Worst experience ..I have stayed in 5star resorts as well as 2 star hotels but staying in #Le Roi Hotel is the most pathetic one. We read their Google reviews and booked it for 2 nights but staying here for even a day is unbearable. In short if you are planning to visit Tehri for a family vacation or a workation I would suggest DO NOT come to Le Roi. They will promise you 5star facilities and then you will get stinky washrooms and will not even get toiletries. You will get spiders in the room and will hear drill machine noises all the time. You will not even get room service till 3 pm. You will be promised wifi service and then the manager will say you will have to use it in common area only, which do not even have chairs. Anyways their is no activities apart from few water sports in Tehri to do at least the hotel should provide some play room or fun activities or a working TV. Always bring your snacks and sweet dishes with you if you crave for while traveling. You will not get any here. If you want to spoil your mood and stay here thats your choice but We will never recommend travellers to stay here.

I loved my stay here. Premium lake view rooms are spacious, view from the room is great. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Lawn is well maintained. Food is quite tasty. Location is excellent , one can easily walk to the boating area. The road leading up to the hotel is quite wide and good. For a nature lover it is like paradise. I can't wait to come back to this place.

It was an Exotic experience staying here. Rooms are exquisite 👌 staff is helpful, well behaved and cooperative. Tastefully done terrace top dining is like an icing on the cake. Plus the location is amazing just overlooking Tehri lake.

Our stay in LeRoi Lake view Koti was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful sights,the hospitality of the staff and the food. The GM was friendly and made sure we were comfortable. The dinner at the LeRoi floating hotel was good,though it was very expensive..A little more importance could be given to provide amenities in the bathrooms. Would recommend this hotel to all our friends.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful and amazing . This is an amazing property beautifully located on the Lake Tehri . The view was spectacular..the room overlooks the lake . The rooms are very spacious and well ventilated. Toilets very neat and 24hr hot water supply . The service was excellent and Mr.Jobi the manager was extremely accomodating and helpful . Thanks to him we experienced dinner on the floating restaurant which is also another beautiful property situated on their floating villas ...the only one in India . Another spectacular experience with live music . Food was excellent .Personal service ... The only thing amiss was toiletry amenities in the bathroom. One needs vehicle to move around and to the city . All in all a great stay . Highly recommended.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The views were breathtaking...wonderful to relax in their balcony facing the lake. The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. The Group GM in particular went out of his way to ensure that we had an unforgettable experience. For dinner we went to the Le Roi floating hotel which was another beautiful experience. The rooms were very comfortable. A small negative was that there were no toiletry amenities kept in the room. And the wifi connection and strength needs to be improved. Overall a wonderful holiday in a great hotel.

A perfect pit stop on your way to exploring Uttarakhand. The hotel is located right on the Tehri lake offering a spectacular view. The large common terrace and rooftop restaurant are a great place to soak in the water view from. Rooms are spacious and well appointed and well maintained although the bathroom could do with basic toiletries that almost all other hotels offer. The electric kettle in the room with ample supply of tea, coffee sachets is a plus. The hotel offers a very decent buffet breakfast spread serving a combination of Indian (both north and South Indian) and continental fare with a live egg station. I noticed that the Resident GM Mr. Jobi constantly does the rounds of the floors and keeps a hawk eye on service levels and guest requirements. I would certainly recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.

What a pleasant surprise !! We had gone expecting a reasonable furnished hotel but it turned out be simply awesome. The room was huge and in the middle of December was so warm that we were sitting in our shorts and T-shirts. The chef gave us fish tikkas which are hard to come by even in the best places in Delhi. The food was amazing and the service was even better. All of the staff went out of their way to be accommodating to our every demand. An absolute must stay place if you are going to Tehri.

Room 214,203,204 rooms are very cleaned. View from dlx lake view is fantastic. Food and service is excellent. Mr Sen and team is shown excellent hospitality. Our stay is so good can't be mentioned in few words.

The hotel and place is awesome….literally heavenly. Excellent for a couple of days of outing. So much to see around. Lifetime experience. The hotel and their service was great too. Location of the hotel is unmatched. Must stay place. Service was great too particularly Hriday, F&B supervisor. He went extra mile to ensure customer delight.

The service of the property was nice. The location is perfect. They can be a little improvement in the food options but according to the place I think there is no better alternative or a hotel to stay in. It gave me a luxury experience and I was pretty satisfied with what I found. Hriday was the supervisor at f&D department, he made sure the dining experience was seamless

We stopped by at the Hotel for having our food. The front desk and guards are very courteous. There were posters in the hotel about food available 24 hours. We were all very hungry and looked forward for a nice meal. We sat down and were enjoying the nice view and weather. Then came the SHOCK. The manager at the restaurant refused to serve anything stating that chef is not available. My daughter literally requested him to serve something but he was rude and refused point blank. I spoke to the GM Mr Sen and he asked us to come to the restaurant as he had spoken to the restaurant manager. By this time we felt so insulted that we decided to walk out. THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY.

Only resort we could find at this time of rush. Rooms are nice and spacious. Everything was working okay. Food is just about ok. Buffet breakfast ordinary. Service is extremely slow. Looked like ill trained temp staff. Polite though. Great location.

The surroundings are beautiful with a stunning view of the lake. The lake view room is spacious and neat. The water sports activities are a walking distance from the hotel. The downside is unavailability of transport to and from the location unless you're driving your own car.

Nice location with great views of Tehri reservoir - lots of options for water sports enthusiasts. Hotel management should strengthen the service team - staff is polite and helpful though untrained and mostly contractors which means quality and consistency is lacking. Rooms are clean, well equipped. Food spread during breakfast was good though at times lacked taste and variety.

The hotel services need a huge upgrade. Food options are limited. The location and scenery is good but beyond that there is nothing to do. If you like water sports you have easy access to that but if not you'll be stuck in the middle of nowhere with just great scenery. To explore either side of the hotel you'll need 2 to 3 hours. The service is very slow. Food is average. Not very high on customer service. They take all money upfront if you've made a booking online and don't wait for checkout. Staying here 2 days in a row is a waste.

It's a business class hotel with view to die for. This is one of the nicest places in the area for all travellers. Don't expect views from the rooms like you will find in mountains but it's the best you can get in the area.

Last minute booking you say. 1 day left for new year 2023. Booking done on call. 8 hrs drive from Noida. Reasonable rates booking done. 8 hrs drive for 2 days visit. Still in doubt to go or no go. Started at 10 am and reached by 6:30 pm . Issue was they don't have any glow sign on hotel difficult to find in night. Worth for go then found. View from hotel are also worth. Rooms are neat and clean. Water heater with coffee and tea bags available. Things missing from rooms are contact numbers required in room. Bucket and mug from bathroom not available. Food was awesome in dinner and in breakfast for 1st day with multiple options in buffet. 2nd day breakfast buffet less options and not much tasty.

Very spacious comfortable rooms, best we got in this whole trip. Lake view was amazing. Return has limited options but taste is good though on the expensive side. Property is build well and maintained well

A Very good hotel with All modern amenities, including Geysers & Room heaters. Few rooms have nice view of Tehri lake. They have separate exit gate for lake side. Good parking facilities with EV car charging station. Overall infrastructure of hotel is appreciating.owner invested in well manner but operation is pathetic service in restaurant is pathetic. I think staff is not professional or They have limited staff in restaurants, Single person available on counter, take order , and serve the same . In rooms we have to ask for every small thing like, Tea kits, Even after they recharge DTH, TV only free channels are available. They don’t provide sleepers and washroom kits as confirmed by him

It was a great experience for us to stay in this property. Location of the hotel is beautiful, clean n cozy rooms, and if u visit this here in winters then they provide heaters as well. Food was great, view is superb and many water activities. As we were there's for new year's eve, dinner n breakfast were included in package and rest were chargeable but they did not charge anything for extra orders we made from snacks to tea or milk for our kid.

Access to the Tehri lake is within a walking distance from the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lake view from the room is just a gimmick. Doesn't provide the serenity you wished for.

The services provided by the Hotel and the restaurant need a relook. A full house booked type of Hotel is not manageable by the Hotel due to lack of staff. Location of the hotel is extremely good, but the services provided make u rethink of staying in the property or not.

The location of the hotel was astounding. Those who are visiting this hotel please book lake view rooms for stunning views. You can see some rare species of birds which we dont see in cities. There was lots of fishes in the lake and few water birds. Hotel was neat and clean, interiors was also too good. They have two Charging ports for EVs. Restaurant in the hotel was average and we dont have much option either. But that doesn't matter much as the location and ambience of the hotel will satisfy you.

Superb view, great cleanliness, big sized rooms (Premium category, lake view). Food price slightly steep but value for money if included as part of package. Big shout out to the friendly staff and chef! Will definitely recommend.

Le Roy is the best hotel in terms of location and rooms. The rooms are spacious. Beautifully done up. All amenities are there. They completely lack in service. Our group was handed keys fir a room which hadn't been cleaned . Though they arranged alternate room such mistakes shouldn't occur. Another inconvenient thing is they accept cash only. The housekeeping is largely unresponsive
