The best new restaurant in Collins Park, Miami Beach. Right across the street from The W-South Beach. An Argentian steak house and so much more. Indoor AC seating, modern decor, giant windows to the Bass Museum park, and mirrored walls for open feeling. (( Outdoor patio seating available, but noisy with traffic as this restaurant is right on Collins.)) The menu...superb.. from great salads, to appetizers, to steaks to pasta...reasonably priced...terrific value. Staff is attentive and helpful... we enjoyed dinner here three nights in a row..after our first night, we only wanted to eat at Baires Grill and try other items on the menu. A great decision, all selections were perfectly prepared, flavorful, and large portions. This restaurant is a winner. Thanks for bringing your restaurant to South Beach/Collins Park.

Very professional β€ΌοΈπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ The staff in general was good. Starting with the hostess, she was numb, no emotions at all. The sever was OK, only see him twice (to take the order and to bring the check). The busboy (a girl which I forgot her name) was it good and saved the night. Reading other reviews, I realized the servers were at the bar most of the time. The food really good. The ambiance really good. Definitely recommended.

Very classic style restaurant. Some outdoor seating, but inside was better. Beautiful ambiance inside. Great cocktail selection. The food was pretty good. You must get the skirt steak, that was delicious! The customer service was good, we just encountered an incident that night. The servers were dropping glasses all night. Not sure what was the deal with that. We heard at least 3-4 glasses break while we were there. One of the waiters dropped a glass bottle of vinaigrette and part of the glass hit my friend at the dinner table. Thankfully she wasn't hurt, but the vinaigrette did get on her jacket, which left an awful smell. The manger offered no apology, but had a smirk picking up the glass that hit my friend that landed on our table. Our waiter took it upon himself and offered to comp her meal. He was very kind and respectful.

The place is really worth a visit. The service was excelent. The selection of food on the European level. We are coming from Germany so we were so happy to see some food that we usually eat in the European countries. We ordered tuna steak and seafood linguini and it was really so, so delicious. Our 3 years old son had a kid plate: Alfredo pasta. We tasted it and it was pretty good. We would order it also for us. All in all We are very satisfied with our visit. It was all on the highest level. Thank you so much. Greetings from Frankfurt.

Located in the upper South Beach area is this beautifully decorated Argentinean restaurant. It’s very elegant inside, food was very good, they bring the meat in pan with charcoal underneath to keep it deliciously warm. The service was ok, there is room for improvement in details such as to pour the wine without dropping on the table. All in all, was a good parrillada! Must Try: empanadas jam and cheese, and cheese and onion (surprisingly good), parrillada, and the dessert molten cake and strawberry cup! Yum!

Great drinks, food, and service. They have an amazing happy hour from 4-6 during the week, which is a must if you just want a drink or small plates. They do also have quite a bit of gluten free options. We stopped here for the happy hour for small plates the day before a cruise, and loved it so much we stopped again after we got off the boat. We're already planning on stopping again the next time we're in Miami.

We came here on a Friday night; I made a quick reservation and was sat immediately. The food and drinks were so much better than expected. The pate was delicious, all the accompaniments were fantastic. We had the spinach and cheese bunuelos, they were crispy and had great flavor. I enjoyed the watermelon martini and my partner an old fashioned. Both were very well made and refreshing! It’s a great stop and it’s unexpectedly good!

Excellent Argentinean steak place, parrillada is on point. The mash, cream spinach, and rice made an excellent side for the parrillada. Our server recommended a good red wine which we enjoyed very much. They had to move our table to accommodate another party and the manager was very nice about it and comped drinks and desserts. Will gladly come back.

Great Argentinian food with great seasoning. The French onion soup was well balanced in the amount if onion vs broth vs cheese and croutons. The beef vegetable soup was delicious as well. I had the chicken milanesa with tomato and mozzarella. It was like an upscale version of Italian chicken parmigiana- would definitely get this again!

My favorite location of this restaurant in Miami. Never to crowded and very nice ambience with prompt service. Baires has the best French Onion soup in Miami hands down. I have worked in French restaurants for years and try this soup anytime I see it on a menu. My only complaint is sometimes it is not hot enough but it’s never to cold that I send it back. Favorite steak is picanha there. It’s flavorful and price is reasonable for portion. Thank you to our server Nico B who was very happy and nice. Service in Miami can be stiff and spotty at times but Nico was helpful and seems to enjoy making his guests happy. I’m server also so I strive to be the same and it completes a great dining experience. Thanks Baires and Nico!

We had a absolutely amazing dinner tonight at Baires Grill. Our server Jessica was very friendly and recommended some of the best pasta and drinks we have had in a very long time. The atmosphere was very comfortable and inviting. I definitely recommend you try the Sweet Caroline cocktail as well as the Pastas!

We recently visited this restaurant on a Friday evening after reading some positive dinner reviews. While the exterior may not have been particularly inviting, the interior offered an attractive and pleasant ambiance. One thing to note is that the seating inside the restaurant is a bit tight compared to other Argentinean restaurants we visited over the same weekend in South Beach, Bayside, and Brickell areas. The tables along the wall have cushioned seating on one side and chairs on the other, and they are placed quite close to each other. Their menu offered a diverse selection of appetizers, entrees, and wines. To start our meal, we ordered salads and the grilled provolone cheese appetizer with prosciutto, which was both tasty and served in a good portion. For our entrees, we tried the 8 oz. Center-Cut filet, which was lightly seasoned and enjoyable. We also decided to try something different - the Angus skirt steak. While it was cooked perfectly along with our grilled vegetables, it fell slightly below our expectations. This was not the fault of the restaurant; it just wasn't what we anticipated. We might have preferred a thicker cut steak like a Ribeye. The skirt steak was thin with a texture more suitable for dishes like fajitas or stir-fry rather than as a standalone item. If the skirt steak had been sliced and served with tortillas or mixed with other elements like rice and veggies, it could have been a more satisfying dish. The dessert menu was truly impressive, offering a wide range of options, including the DULCE DE LECHE MOLTEN CAKE with banana split ice cream, which turned out to be one of our favorites during the entire trip. In terms of service, it was good, but not quite five-star. We did encounter some language difficulties during our meal. While our waitress wasn't fluent in English, there were other bilingual staff members on the floor who could have assisted her more efficiently with our questions and basic requests. Overall, we are glad we tried this restaurant. However, in the future, we might opt for a different Baires Grill location and definitely indulge in more of their delectable desserts.

Lucas was a genuine and attentive bartender. We were the annoying couple who asked what the best drinks were, and the best foods to eat. Lucas hooked us up! He referred us to take an adventure off the appetizer menu, and eat the ravioli for an appetizer. So that’s what we did! Then my husband and I ventured out to his two most flavorful options. I asked for a salad, and he gave me the best! My husband asked for a steak, and he knew exactly what my husband needed! This place is the best. Get the watermelon hearts kitty! You won’t regret it.

We had a great dinner at this place. We did the reservation online and all went perfect. The service was great, we even had a dj at this evening playing some music - not too loud so it was just fine. The wine chardonnay was great and perfect temperature. The steak was on point ! Really a great place !! Maybe the could take care a bit more about the restrooms, but all in all a good place to go to

I got 3 fried empanadas during happy hour. Total added with tips (mandatory 20%) and tax comes out to 20 bucks. The empandas were delicious. I got the beef, cheese + onion, and the spinach. They were all great. For happy hour you have to sit at the bar. The bar tender seems to have a little difficulty with English so it doesn't seem like you will have any extensive chats in English. It doesn't bother me much because I like to think about stuff quietly while I eat. But FYI for other people expecting conversation.

I really wanted a good dessert and thought I'd have some food on the side. The dessert pics online for this restaurant and it's other locations is why I picked this place. I was solo dining and this a good location for dining alone. I ordered empanada apps and salad as my main course. The empanadas were good my only complaint was the chicken empanada, they used white meat and of course it dried out while cooking. I'm not sure why they did this but otherwise I was happy and it certainly didn't take away from the rest of the meal. It was just enough and it was balanced. The star of my dinner was the molten lava cake and it was worth dragging myself out for the night feeling achy and tired and over it. I was glad I didn't order in because nothing would have been as fresh and good.

My three friends and I came here for lunch on vacation. We all got different entrees and everyone was very happy with their meals. Our appetizer was great too! Our sever, Fernando, was excellent. Highly recommend this spot!
