My name is Pablo and I’ve been eating plant based food for more than 5 years now, growing my own food, and still this is THE BEST bread I’ve had in my life, not only that but is also healthy, plus the owner is a phenomenal guy who knows what he’s doing and talking about, absolutely loved this place. Joseph's Organic Kamut Sourdough Bread is my favorite loaf! A while back, I had a dream to start eating bread with a long fermentation time. I came across Joseph's Organic Bakery and ordered some of their bread. When it arrived, I had another dream. In the second dream, I was shown their bread as a beautiful golden loaf and told that it was perfect for my body because it was so gentle that it caused no stagnation. Maybe this is one of the reasons why their bread is so healing. Also, I make sandwiches with this bread and eat until I am full, and I still feel light in the body and mentally focused afterward. As much as my whole body loves this bread, I think my taste buds may love it the most! Because of all the benefits I have experienced from Joseph's Organic Kamut Sourdough Bread, I would definitely call their bread miracle loaves!! :)

Love this place. And it IS the real deal. Wholesome food from the earth with none of the commercialized grocery store ingredients. If you have IBS and would like some bread or cinnamon buns that won't hurt you, this is THE Place to go. I bought from him once online. When I walked into his store for the first time with my mother, he remembered who I was when I said I ordered recently online. Like my mother said, he could have sold her anything at that point once he showed that he knew and cared for his customers. Try it for yourself and see.

First impression, very bad customer service and unkept establishment. From the moment we walked in we were met with very poor attitude and unwelcoming energy. The owner was rude and feels comfortable treating his employees poorly in front of customers as well. Second, there was no price transparency around the product and we paid $45 for 3 small rolls of bread. Lastly, the bread was completely inedible and tasted like a kitchen sponge. Please save your hard earned money and spend it with any other local baker in the area.

I did not notice the prices until the guy checked out my 3 items.. I purchased them anyway.. The baked items looked small but good. Very over priced. $18 for what was basically an oversized cinnamon bun and I was charged $15 for a tiny banana bread loaf that I would say had one and a half servings. The bread was also the size of a large roll. The banana bread was frozen. All the items tasted like sawdust. To add insult to injury, the food was totally inedible and ended up in the garbage. This place was a total scam...

Always enjoy going to Joseph's not only for the bread and other goodies, but the conversation is always an opportunity to learn something new that benefits the body. Joseph and his son are friendly and gracious. I love the bread and know it nourishes my body. I have a gluten sensitivity and this bread causes me no discomfort. I enjoy a slice with avocado and sundried tomatoes. Almond butter is great as well.

I have had a pleasant experience with Joseph’s Organic Bakery. I’ve been purchasing their bread and have also purchased two kinds of their teas: the weight loss tea and the Cistus tea. Not only is the bread a healthy alternative for regular bread, but it is yummy! We eat bread often and my parents are diabetic so being able to continue eating bread knowing it isn’t going to have a negative affect is great. We run through it quickly. The teas are amazing as well. My mother has said that the tea has helped to lower her blood sugar levels significantly. She noticed the difference very soon after she started to drink the tea. Not to mention, they taste great as well! Can’t wait to buy some more of both teas and bread.

I haven’t been there yet. However I truly feel like this place is an answer from God and me crying out for help. The places looks pretty awesome the Pizzas seem very resonantly priced. I know organic is expensive and I know Miami is expensive. I think I have stickler shock a little bit from how much a 16 oz frozen soup is. However from what I gather it’s probably very nutrient dense. Also this stuff all sounds like it’s basically handmade and the opposite of mass production. I hope and pray I can find some stuff that is within my means. Again I realize this stuff is more expensive to put together. From about anime hour search online looking at place all over Florida and New York this place has pretty good reviews. I think one woman who wasn’t happy doesn’t understand the concept of Kamut and the gluten subject may be a bit misunderstood by them. Another person seemed very happy but only left a 2 star review. I bet if Josep was able to respond to those folks and explain the grain etc and politely ask them if they would consider changing their review rating he would probably have a very close to 5 star rating. I pray to God this places is as good as it sounds. This is they type of place I’ve been looking for in order to help me heal. I guess I can try to survive off of some of his bread and ghee whenever the bakery is closed, lol. I do not have kitchen asking at the moment and trying to follow a strict diet has been very daunting at times thank you for trying to help people recover from chronic illness. God Bless Shalom

My friend ordered 5 loaves. Cost her about $150!!! and she doesn't have money to throw around. The bread came late and was stale. She had sent me a loaf and it was stale! WORST BREAD I'VE EVER HAD. Then I made matters worse by making it into savory bread pudding on advice of a friend. Didn't soak up the egg mixture after an hour (didn't know this) and so I was out eggs, milk, cheese and oven time 1 hr. Had a small bowl and had to throw out rest. My friend says they are not amenable to returns/refunds because you have to email his mother and convince her. I guess once you've paid and you're out of state, whadda they care. Seriously, go get Ezekiel organic sprouted bread and you'll be happy.

This super tasty organic, old style bread made from kamut, an ancient grain from South America, is full of vital nutrients and fiber, for a great morning start. And I recently discovered pita from same ancient gran - it’s even tastier. This is the only bread I eat for breakfast. Just two small slightly toasted slices are perfectly satisfying. And the deserts with nuts are delish too, though I try to stay away from sugar, those are not too sweet. Definitely recommend the place, even if it’s a bit expensive.

Excellent choices of bread, that you can tell is freshly baked and taste so good! My favorite is their Kumut pita bread! Great for your gut, blood pressure, and other dietary restrictions! Thank you for what you do!

Really good! Got there right as it opened, he was very nice, made us pizzas, tea, and we took a chocolate cake and loaf for the road. Pizza was really good, cheese made from sesame and kelp so yum! Tea also delish and medicinal. Cake and loaf were good but a bit stale since i think they were baked day before but flavor was still good, would get again (: higher prices because they are special ingredients and not your average vegan place! Worth it’s value

I ordered their Einkorn Sourdough bread online. It reminds me of the super healthy, hearty organic bread I used to purchase in the 80’s. Very flavorful and energizing. Love it.

I haven’t started the blood pressure teas but will be starting soon. I must say I wasn’t please with the cake roll that was sent to me instead of the lemon cake I wanted but you didn’t have. I was thinking why you have them on line to order if you can’t make them and send. I was not please with that at all. The bread I ordered was great. I am not putting down your product which I feel you guys do an excellent job. But I do want to give you my honest opinion. Thank you for all you do.

Delicious nutritious EINCORN bread! Helped with my gluten intolerance considerably! The ancient gluten is much better tolerated than the new hybridized versions! Cut it into thin slices, then froze . Had it toasted for breakfast. Very filling too! Thousand times better than all that gluten free rubbish bread!

The Healthiest bread you will ever eat. But not only healthy, but delicious. Shipping is seem less, arrived earlier then expected. The keep baking, I will keep ordering.

I bought several loaves of bread. They were very tasty after being in the freezer for a couple of days. Heat a slice up with some raw almond butter or homemade apple butter, you have a delicious healthy snack or meal depending on how many slices you heat and eat.

A friend of mine highly suggested this bakery; although the bread was pricier and smaller than I had anticipated, I was nonetheless satisfied with my purchase of the Longjing Tea for blood sugar weight and detoxification, the Einkorn Sourdough Bread and the Kumat bread. Because the bread is so filling, I cut it thin and froze it to maintain its freshness. By adhering to this diet, my friend was able to reverse certain health conditions.

I have diabetes and high blood pressure. I have been on meds for both ailments for many years and decided to try to get control of my health. For the past 4 weeks I have been on the Diabetes program that Joseph suggested to me. This consists of 5 cups of Cistus tea and Green tea daily, kamut bread, sea moss and immune pro. The results are amazing. I have lost 25 pounds, my diabetes and blood pressure stabilized and i have been slowing getting off the meds. I feel great, Thank you Joseph

I loved the Einkorn Bread. It has a great taste and is just like the excellent, high-quality bread we used to buy in Germany. However, I cannot buy it again because the price is outrageous: almost $20 for a small loaf is not something I can afford for every day consumption. Sad. Barbara Rittweger

i just called Joseph to thank him. Last night I had a diverticulitis attack last night. I could not move from pain for 3 hours. I decided to drink 2 cups of cistus tea. Within 2 hours all the pain subsided! This tea is miraculous, thank you Joseph

From NY, I ordered 3 loaves of the spelt sourdough bread with the 2- day shipping. Arrived on time and i sliced and froze them right away. I love this bread! Does not make me feel lousy like most other breads do. Tastes great and is very satisfying. Can't wait to try the other varieties. Thank you for all your hard work.

They have the most amazing bread. This is the real deal. My husband and I had to stay away from wheat and other grains for the past few years because of chronic illnesses. This actually makes us feel good and helps our digestion. It tastes amazing too!

I heard Joseph and Amos from Joseph's Organic Bakery on WAVS radio am 1170 on the show with Norman the Lion. I was doubtful that eating the sour dough kamut bread and drinking the "miracle tea" would bring down my blood sugar. It is stubborn at between 150 and 220. After going on the program of drinking the tea and eating the bread, my sugar after 1 week is steady at 95! I am a believer and a customer for life. Thank you Joseph and Amos!
