Ordered a Pizza from Crust website, the driver left the Pizza behind the door and didn’t bother to press the ring! Is it a new thing? You are charging $5 for delivery and the order has to be over $25 to use the delivery option and the driver leave the Pizza behind the door!? Poor service for what you are charging.

One star is too much - we ordered a Morrocan lamb and a Peking Duck - the Peking Duck was below average but the Morrocan lamb was terrible - I threw it out - I think the cardboard container would have had more flavour - the base was stale, the meat so dried out it had no taste - the greenery wilted beyond being edible. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE A SHEER WASTE OF MONEY. And to add after three days I was promised an immediate refund of my order - 4 days later I am still waiting - DO NOT BELIVE A WORD THEY SAY

Just finished eating one of their wicked pizzas! Excellent service, professional and very friendly staff; they're so generous too! Always a delight to order from you guys, keep up the top A+ game! Until next time.

They don't honor their own gift card! We have 2 $50 gift cards with no expiry date on it as shown in the picture. Crust castle Hill manager said it's expired and we can't use $100 gift card. So disappointing, and it's the last time we comming here.

I've been purchasing pizzas almost weekly for the last seven or eight years but sorry to say this place has really gone downhill lately. The last pizza was literally sickly sweet like a sugary spread had been used instead of pizza sauce and over the last few months some of the pizzas were borderline inedible: cheese dried out, base overcooked, or just generally tasteless. But worst of all are the deliveries as more than half of the delivery people don't even ring the doorbell or call on the mobile and just leave the order on the front porch. I had one that by the time I came out it was cold and covered in ants. The manager, after several days chasing them up, had given me a replacement order free of charge. That delivery was fine but then the next one arrived and the exact same thing happened. I emailed the manager who didn't even bother responding and I gave up at that point and took my business elsewhere. It's a shame as a few years ago the pizzas were great.

Oh how things change. It seems as if their popularity has gone to their heads. They have now upped their delivery requirements meaning that for a super large pizza they make you spend another $5.00 to qualify for delivery. More than happy to pay the$5.00 delivery cost but draw the line at having to order Garlic bread @ $5.00 to warrant delivery. I will now be using one of the other great pizza places in the future..

Ordered through uber eats at 9.45pm. Order arrived around 10.30pm Driver blamed crust for not fulfilling order and crust kept saying they didn't have our address. I think it was a cop out as they were close to closing. Either way almost $70 with missing items is just a bloody joke. I beg of anyone looking to hand over money to this business to reconsider. Food bland. Items missing. Business that honestly clearly doesn't give a fat rats. At a 3.2 rating I wish we had checked Google before ordering.

Never order from this shop. Been ordered few times. Delivery always 30-40min late. Called the shop, owner brushed me by saying order is in its way without asking the my order number. Food arrived cold and hard. No next time.

I love this place and tasty!! Here is one of my favourite pizza place in Castle Hill. Especially Vietnamese chilli chicken is my favourite!!! Strongly recommend!! And my kids love the margarita

Worst pizza experience, ordered paneer masala I had to swap this to another pizza( because paneer masala sauce has been finished and refund will take a week) kids did not like other pizza at all.

Pizza was very disappointing Seems as if no one taught the cooks how to make pizza?! We ordered a margarita pizza- one leaf of basil and grated mozzarella cheese all melted into one blob Meat pizza was basically the same.. Appetizer came out with the pizza?

Food is delicious but service very lacking. Went to pick up pizza and arrived before ready. Once they were ready they sat there until I had to ask why the delay. If their service was as good as the pizza they might get me worth the $$ charged.

Overpromises 30min deliveries... it's now been 75min and still no food. Called them to ask what they're going to do about it and manager quite happily says Nothing. Will never be going back. Poor customer service every time, cocky male store managers who blame customers for their poor time management, and tbh the pizza is non the better than those with $7 deals

Ordered the pepperoni and the the chicken pesto pizza, the pizza was quite bad and did not taste fresh at all!! I must admit the pizza tasted stale!! Their pizzas are quite nice hence we order quite often but guess wat want be doing it anymore

Being told it'll be delivered in 30 mins , took an hour. Luke warm pizza and the vegetarian supreme was below par. You're hoping for a good pizza when you pay over 50 bucks for two of them. Terrible experience. The stars was for the friendly delivery guy.

I always order Crust delivered to my house.. can’t really complain, the pizza is always delicious. Even once when my order was wrong, they sent a replacement pizza immediately. I usually order the Peppered Pineapple vegan pizza, unfortunately it’s been discontinued so now I have to recreate it using the Custom pizza option. Only downsides to Crust is their pizzas are on the pricey side, especially when you get a “custom” pizza, but I think it’s worth it when they taste this good!

Had a great service and more importantly fabulous pizza. New to caatlehill so unless I have experience to better one this will be my default quick dine-in

Always yummy and good quality and on the odd occasion when delivery is delayed they always provide extras like garlic bread or drinks as compensation.

The pizza is delicious....many options of toppings and combinations, the crust is crispy, not overly greasy...everything is great. We had a fantastic waitress that delivered some of the best service I've had in a long time. And...the atmosphere is great.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I was served by RC and she was kind and welcoming, she was very helpful with recommending me items from the menu. The pizza, hazelnut scrolls and garlic bread was phenomenal. I will definitely be coming again and thankyou Castle Hill Crust for a great experience.

I will highly recommend crust castle hill. I was for my daughter's birthday dine. I was served by an indian girl vishva. she was too generous and explained me the menu very patiently. she took care of my pizzas personally.added in my bucket list for best customer service and delicious pizzas.

Ordered a number of times, something goes wrong each time! Last time our food never arrived - until we called and asked where it was…this time after ordering at 4pm for 6pm delivery, they tell us at 5:50 it’s going to be maximum 15mins late, then they call again 20mins later to tell us they don’t have the ingredients..they then don’t deliver our full order with no money back! Terrible service.

My kids said delicious taste, very friendly staff, will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.
