It was the worst guesthouse I stayed at, there was nothing, the TV didn't work, there was no option to eat breakfast, I didn't even see the heat inside the room, the only thing that saved it was the swimming pool, otherwise, I hated it...worst place... . I do not recommend.

The service is very good, but the place needs renovation. The room I stayed in had many signs of infiltration on the ceiling. Apparently the owners didn't buy the place long ago and are renovating it. I believe that the inn tends to improve a lot, but it still has the problems I mentioned.

I recommend it, family place.

Well, when I stayed there it was just reopening because of the pandemic but I have nothing to complain about, perfect service, polite people, great reception, I just have to say thank you, great place to rest

Cheap and clean hostel. Without any item for greater comfort, but the cost is worth it.

I loved the location, great price and very quiet, routes to the center and Unesp

The service at the hotel was pleasant. At reception there was always someone to assist me. I went during the off-season, which may have influenced this issue. The breakfast was good, there was never anything missing and it was replenished quickly when something was running out. The location makes it easy for those who need to go to Unesp as you can get there by walking. The hotel has a transport service, making it easier for passengers, with standard prices. There is a swimming pool, of medium size, but I cannot evaluate it as I did not use it. The single room is small, but well distributed, so I liked it. I recommend.

Despite the staff being very attentive to meeting our needs, the place needs better infrastructure, there is no type of comfort, although the rooms are moderately clean, the beds are extremely uncomfortable, the breakfast is bad.

We didn't like it very much. From the photos we expected more. Tiny room. TB bathroom, very clean but tiny. If they want a place to sleep for a day, that might be it. But one season would be terrible

My husband and I were at the inn recently and it was a very pleasant experience. The price is great, the accommodations are cozy, the breakfast was super thoughtful and Fabrício and his father are very attentive and helpful. I loved!
