Every Banana Republic store I go to automatically gets five stars based on the brand alone, which although I am aware is not the best brand for everyone, definitely has helped me in momentous ways during my professional career. This store is well staffed and well branded, and the staff is equally well mannered and helpful to boot. Too bad the mall has some serious ups and downs but that is a whole other story.

Normally I always buy at that store and it had always been good, but this last time the person who helped me when paying was very unpleasant and I felt very bad... I don't think I will return to that place anymore

Clean store and great selection

I went there for a pair of shorts for an upcoming summer trip. The ladies were so attentive and gave their keen eye and common sense. I left with a pair of shorts, pants and a couple of great linen shirts, that will go great in Spain.

Store is good, friendly, good prices, but I feeling discrimination agains men in this store. Usually, I help my wife choice her clothes, give to her my opinion if she is great, loock for other color or models or size, and I pay for her clothes, but sellers don’t like this, sellers never help my wife, and don’t like her husband helps. They asked to husband to sit dow in a dirty sofa, in a rude treatment and don’t give any assistance to her. Deception with Aventura mall Banana’s Republic store. Others stores from Banana Republic are great, but in Aventura Mall, Banana’s Republic have a horrible treatment again men….
