KARLA P is the only and one I go to, she is a brand ambassador and queen of Dior. And any other brands you need. She is not pushy like the other people at neiman, I always have the best time shopping with her. She is great a listens to your needs, she goes above and beyond for you. I was there for a gift and she help me package it in a doir box with ribbons so cute and special, my friend that received the gift was so happy and delighted. On top of that she is beautiful and has a great heart. I could not find an item at this location, so Karla helped me set it up with a different Neiman Marcus location with Marisol. I went there and was able to pick up my gift. Thank you again. Listennn don’t shop with anyone else. Ask for Karla!

AS OF 11/15- I was finally able to get in contact with the beauty manager at the Bal Harbor location. Mr. Martinez was pleasant and acted on my behalf immediately. For his great customer service I am changing my review to three stars. Original: I was unable to pickup my item while on vacation due to it not being ready "next day" as advertised. I have now reached out five times regarding my refund and have not been successful. The run around has been given at every turn, every agent spoken with was less helpful than the last. For a $600 perfume that has never left your store I expected better service from such a large brand store. Pathetic. Your company is now stealing our money at this point.
