One of the busy markets, that you can ignore unless you are looking for a specific item. Mostly recycled clothes and various household goods. Good place for stone rings and basic jewelry. Traffic can be challenging from airport. Not on my list of priorities as a market to visit.

We got scammed. The menu didn't have the price of the food, ordered vegetable nasi goreng and juice. She charged double the price. You cannot charge Nasi Goreng for 30k in a place like this. The portion was very small and didn't come with fried egg. Very sad you treat tourists like this. Also I ordered VEGETARIAN and found pieces of meat inside. Bad experience.

Try their night market. Have a lot of foods and they sell everything. My favorite still “Soto Pak Ketut” park your motorcycle or your car. And enjoy your night in here. Be carefull of scam. Things that I dont like in here are their trash. I guess they need to add more trash bin.

Wow, what a place arrived just after dark. 15 minutes in we were sat down to a great pork offering. You want true Balinese food this is it $2.50 AUD. Then had a wonder around the endless locals market. We were like kittens at a dog show..everything cheap here. Great experience..

Really great market where you will find lots of street food stalls, fresh fruit and clothing/accessory stands. It has a nice local vibe to it, barely any tourists which is great! I’ve explored many night markets in Bali and this is for sure my top (so far)

am a self-proclaimed foodie, so I love going places and trying  food from different cuisines. Before all of this happened, my family and I usually get takeout for dinner on the weekends, but we don't really go to restaurants that much. I got invited for the first time in months for a friend's graduation brunch, and here is my experience.

First visit as a tourist a few days ago. Exciting and very busy place for locals. Lots of market stalls selling cheap fake clothing brands aswell as shoes, etc almost every stall has the same stock. Prices not bad. Still have to bargain at some stalls. Food stalls very busy and food is very very cheap unfortunately it is very unhygienic and very dirty that we would never eat here. We did enjoy buying fresh fruit at good prices but the food area was where we really wanted to visit but felt it would def be the place to catch bali belly.

You have to try at least once on your life having dinner at Kreneng Food Center. Sate ayam, pecel ayam, sate kambing, babi guling, jasuke, you name it all. Good dinner experience with reasonable price. The thing is the hype and the ambience of the market itself.

It's one of popular tradisional markets in town. We can find everything like vegetables, fruits, flowers, kitchen stools, and also well-known as a market where we can get secondhand staff like clothes, shoes , electronics, and so on. Come and go bargain 😀

Well it a big traditional market near my house in Denpasar. But some area in the morning is not so good because it wet. The other area are more dry. They have big car park area and has a complete product from vegetables, fruits to basic house hold appliances. In the evening the place are full with food seller. They sell local foods.

A market to bargain for affordable price with a lot of choice for vegetables, meat and not to forget for culinary destination at the heart of the city by night

  • 5/5 Florence P. 4 years ago on Google
It's authentic local Indonesian food. The stall that I posted is clean and safe to eat there. Local people is friendly and nice to talking to them. Don't just hang around the tourist area for food-wise. I stay at the Kuta and getting the Grab to go there is about 10 km/6.2 miles.
