RTK test on Sunday (20/02/2022). Surprisingly tunggu for almost 3 days to get his result which is today (23/02/2022), I am sure for RTK test only took us 30 minutes - 1 hour to get the result. Everyday call and the staff keep saying result belum keluar lagi. I am so disappointed, we all understand ramai patient yg buat RTK and PCR test. This is so important to us ya yg tunggu RTK/PCR test result. Kudos to your staff named, FATEHA for helping me out, I appreciate her effort so much. Message yg I received from another clinics' phone number (2nd photo screenshot) boleh nilai and buat comparison sendiri the way he/she informed us.

A clinic with friendly staffs, caring doctors, right medicines and affordable fees. We are fortunate to have it 🫶❤️ Just that it is better to make a phone call before going because the doctor might be on rest hours although the clinic itself is open 24 hours.

Why 3? First impressions was great with the staff and all the process. Well conduct/ fast & professional. But not the after treatment/ followup. Call & messages was not even replied. No update after several requests. #dissapointedagent
