Just click the red bus app or go to the counter (not open 24hr) Taxi/grab? Just make ur choice. The rate for taxis is a bit higher than usual. Or just ride a regular bus (coastal etc) Cheaper yet slower. Tell the bus driver first ur destination Thank God. Finally, renovation is here. Previously, whenever I arrived in the early morning hours(around 5-6 am), most of the time, TOILET & SURAU are closed. Hopefully, after the renovation, everything is awesome. The new toilet here is very clean & helpful. BUT, it is not operating for 24hr. So, make sure FOR NOW don't eat or drink too much😉 *Edit: when will the toilet be operated for 24hrs? This morning (1/5/2022), I found many people want to use the toilet but it is closed. It's already 7.40 am. People need to use the toilet all around the clock. Please consider this situation. For me, the Batu Pahat bus terminal is the most poorly managed bus terminal I've ever found. Politicians, Majlis, or whoever is responsible for the facilities, management, or development of BP, please take this matter seriously. *Additional info: for all BP bus station users, the toilet ONLY OPEN starting at 8am (I just knew this fact today-17/6/2022). So, this toilet is like an office toilet. Lol🤣. Whoever make this decision is very WISE man. Why not apply this to the bus also. Only can send and take passengers starting at 8am? Now being improved by imposing the express buses to utilise the proper platforms. Renovation is still in progress. The car park is under utilised, maybe due to the uncomfortable lifts and its walkways (stench of urine). The second reason could be because the access is locked at midnight. As a long distance bus user, most of the buses that I rode arrive before dawn. I had to walk using the vehicle access (the circling 3 storey parking access we see in shopping complexes) with no lights to get to my car. Hope the authority will do something about this.

Few places to sit, buses everywhere without proper application, companies you book from and the bus that picks you up don't tally. You MUST ask around or you might miss your bus. On the flip side, the interior of the bus is decent for the price you pay. Generally safe driving.

I tried to ask ticket counter but the counter keeper unkind, she answered me in a short sentence.i think I asked wrong people but then when I asked another counter keeper I realized they're unkind. This place looked mess when I visit it. I hope it will get better next time.

There is not the main BP bus station, BP bus station is besides the area. It was been blocked, events will be conducted there.
