Beautiful place, private resort with great amenities, the waterfalls here are also beautiful.

Disappointed in this experience. Beautiful location but the amenities need improvement. One pool was not working, other pool was ridiculously hot with no shaded area. This should have been disclosed up front. Additional activities required purchase through a 3rd party which was only disclosed when we arrived. Overall, there's a lot to improve.
