Friendly staff, they did a good job, but the waxing room is very small so keep that in mind if you’re claustrophobic.

The manicure quality see on the photos attached 👎🏽. Never again. They simply forgot to clean my cuticles, and when I reminded in the end, they made it even worse than it was before. And 3 cuts. Horrible.

The staff were friendly and patient esp the ones who did the waxing and menipedi plus nail gel. Overall good experience and treatment for the value of money, cheaper than some other waxing places in Bali. Great location inside Plaza Renon means u can run errands, dine, etc too afterwards or while waiting. I honestly really like their menipedi and nail gel work, it’s much better compared to the ones I had done at other places. 👍👍👍

Went there for a Brazilian Wax. 100% recommended. Value for money. The ladies are absolute experts and will leave no stone unturned to provide the best service possible. She waxed, threaded and also used a pair of tweezers. Used cold press to make me comfortable. I do not think I will ever get this service anywhere else 🥺

Been here for waxing, mani, and pedi. I got serviced by three different ladies. Everything was great. The place is clean and they have great attention for details. Will definitely be a regular!
