I have a membership for the past couple years at the joint and was denied treatment at this location for no reason. Very unethical & not how you treat patients. I will be letting corporate know as well. Dr. Grace was very unprofessional about it & could have deescalated it by not having to do it in front of other patients. Such a scam & bad look making other patients feel bad and feel down that they can’t get treatment. So embarrassing that six other patients had to witness that! Stay away! Poor treatment was given always & multiple violations of my membership agreement were violated multiple times. I won’t be accepting that abusive behavior no more!!! Also please have the manager call me because this is wrong and they need to apologize! Since no one apologized I give this place 0 stars!!!

Great place. Been going for a year. Betty at the front desk is so attentive and sweet. I go weekly for my back as it alleviates the tension from workouts. Dr. Israel is awesome and great help. All the docs are great here as well as Drm Grace.

I was a first time customer at The Joint Chiropractic in Aventura, and I was really impressed with the experience. I was having a lot of back pain, and I was hesitant to try chiropractic care because I didn't know what to expect. But the staff at The Joint was so friendly and knowledgeable, and they made me feel comfortable right away. The chiropractor was really gentle and explained everything he was doing as he went along. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. I felt like he really cared about my well-being. After my adjustment, I felt immediate relief from my back pain. I was so happy with the results that I'm definitely going back. I would highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic to anyone who is looking for care.

I've been going to The Joint Chiropractic in Aventura for a few months now and I'm really happy with the results. I was having a lot of back pain and neck pain, and it was starting to affect my sleep and my work. I tried going to a traditional chiropractor, but I didn't really like the experience. It was too expensive and too time-consuming. The Joint Chiropractic is different. It's much more affordable and convenient. The chiropractors are also really friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain what they're doing and why. I've been feeling a lot better since I started going to The Joint. My back pain and neck pain are gone, and I'm sleeping better than I have in years. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for affordable and convenient chiropractic care.

My 1st visit at aventura office was amazing. Front desk lady was so friendly and helpful and super attentive. and Ismael was so easy going and best adjustment I've ever gotten. Can't wait till next adjustment. 💯💯💯💯💯💯

I came into the joint office with nearly debilitating neck pain and fear around anyone touching my neck. The staff were great in helping me get over the fear and it has been very helpful for me, especially with the at home exercises and coming in for weekly adjustments. Now I trust whoever is there and look forward to my visits.

The doctor did not show up for my first appointment. They let me know five minutes before start of app they need to reschedule. I came a long way and have a very busy life so can’t just change my schedule in the fly. I’ll take this as a red flag of the level of professionalism and try a different provider.

I’ve always had positive experiences here. I’ve never waited more than 5-10 minutes to see someone and often even faster than that. All of the chiropractors I’ve seen have been good. Currently I am regularly seeing Dr Grace who combines chiropractic manipulation with some massage which has been great for my back. However all the chiropractors I’ve seen have been good and each has their own technique.
