Absolutely horrible place to be, writing this sitting here. This is a government run pub, you have to wait for years for your order to be processed. Food has not come even after an hour of ordering. Cold orders are not cool enough to drink. Have to remind them about it our orders. The staff here is ridiculously ignorant and not attentive at all. Worst experience ever had at any club. Best part is luke warm coke served.

The place is great and has great lights. By ambiance it's a great place to celebrate birthdays at. I have observed the food is poorly cooked and the oil they use is not so good. On top of that it doesn't taste very good. The drinks are also full of water as we bought LIT and it was just full of water. Do visit this place for fun. Good luck.

Could be an ideal spot for tipsy youngsters who like loud music and crazy lights while boozing. Ofcourse this place is totally meant for that. On the evenings there is hardly any visibility inside due to disco lights, music is very loud. Food tastes good but the quantity seemed a little less. If you are hardcore drinker then only this is a must visit place. If you don't really drink much then don't think about this place.

This place is a bit secluded. The crowd here is good. The staff is also nice and the service is also good and fast. The outdoor sitting was closed when I visited. I doubt that they have any outdoor seating. The offers here are tremendous. It also have a small dance floor like area. The bollywood music is played after 10.

A replacement to my last favourite place at the same spot "Bar Bar", Agent jacks is not totally great bt doing well....the service there is nice, while the same could not be said abt the food. I ordered chicken popcorn fries and some bread which were all not up to the mark. The music is good, ambience is nice bt the space is a little cramped up, specially the inside area. In and all its a nice place if your sole motive is to have jst few drinks, dnt expect high on food bt the hospitality is wt makes up fr it.

The place was empty when we arrived for lunch on Saturday, but the staff made sure we were comfortable. The food was good and the menu had a decent spread. This place comes alive in the evenings, but we were glad to have the place to ourselves.

Place is ok! Ok food, didn't find it tasty. Ok Booze. There was biding for booze through their app. Service of food was pretty quick. However, the attendants looked overworked, too many tables to cover with lots of crowd. Please visit only if you have to.

Location - not that easy to locate cause you need to take a u turn and due to ongoing constructions, you will need to enter from the basements Staff - will always guide you to use their app for the order and it's really hard to use that app for ordering especially when you use it for the first time. Order takes a lot of time to arrive, due to this app, ordering liquor takes time. Food - Many options available, i tried their veg menu. Though they kept saying they don't have anything on the spicier side, a few dishes can make up for it. Taste - even if food was late, i know the reason for it, from the mojito to their continental food, everything was super tasty. Ambience - hopefully the outside open area is more fun but when we went, it was pouring, so couldn't stand or sit outside. Very well interiors, and super clean place. Sitting arrangements - pretty on the inside and outside as well, you can have a group of friends or family or even a proper couple sitting. Payment options - we did Zomato gold and got 50% off, paid via app only, cards were also allowed

Ambience is amazing. When i visited the singing show started. Loving n enjoyed all the songs with the environment. Starter tastes are ok as well The dinner taste is medium but you can try whenever you go to the Agent jack. Previously i also visited baner Ajent jack but currently the baner franchise is closed.

The food here is okay based on my 3 visits in last 4 months. The best thing about this place is its rooftop location and ambience, for which one feels like going again and again. The food is not bad, but can be better. One thing though, beer is always warm. Consistent experience that I have had about beer here. You have to ask them to keep it for chilling.

We had a fantastic time on our recent visit here. Quality of food served is superb A special mention for Samarth who did a great job managing our food and drinks. Vishal from the team was quite helpful as well. The staff are quite prompt and always on their toes. The only complaint I have is the ladies washroom. There's only one washroom for the ladies and the toilet seat was broken. The lad washrooms were better and has enough urinals.

Absolutely pathetic Atmosphere and service. Music is extremely loud and shrill - so loud that its difficult to hear anything. When we requested to lower the volume a bit, we were scoffed at. Pathetic service: we were a big group12+ people, but they refused to join two tables for the big group because "there has to be a gap between two table". There are better places to eat and drink. Dont waste your time here

I loved the place so much the ambiance is nice the staff is also good and the service is fast. The food was also good the only problem i felt was the music it was so boring. They should update their playlist. The other thing was to access the bar you need to go to the parking lot and then you will have access to the lift which was quite confusing at first.

One of the best places for any occasion😊. Agent Jacks has great ambience, good food, and music. The place never disappoints and its a great restaurant for spending quality time with your friends. Saturday Music mainly pop songs and the house is what I like that most. DJ Andrew thanks for always keeping the vibe alive.

Ambiance wise it's a best place to visit. They have seperate area for smoking and non smoking. Food was good. Ordering drinks and service was disappointing. You can order drinks only by app which will ask for bidding which is very irritating and time taking for me. No seperate dance floor. To loude music. Food order took more than half an hour. On swiggy , Zomato gold you will get 50% off but prices are high. They add 10% service charges compalsary. Expensive place. Can visit who love good ambiance.

The view from the Top floor is mesmerizes you. Also the menu has a must try cheese garlic Naan. The Happy Hour's vary on weekdays. Please check before you order. On weekends too crowded and have to wait for 30-40 mins. Usually good place to hang out.

Avoid sitting in smoking zone if you are more than 4 persons...congested area. Decent food, less salt in chicken tandoori therefore did not taste well. Fried peri peri chicken was just awesome.

Went to Eternia rooftop. Seems AJ and Eternia share the space. The ambience was amazing. We asked for food suggestions from our attendant and were not disappointed at all. A cool place to hangout with friends and loved ones, but I won't suggest it for your first date, if you are really interested in conversations. The music is a bit loud so I could barely hear what my friend was saying.

Prices are too high now and that's the reason there is less crowd now a days. This place is empty even on weekends. Small bottle of Coca-Cola is for 69 Rs., you guys can imagine what the prices of other things would be.. I will not recommend this place at all. Giving 2 star.👎.This was my first to visit Agent Jack in SB road. I did not have great experience because there was an event going on for a Banking company and they have booked almost entire music area. My problem is Agent Jack did not mention about this event to the customer while taking the reservation. Which leads to problem for other customers who were not part of this event. My Saturday was ruined..Credit goes to Management. My humble request to Management going forward please notify your other customers if you are having any other event at your place.👎 Live music was sounding like Orchestra band.👎 Ambience is good. Food is ok..👍 Staff is very Polite...👍

It's one of best places and India's first bar where you can negotiate on MRP of Bottles. And food is damn wow. Same taste as I had it in 17'. I mean it's just awesome. Affordable and ambience is just❣️🔥. DJ is good. Staff is so friendly. But don't forget to ask for inhouse offers always. Every thing is good just one really annoying thing was that the servers had asked me to download an app and the place an order through it or the order won’t be place and the app had a silly game like feature where you had to chip in prices for menu items you had to order I mean what the hell, just tell the god damn price and get it over with! But apart from that the food and drinks were pretty good the ambiance is just gorgeous ✨

This Agent Jack's isn't as big as the one at NIBM but the place is done quite tastefully. Staff are polite, hospitable but aren't that prompt. The reason being they rely on you to use their app for bidding price and placing your orders. Food is good and so are the cocktails. Once you get the hang of using their app then the ordering process seems cogent. They also have a small dance floor. Overall a nice resto bar to hangout or plan your cozy dinners.

Ambience is amazing, limited food options, taste is ok but seems to be using frozen or overcooked meat. I would but say the taste of curry was good. Service is not worth the price. When I visited fans where working, Ac was kept off in summer heat, making experience pathetic. Service is extremely slow.

Great experience at this bar. Overall atmosphere was very electrifying and ambiance was pretty good. Quality of food is worth a try and service provided by the staffs was also quick and nice. They recommend some dishes which were great. Hygiene is maintained which was one of the key thing. Dance floor had some timing. It started at 10.30 pm i guess although they can start early.

Decent place but was very much crowded so a bit suffocating. Food was good, music was also nice. Ambience was okayish. Baner branch has better ambience. The difference is dance floor which baner branch doesn't have. I went for new year party which was fun with respect to the amount I paid but could have been better.

Hey all, What do you expect from AJ??? Good Service? Quality food? But both was not there at Agent Jacks SB road, pathetic services, every dish which we ordered it took minimum 25 to 30 min (even for the ice) every single dish was cold, pizza is like rubber... Fries took approximately 45 min...we were there at 8.20pm & left from there at 11.55pm, it took such a long time just because of the services.. Not at all happy with the AJ SB road branch.... If you have shortage of staff then you should Close some tables, you can't treat customer like this... Guy's there are lot of more options don't even think to go AJ.... I'll prefer to stay home rather than going to AJ SB road, after all worst experience...

This place is a perfect party destination with your friends on a Saturday night. The staff and service is a bit slow. But that's not a major issue. There is a special bidding system so that you can bid for your drinks from their mobile app. The dj is also good. Will definitely make you come on your foot and dance. The food is pretty decent. The rates of drinks are fabulous and much cheaper as compared to the others. The ambience is also quite good. Could have been much better. But a must visit place with your best buddies and enjoy :)

It's a rooftop bar and eatery and the aura of the place is spot on. Me and my friends visit almost every weekend since the past few months. Even during this pandemic, the staff takes all the essential safety protocols seriously too. I would recommend this place to chill with friends and family but the food and the service is not that great at all. Food takes exceptionally longer to be delivered at the table, the staff is inattentive and overall the food is also mediocre. Overall would recommend this place.
