Very impressed with the quality of this salon. It’s located in a beautiful hotel. Magnificent location. I have curly hair and I have been trying to find a hairdresser who would be able to cut my hair properly. After many unsuccessful attempts, I found Audrey at the Rossano Ferreti salon on Miami Beach. She is extremely professional and did an absolute great job. Even though I live in the Tampa area I will be back for my next haircut. Thanks so much for this.

I love this place. I have never been so happy with my highlights!! Audry did an amazing color and Balbina is great at shampooing and scalp massaging. Definitely coming back! I wish i could give 6 stars

I’m so happy with my experience. The hospitality of Udit at the reception And Audrey she has golden hands, she changed my life by styling my hair 😭❤️ I really hated my hair before going and she changed it totally with keeping in consideration that my hair is wavy and I’m careless I’m so grateful

Marco is amazing, attentive and skilled, felt comfortable with him styling me for the first time. went from brown hair to jet black and hardly any mess. Jack was great too. highly recommend!

Mario was my hairstylist for the day, he did exactly what I envisioned and showed reference pictures of!! Its really difficult to find can do emo/alternative hair styles in Miami, and on top of that, hairstylists that care to show you how to maintain the hairstyle you got, based on your own lifestyle. So honestly, going to Mario was a breathe of fresh air. Thank you, Mario!!

Moving to a new city can be a challenge to find the "right" hairstylist that will color and cut my hair with the same professionalism and thoughtfulness as my previous stylist. Well I certainly struck gold when I met @audreymakerover at the Rossano Ferretti Salon. The experience was better than I could have expected. Audrey is a truly gifted stylist with a genuinely beautiful Spirit!

It took me a while to calm down before writing this review. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The woman who did my hair was completely uninterested. Didn’t speak a word to me after I told her what I wanted. Not only did she not do what I asked, she gave me the worst “highlights” I’ve seen in the last decade- think Jennifer Aniston chunky highlights on “Friends”. I told her I was growing my natural grays out and I would like them blended with a nice ashy highlight (I have naturally brunette hair) She put the highlights in and then COLORED MY ROOTS after I had already spent months allowing them to grow. No blending. Then when it came time to dry, she realized how awful the highlights looked (you could see her face after she dried) and just covered my hair in toner… twice. She had to apply it twice because the highlights were so abrasive. I paid $900 to have my hair ruined. Disgraceful. I now fly into Dallas to have my hair done by an actual professional.

I’ve only trusted Audrey with my hair and each time it comes out AMAZING! I usually show her a picture of what balayage I want and it comes out better than the picture everytime :) I’m a type of person that doesn’t spend too much time doing my hair and she’s cuts it to make natural beauty stand out every day ❤️ love her and this salon!

I hadn't let anyone cut my hair in a long time and I am completely happy with the experience and trust that Marco gave me. I will definitely return to this place
