Never been here personally, but have dealt with them online for more than 5 years. Reliable and friendly service. Very reasonable prices, especially for spare parts. Ms. Ng is my go-to salesperson. She's friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. One thing, though. Their full inventory isn't always reflected on their website, so it's advisable to email or call directly whenever you need that hard-to-find part.

Many choices of guitars; normal, ukelele, electric, to choose from. There are also other musical instruments available; drum, piano, violin, etc. The shop even has studios to do recording n a hall that you can rent for events.

I bought a bass amp from them. got problem so I sent it back to checked. they repaired but the problem still there. they want me to resend to them and pay again the repair fees and delivery fees. I lost confidence with them so I didnt want to send it back twice. I argue with them and they keep ignoring me. at first they didn't send my amps to fender factory to claim warranty, they just use their technician but didn't solve the problem. At last, I found a electrician nearby my house. this indian technician only know repair tv and refrigerator. he checked my amps properly and he found that it is only the capacitor problem. he changed the amps capacitor and my amps now sound smooth, it wont buzzing and the sound wont suddenly disappear and appear.

Friendly, warm service. Definitely got lots of options than any other store that I know around here.
