Encounter problems with online ticket (I wrongly buy ticket for another Paragon branch in other mall), but the staff handle it professionally. Their even refund me with same movie, same time and same day. Great experience.

I would give 4 star. Unfortunately when I ask for any hot drinks, they dont have it. Old man like me does not drink ice water. 3 stars is the beat I could give. Sorry guys.

We went on jun 9 of jun 2022...watching Jurassic world... But the sound very unstable and the movie keep on hanging...it's like we are watching from pirated DVD...

Nice place located in BP mall building. Relaxing watch cinema and having pop corn. With kids, alone or with friends a good to try.

I saw how pure pixel youtube channel review on this film , i see there nothing wrong in that movie , come on its 2021 what do you expect car race again , come on people out there surely want something new , more stunts more technology , more family and twist ..damn! Its really good man ! Good job to the actor and well done mr director !

Online booking meant I don't want to queue, right? But the staffs asked me to queue a long long queue to collect pop corn, and gave me a black face like I owed him Millions... I don't give u a fxxx

Price is reasonable but please improve the sound system, sound system will directly affect the viewer's watching experience and cause the viewers feel uncomfortable during watching movie

Quality sound perfect and the graphics also perfect either why the air-conditioning is just nice but better standby jacket for prevent freezing.

Comfortable movie halls, the food’s choices are limited. The restrooms may need to be cleaned frequently.

Everything seems to be good, nothing much to be complaint, but only one thing today that kinda spoil my movie watch, I don't know if it is normal for the Paragon to have a soggy/gassy popcorn but today, surely I got a soggy one. I hope you guys can prepare, always prepare a crunchy/crisp one for your customers as it is something essential and important to do. Serve your customers to the utmost of your ability and capability. I hope you can and I know you can. Do your best, please.

One of the worst movie experience.Booked a ticket for an early morning show.Halfway through the movie,the theatre screen blacked out all of a sudden.Waited for few minutes before going out to check what has happened and the staffs informed us there was an sudden trip in the cinema alone.They were not able to fix the problem and refunded the ticket money.

Seats of this theater is very very bad . You will get back pain with in 30 minutes of sitting. Even couples chair also very dam uncomfortable

Affordable ticket and snack price. Can book ticket in advance online with the charge of around RM2, but need to redeem the tickets at the counter before entering.

I don't know what to say actually. Hmm. Popcorn not nice. Bought tickets online, but still need to redeem tickets at the counter, then what is the need of booking online. Waste of time.

Catch Ghostbuster Afterlife last week. Wish they have regular popcorn size instead of mini. Will be good to have other snack option as well since we only have mini size popcorn bucket.

Dirtyyyyy .. should employ more workers. The stair entrance bersepah dengan popcorn yg dah dipijak lama. Inside the cinema court is more dirty. Those guests should have hv been more civilised too. And I think just a chill place is much better than an ice cold aircond place. Pls upgrade guys..
