The staff and physicians at Biscayne Dental Center are caring, courteous, helpful, and informative. I was given several options for my care in different pricing ranges and timing for my treatment plan. This was particularly important to me as i am on a fixed income. And, they did not simply push me into getting dental implants as so many dentists do these days. They were an option. But there were other options available to me. Very sweet dental technician handled my deep cleaning with care. I was a little stressed when I sat down but by the end of it all I was pleased. I've been to many dental clinics over the years and this one is the best by far as shown through their professionalism and care.

The best experience I have ever had with a dental clinic. The customer service is incredible, the staff is super nice. Dr. Maya and his assistant Edenia were wonderful. The Dr. is quick and efficient. He will address any concern you have. They will explain procedures and payments before taking a decision. I loved this place. I recommend it 100%. Special Thanks to Mayrin, who helped coordinate the entire rescue mission, Dr. Iraheta for the awesome implants procedure (although I don't recall exactly, as I was really sedated), Dr. Lopez for an absolute fantastic artwork, Edenia for all the patience she had for me, and for her delicate approach, shoulder to cry, and a hug, then of course Sara, who helped navigate the schedule with grace. 100%. 100% 100%. Dr. Lopez is a master dentist. I walked in with gaps in my teeth and said, "I don't care what it costs, I just want a perfect smile." It was surprisingly very affordable. They were able to squeeze me in and did a TON of work in 3 weeks as that was how long I was in Miami for. 2 Fillings 1 Root canal 1 Cleaning 1 Extraction 2 Bridges and 14 crowns later I have a perfect smile. If I could pick this dental practice up and carry it with me, I would!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!! The pictures below are the proof. Black shirt is before (lots of gaps). I want to start off by saying this office is very clean! And It smells amazing :). This was my first time here and my first time trying a new dental office. I’ve been going to my previous one for over 18 years but I recently moved. I had the best experience and I was in and out. The staff is super nice and welcoming, also Sarah and I had great conversations which is one of the reasons I will definitely come back.

I was given an almost 10k bill because they said I needed bone grafts and a ton of other things... I went and got a 2nd opinion and was told yes, I needed a deep cleaning, but my bones were fine, I just had some receding gums... I am sorry, but this place seems like a rip-off, and they are trying to make you get more stuff than you actually need. Follow up: According to my insurance a deep cleaning should have cost $600 not $1250.

The past 2 years I have been going to Biscayne Dental and to have gotten dental work for myself and my family and everything has come out A+ .
