I am disgusted and appalled at the last person who answered the phone to me there. This woman told me that after my dentist recommended to me that I needed, to do cleanings every 3 months in order to keep my teeth in my mouth I could only come in and get my cleaning if I paid for extra x-rays which I explained to her that I did not have the money in that moment. Ever since covid many people in the world right now are dealing with financial issues and we can't afford the things that we've afforded before. Like insurance some of us don't have medical insurance right now so when we go to the dentist we're paying straight from our pocket. I could not believe that she told me I could not come in without even talking to my dentist first. I don't understand what's going on in your office but I'm sure I'm not the first complaint and whether and whether a customer is new or Old I think they should be treated with more respect and more consideration.

Hygienist and dentist were great. Reception was awful. We were there for a cleaning but it took 3 hours. Lady at the front desk insisted that we did not have dental coverage, only medical coverage. We double-checked to make sure there wasn’t any issue on our side and went back. Turns out she made a mistake and we had to wait 1 hour going back and forth with her verifying it.

They just want your money. Therecwas another man upset at service when I got there. Now I now why. I made an appointment to have a Marilyn bridge refasten. I am new patient, specifically made appointment to reglue bridge. I was asked if I wanted a cleaning, I said yes. Make long story short once they took Xrays, and did cleaning I was told dentist could not see me today. I reiterated that I specifically made appointment fto refasten bridge. They had sugested I get a night guard, I said ok, but when I changed my mind about it then dentist was NO LONGER available TO SEE ME to recement bridge. Then when i told them about doing a REVIEW, they said I had to wait 40 minutes more to recement bridge. My original appointment swas at 10:30 am, it was 12:30 pm adding 40 minutes would be after 1pm. We all work and have time restraints. I found this place very callous and money oriented. Very unproffesional handling patient care and scheduling. I understand why the gentleman that was there when I arrived was complaning about services and said would Not return. A positive Alexandra lady that did my dental cleaning was amazing and one of the front desk ladies was very pleasant. All said and done I will be looking for a professional dentist ofgfce.

Very clean. Staff members are very friendly! They are great dentist and seem to be trained sales professionals. They will find something to make you pay for. They will provide you with a print out and put every service that they could possibly find under the sun and believe me you are paying 5x the price as other local dentists. If you need any work done, always take the print out, run it through your insurance and get second opinions.

The entire staff is incredibly upbeat, courteous, & extremely sensitive to the needs & thoughts of their patients. They treat my 86 year old mother as if she is a visiting dignitary in need of immediate care before an important function that evening. I too am a patient and I have the best time discussing my own situation as I'm receiving expert care.The office is alive with action and they even play very hip music on the intercom. The place is immaculate, the equipment is first class, and the staff operates under a strict policy of cleanliness. Dr. Ettie Horesh is a personal favorite as she is most careful in the discharge of her responsibilities & her skills are unmatched. Another notable person there is Eric. I'm uncertain what his actual function is but the place runs like a Swiss Watch with him around. Make no mistake, if you have any dental needs at all, run to Dental Options without hesitation.

Currently I went to four different dentist tin the last six month. I found Dental Option to be the best out of the four. Why? Dental option staff and dental hygienist were very detail and friendly, and just wanted to help and provide a solution to my dental needs. I was lucky to find a good dental hygienist she was very detail. If your looking for a good cleaning, dental option does an excellent job of cleaning.

I had a really good experience, I was nervous because it had been a while since I had been to the dentist post pandemic. The team was very nice, honest, got straight to the nitty gritty, and my dental hygienist was the best, very good bedside manner and very informative. My mouth feels great and I'm looking forward to my future visits.

This was my third time visiting this office. My family members have been going to this office, and highly recommended it. My initial impression still stands. They create the perfect experience for their patients. I am someone who enjoys personable relationships, especially with my healthcare providers. The dental hygienist (Diana) has been working with me since my first visit. I love that you get to keep the same hygienist, as it is a very personal experience, and once you find someone you love, you of course want to stick with them. I met a new dentist today, (forgot her name, unfortunately) she was super friendly, and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions, and seemed to be just as concerned about my oral health as me. She's young, eager, and very upbeat. It was pleasant to see. Lastly, her assistant Eric was very nice, and personable as well. Overall, I will continue to be a patient here. They have been consistently thorough, and welcoming.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL Made an appointment ( for my husband)over one week in advance. They called me to confirm about today's prior to appointment time. During that call they offered an earlier appointment to which I declined because it wasn't convenient. They called his phone another time suggesting the same thing to which it was the same answer. He rushed all day at work to finish early. He'd spoken w them earlier that day & confirmed AGAIN his appointment. He was calling while on his way to let them know he'd be a little late to which he'd gotten no answer. Only to get to the office & they were closed

Mimime was an amazing dental assistant during my surgery. She is so sweet and made the experience enjoyable despite removing 4 wisdom teeth. My dentist was also amazing and gentle. I am healing well.

Dr Bridgette has been the kindest from the beginning. The office is very efficient and there isn’t much waiting around. My issue wasn’t of the norm and she helped resolve it. No more pain, thank you so much!

I’ve been a patient here at this office for more than 5 years. I love how there are two offices (Dental Options & Orthodontic Options) are right next to each other. Both offices have been extremely helpful with anything regarding my dental health. The staff are genuine & respectful 10 out of 10.

This dental office is state of the art! I had a wonderful experience there! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and the dental hygienist Diana was so gentle and understanding! I had two crowns installed and it was painless.

Dental options billed me upfront for services and then submitted claims to my insurance company for the same services. I am in dispute with them for overcharging me $506 . It has been 1 year and they still owed me . The manager; Carolina does not return any calls . She is always busy and does not have the courtesy to respond. My entire family (4 ) and friends stopped going there because of this .

Update: after two weeks they are sending me an extra bill for 70$ haha. Are you serious? Original post: First my husband was there they said he doesn’t have to pay with the insurance and at the end they said he has to pay, then I went there and they did the same thing to me, so they do this a lot, also if you want to know if you need a root canal you have to make different appointment with an endo doctor and pay extra for a CT scan instead of the dentist take a look a the X-rays, they also don’t do ceramic/porcelain crowns only zirconia to charge more, they don’t tell you that I saw it on the paper and called to make sure, so waste of time, I’m pretty sure they buy the reviews, save your money, the dentist also suggested implants on everything and all dentists I visited before never told me that just crown.

I had a fantastic experience at this dentist office! The staff is friendly and professional. The dentist was very thorough and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for top-notch dental care in Aventura.

Dr. Valery is fantastic! She listened and understood how fearful I was during the consultation. I actually left after having 2 extractions feeling happy!! They were gentle and kept me calm during the procedure! I would highly recommend!

This was my first appointment for cleaning as a new patient. I left before getting any treatment. First I was told they cant find any insurance for me, they got my info incorrecrly, then after clarifying, I waited 45 mins to be seen, after I inquired when I would be seen. I was not met by the dentist, The xray technology is so outdated, it was very uncomforable I left before any xrays could be done. I did not stay to get a cleaning nor examined by a dentist.

Bad service, bad communication, doctors don’t care or remember about your situation, I came for 1 simple procedure of attaching back the veneer and they gave me a new story every week starting with cleaning and ending with gum operation for 3 months and still no result. The veneer stays for 2-3 days and falls off again. They try something new and a few days later it falls again. Eventually they told me I need a new veneer tooth 🤯 Finally I went to another dental place and they told me the job that was done was very sloppy and cheap, they didn’t even use proper veneer glue. Save your time and energy!!! Don’t come here!!!

Cleaning visit started from XRay and doctor evaluation. Was fast and professional. Cleaning was very detailed but not painful even for my sensative teeth! Amazing job guys! See you in 6 month)

The setting was comfortable very polished and clean. Staff was above and beyond helpful and accommodating by fitting me in for my first appointment. Professional Ex ray technician assisted doctor with great teamwork to provide timely evaluation. I appreciate Dr. H. discussing options to prevent tooth erosion, not just repair needed crowns and filling. It was also kind of dentist to offer polishing of a tooth to keep original bonding intact. And finally, many thanks to office employee for her time by simply explaining billing and insurance procedure. J.B.M

Several years ago, I was looking for a good hygienist and someone recommended someone who works at Dental Options. She was great, unfortunately, she retired and no longer there. I regret continuing my care at this practice. I've had one terrible experience after another (with the exception of two doctors who are specialists). The service is poor, the technology is old, and the 'business' insurance guy is more of a used car sales guy than an insurance expert and patient advocate. I had some routine work which was done terribly, with no issue before and now required three separate root canals...second opinions and the Endodontist both concurred that it was very strange and doesn't make sense. What did the practice do? Well, they offered narcotics and made sure I signed the patient bill for root canal before proceeding. I was in excruciating pain for 3 weeks until it was resolved, until I had to have two root canals and all they cared about is to make sure I paid for it. (The Endodontist that worked on me was great, I would seek her out at another practice) When I asked for the images, I received a blurry pdf and they said it's the best they can do. Doesn't appear to be transparent. Also, be sure to review your insurance claims. Claims are made under different doctors that you have not seen, make sure they are truthful on their claims because you will not be able to get coverage if needed down the road. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. This is not a medical practice; this is a business, and they make sure they maximize their profits at whatever cost to you.

I have been going to this dental office for almost 10 years. The location is convenient, is easy to park and they have great professionals, but in my last two visits my experience was not so good ( not the professional service but the time management). Last week I showed up on time for my appointment at 4:45pm and they insisted that my appointment was 5:30. I had to prove showing the text message confirmation that I received. After this they tried to assign me another professional - which I did not wanted - and after some juggling and 1 hour wait wait I could be assisted. They blamed their scheduling system not be working as designed. This is very frustrating since everybody has a busy life with work, school etc. I left work earlier to be on time ( I am always on time) and as mentioned lately I have been waiting too long. This is lack of respect and bad timing coordination. Please review this with the staff.
