The staff are really great and very accommodating. 😊 They even let me use the Washing machine 😁. Kudos to the staff. Room is clean and cozy. I suggest if you are planning to come here. Book the rooms 4 & 2. If you want the Sea view. But what I love the most is the room #6. It has bigger space compared to other rooms, you can also get the Sea view and mountain View. 😊 You can buy fish from local fishermen. Blue marlin, Tanigue, Matambaka and other fresh catch fish for very affordable price. Fishermen will arrive 6-10am and 6-8pm every day. Only posted few photos . We are busy working and can only go out during our free time..

Oceanaire Apartments…, but not Luxury as what you expect (so keep your expectations to a minimum, ok) 🤟🏼. All is good here, your average inn fronting the beachfront. Has 2 parking space inside the premises, after that you’ll be parked on the street front. The area is a rough road ride going-in and out. Off grid type 😅😁 pero maluwag naman. The staff are all accommodating and friendly, 5 🌟 stars to that. Very helpful in all ways. Food delivery is a bit struggle as directions is chaotic. Foodpanda Only. Has a jampacked neighboorhood, left & right. So expect a crowd while swimming. Fish boats comes in the morning. The rooms are ok, average type but clean. Water pressure is good. No elevators, 4 floor apartments. So if you have senior citizens in the group, better ask for the 2nd floor rooms. Or else.. alam nyo na yan 😜 Overall ok lang.

It was lovely 2 night get away with my team. Place is affordable and quality. You have the perfect view, rooms are decent and clean, staff are top notch!!!! Mary an is a good cook! The rest of her team are kind, helpful and POLITE!!! They always say good morning and good evening! Michael, noel joshua... we love them! All our requests were attended. They offered how to make us fee comfortable! Amazing! I will be back for sure and next time in the higher floors.

Rooms: We stayed for 2 nights at Room 3 located at 2F. This room does not face the beach. Some of the fixture require maintenance ( lights, curtain rods). Would have been nice if each room has its own air conditioning unit. Adding exhaust fans would be nice also especially for guests who would like to cook their own food. Wifi connection speed at 30mbps when tested. Nice view of the beach from roof deck, which is accessible to all guests. Service: Excellent and responsive staff. One of them was very helpful when we requested to buy us drinking water from the convenient store. Although had to ask for basic necessities that should have come with the accomodation, such as toiletries. A checklist would have been nice to ensure items are complete before guests check in. Parking entrance is tight even for sedans, but the staff is always ready to assist 24/7. Location: Has direct access to the beach. Place is within city limits and is a few minutes drive to the restaurants, convenient stores, and malls. Driving on dirt road going to the place can be fun and adds a rural feel.

Overall: the staff were great. They were hospitable, friendly, helpful. Location: very good access to a nice beach. However, the access route from Pennsylvania highway was quite bad. It is a dirt road with large potholes/puddle. I was driving a cross over vehicle and was very much afraid we'd keel or get stuck. Would be great if the access route is fixed. Apartment: far from being luxurious so keep expectations low. However, I have minimal complaints. The view from the apartment itself was great. Apartment was spacious and basic amenities covered. Could have been better if there were options for air conditioning in the rooms. It's a good accommodation for groups. If you've decided to eat in, best to buy your supplies before you arrive at the place.

If you're looking budget friendly place with the pack then this a good place you checkin ( my extra star is for the staff who are very accommodating from the the time you check-in as they can buy you goods for you to cook by yourselves) Get your expectations right if you have high standards as they have low on maintenance and view from rooftop if good for the Gram. Yet the location itself is near to the local houses which means not much of privacy when it comes to the beach access. But for me It's wasnt bad 2 nights but if you're going to chip in then better find an more reasonable price.

Super welcoming staffs, spacious rooms with large and comfortable beds, nice kitchen and clean bathroom, alluring beach plus seamlessly working wifi... This place is absolutely AWESOME!!! I will surely recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

This place is good quiet and Nearby Beach , I recommended this place to friends and Family .. nearby Lighthouse , 7 mins ride otw there , but far from Bahay na bato and any Activities that you want to , staff are so generous and Hospitality , They work as one like Family . They are also Kind . Thumbs up Oceanaire , But I wanted to be honest also when it comes to cleanliness inside the room and same with the dining room , they didn’t clean the underneath of the Sofa , but so far so good , I still like the place Thank you so much .

The place is nice but the location is not optimal. It's far from the LU night life place and the nearest convinient store is kinda far. But if you're looking a place that is chill/quiet and away from partying people then this is an alright place

My best friend booked the place through Airbnb and we're shocked because it is not a 'Luxury' as we expect it to be. It is okay but got disappointed to the point that my bestfriend wanted to check out after we checked in. Here are the couple of things that made us alittle disappointed.. First, the path going to the rental apartment is not cemented. It doesn't actually have a road or path going there. There was construction going on because it is a private property and they just created a narrow path that can fit only one car. Second, you can only park 1 car in their garage. We parked outside while my best friend's car was parked inside but her side mirror got scratched in the gate. Third, there are no towels provided, blankets are just sheets, doormats can't dry our feet , I even requested for one that can. And the sofa smells like dog's pee/drool. I think they have accepted guests with pets before and don't have a sofa cover. I used the sheet to cover the sofa so my baby can sit on the sofa. Good thing we have our own blankets and towels. The shower head holder is broken, we need to fix it several times while using it. The bidet was loose and its head was removed when my husband used it. But the staff imm replaced it when I reported it to them. They are very helpful. There is only 1 AC located in the living room . The 2 rooms only have electricfan and ceiling fan. But the rooms are spacious. Lastly, we were awakened by the sound of hammering from the upper and lower units the next day (we were at the second floor). Furthermore, the place is still okay. we loved the view and the ocean. It was a front beach and we were able to walk and see the sunset. The staff is kind and polite too. They offered to buy some stuff that we needed, they assisted us in our concerns and they immediately replaced the bidet that was broken. The place is okay but it needs more improvement if they really want the place to be called a luxury or better remove the word luxury in the apartment's name at all.

Stunning resort located in La Union, right beside the beach. The apartments are spacious and luxurious, equipped with modern amenities that cater to the needs of travelers. The private balcony overlooking the beach is a definite highlight, offering breathtaking views of the sea.

We had a great relaxing stay/stop over! Should have stayed longer than one night! But we need to travel to our next destination. Ms Raquel and all of the staff are very kind and accommodating. We stayed at the 3rd floor beachfront room. Everything is "as is" and functioning properly. The appearance may be undelectable to censorious people, but all I care is that everything in the room is very well functional, clean, tidy and somehow presentable. And the beach! Been to this beach way back when there were still no resorts and houses lining this beach! A beautiful and "safe for kids" beach to swim at! Pros: 1. Not so crowded. They only have 6 units, occupy em all to have the whole spot exclusive to your group! 2. Apartments have more than ample space and required functions to be comfortable and feel at home. 3. they are just beside Aureio on the far left(with some private beach houses I presume) and some fishing village on the right, Making the resort almost exclusive for your group. And you can also buy freshly caught seafoods from the fishermen arriving at the beach. 4. Near Poro point if you are aiming to visit or do something in the Freeport area. 5. Very affordable price! 6. It is within(or very close) to SF city proper! Cons: 1. There might be some trinkets of apartment improvements they can make here and there.(like the balcony doors are hard to open) But overall, what they offer is fine and complete! Esp. for non discerning and picky vacationers. (go to Aureio if you really want a super posh stay, don't expect it at this kind of price point to any resort or beach accommodation.) 2. Two Roads going to the resort is a wee bit rough and unpaved road(just about 50 meters approximate stretch of flat rough road). A bit of adventure won't hurt your arse along the way. Esp if you have a large vehicle! Use that Horsepowa and tires from time to time! 😆✌️ We will definitely come back and stay here at least once yearly!

I'm sorry for the late review, Ms. Racquel and management. We were supposed to stay here during the holy week but personal matters with the family prompted us to cancel our reservation. We were given a refund after coordinating with the manager and the owner. Thank you po for your consideration. Will definitely book this place again when we get the opportunity to visit La Union :D

Reasonably priced, well-furnished, 2-br apartment building in a quiet beach front neighborhood, just approximately 20 to 30 minutes away from Urbiztondo Beach, San Juan. Grocery store is just 10 mins away. Rooms are spacious and clean enough, but may need refreshing. We had a comfortable enough stay.

stayed in that place for about ten days, but my review is mainly addressed to the owner of the establishment, and to warn you against her, because SHE FRAUDED ME over 10,000 pesos of a previous booking made in 2020 just before the Covid broke out worldwide, with the consequences we all know like cancelled flights and closed countries to avoid contagions, etc etc.... . in the early months of this year I rebooked asking her to discount the advance I paid in 2020 , and she replied inviting me to pay the full amount for the new booking , and then when I got there she would give me back the old advance . But she lied , because she refused to give me back my money pretending to not found any longer the receipt , and despite the fact that I had shown her mine , with the date and the amount she pocketed . From my point of view , with her behavior , this "lady" has not honoured the many good and friendly Filipino people I have met during my staying in this country , So I am here just to ask publicly to her to donate those pesos that don't belong to her , to some of those many people who are really more in need than her and me. For me it would be like she gave it back to me . Be careful about that woman folks Inviato da Posta per Windows
