Loved this very long walking path right along the beach. Lots of activity. People walking, biking rollerblading, and just hanging out. A great way to experience the different parts of the beach with plenty of access to the beach. Goes the entire distance of Miami beach from North Beach all the way down to South Pointe Park. There are entrances to the path at just about every cross street and plenty of Citi Bike stations along the way to rent a bike.

This is one the best part of south beach. This broad walk is almost covers all the south beach and ends at south point pier point which is at the end of the south beach. This walkway is beautiful as it runs parallel to collins avenue. One side of this walk access to beach’s and other side is all hotels/ resorts and restaurants. If you are in south beach Miami this is must. Below are the highlights. 1. Romantic walks as it runs along with the shore 2. Best to Ride the bikes (as this is only for manual bike and walkers - no electric bike allowed). 3. It stretches up to 4 miles. 4. Along the broad walk there are lot of parks when you can sit and relax. 5. If you are fitness freak you can enjoy outdoor gyms in the park. 6. It also connects to ocean drive where you can have all the evening fun with restaurants and bars. 7. Lot of beach park and citibike points along the broadway. 8. Last one it’s safe anytime as there will be police always.

Such a lovely walk and area . Plenty of water fountains and rental bikes .

The "boardwalk" is a very nice brick path running the length of Miami Beach, from South Point to the boundary with Surfside six miles north. It is filled with people exercising in the morning, and with people strolling in the late afternoon and early evening. Outside of South Beach, it gets less use in the heat of the day. It's the best way to go any distance on foot in Miami Beach. Biking in the beach path is faster than driving on the roads if you're going more than a couple of miles.

You can stroll along very nicely

I went there in the evening. Not as crowded as southern part of the beach but beautiful. Water is a bit steep in some part but ok to swim. I saw people fishing near the rocks. Good spot for taking photos.

Beautiful clean soft sand beaches that are shallow almost to the buoy line....on rough sea days, the life guards are very cautious and aim to keep people safe. If you have littles, know that there IS a likely possibility that there will be topless woman, and even the chance of fully naked people... But other than that, people are great about cleaning up after themselves(even the few homeless we saw were amazingly clean) and everyone was pleasant and respectful.

A great walk for any day. Plenty of people always running, biking, walking, to and from the beach but also just along the boardwalk. Nice landscaping and some good views of the beach, the condos and other places that run along the water, and some natural plant life that grows back from the beach.

These photos are from when the boardwalk was first finished. Today it’s a madhouse with bicycles all over. The new boardwork has increased the number of bicycles and they are constantly passing you left and right. I wish the city of Miami Beach would ban all bicycles and scooters on the boardwalk or designate them a separate path! Other than that it’s a beautiful boardwalk and it would get 5 stars if not for the bicycles.

Nice clean beach. I like that it has place I can rinse off sands and salt from my body before I walk back to my hotel. It also has nice landscaping and walk way for people to run, walk and bike day/night.

Lovely afternoon walk not too many people. The weather is nice in December for walking.

Nice area to walk and get the view of the beach make sure you have plenty of fluids because it’s hot but a nice walk or ride to do during the day or early evening.

The boardwalk is incredible! Filled with vibrant people having fun walking, riding bikes, and walking dogs. The beach is beautiful as well as all the fun little tiki bars and restaurants. There’s no place quite like Miami Beach. The boardwalk is seven miles long and takes you right to South Beach. There are water fountains and bathrooms along the way. There are a few parks and parking lots. They have places for kids to play. Walk right onto the white sand beach. In the evening, the boardwalk has lights. It’s the perfect time to walk after dinner and see what’s going on.

Nice beach very long. It takes 1 hour 30 mins from the middle beach to the south. They clean everyday the beach which is a big plus but the sea isn’t that beautiful. Big wave 🌊 so many sea plants in the sea. You can’t really swim

12.26.2021 Took a long stroll and spent some time on the beach. Lots of people, crowded beach, and hard to find a spot to set up on the beach at. Water was warm enough for a dip though. Loved it, but will travel further north of the beach next time to spread out and have more space. I found Tupac! 😁

Nice path along the shore with luxuriant vegetation. A lot of people walking, running or cycling.

Awesome beach...stay close to these lifeguard shacks and the social distancing is great as they have coned off an area for their movement so there's less people around you!!

Simply beautiful. Walked 4 miles on the boardwalk, pleasant surprises throughout.

Amazing place with lots of places to eat and drink close in front of the sea. A beautiful pier with a wonderful landscape on the ocean and on the city side!
