Great service, just right place to have an American breakfast with a great fresh brewed coffee.

Just and old school Denny’s - but in a good way. Friendly service, fresh coffee, pretty clean throughout (though aged building inside and out). Would revisit. If you’ve always been a Denny’s fan, you’ll be happy here.

Kevonda M is a wonderful waitress , I come here every night and she’s always quick , always excuses herself when she has other customer before me . Makes the best milkshakes & never messes up an order or forgets to ask you for sauces and she’s attentive on asking if you’re enjoying your meal !!

Terrible service. Terrible management. Waited siting on the table over 20 minutes for a waitress to come and ask for our order. Got the wrong food another 20 minutes later. Pancakes had to take to gonsince they never came with the food. Waitress was not rude tho and food is ok Is the only positive thing. Will definitely not come back.

This place was so so. Could of been better of service was top notch. When you come in youre not really acknowledged and you just stand there until someone is willing to sat you. As far as food goes, it was maybe a 7 on a scale from 1-10. We ordered breaded chicken with a side of medley veggies and potatoes. The chicken was a tad too salty, veggies were excellent and finally then potatoes were cooked too much. They had a burned oil taste. Garlic bread was a little cold and not too crispy so this platter was so so. Next…. I had a steak which was descent, the cooking temperature was spot on. The mashed potato was excellent and very tasty and finally the corn was excellent. Garlic bread was same as above. So finally…. Decor wise place definitely needs to be refreshed but who goes to dennys to criticize their decor i think it would make it more inviting if they did a refresh. Overall not a bad place to stop and eat for cheap when on the run, better service would make this better, maybe a better smile, sprinkle some friendliness, check on the table periodically and this place would get better stars!

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Gale at Denny's, and I must say, the experience was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, Gale greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Throughout my meal, Gale's attentiveness and efficiency were truly impressive. She anticipated my needs, ensuring my drink was always topped up and checking in to ensure everything was to my liking. Her friendly and upbeat demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced my dining experience. Gale's knowledge of the menu was outstanding. She offered helpful suggestions and patiently answered all of my questions, making sure I ordered exactly what I was craving. Her recommendations turned out to be absolutely delicious! What truly stood out was Gale's genuine care for her customers. She went above and beyond to ensure everyone in her section was comfortable and satisfied. Even during busy periods, she managed to provide personalized attention, creating a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend dining at Denny's and requesting Gale as your server. Her professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional service are truly commendable. I will definitely be returning to Denny's to enjoy another fantastic meal served by Gale!

24hs service... There was a rude waiter wildly screaming to the cooks in front of all the clients. They serve first to my companyion a burned plate, pure oil, disgusting The burguer was ok but took 20 min more to serve.

We ended up with our own special seating. Staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. The servers were great. Always checking on us. Even when they were short staffed, they kept us informed. All around great experience.

I came in at 12:15am stood and waited for 5mins before I was told I could sit. My server dropped off my menu an didn’t ask if I wanted anything to drink. It took my server 15mins to come back and ask if I was ready to order, once I ordered it took 20mins for eggs sausage bacon an hash browns, the coffee was old and burnt. There was Only 2 groups of people, 1 party of 3, and 1 party of 2, this is the worst service I have ever had. I will never visit Dennys again after this visit The food was cold, my server was too busy talking on her phone and 15mins to check to see how the food was.

I never have a complaint here every time I gone Great service, the food is hot and great. My favorite food is the nachos. The Waitress is always the same guy, a great person who always comes around and makes sure everything is good while he has 6 other tables he needs to attend since he is the only one serving everyone .. well, I forgot his name. All i know he Hispanic and has a ponytail. It's a great guy who hopes he becomes a manager

Great service! Over 40+ years I've seen many versions of this Denny's and this version, of this Denny's, is by far the best. I don't expect much but I'm just so surprised at how staff here goes above and beyond. It feels different than years past (or other retail establishments in Miami). They seem genuine and happy to work together. Thank you Denny's, especially this location and version of it, for the attentiveness you provide to your customers.

You can always count on Denny's for good honest food at honest pricing. AAA discount makes it 15% sweeter. The staff at the North Miami Biscayne location is always welcoming. Being a regular, sometimes the chef puts pecans in my pancakes or slips and tosses in an extra egg now and then. Kiki always has a warm smile and anticipates the customer's needs. You won't be disappointed.
