Guillermo canceled our reservation on us out of nowhere just a few days before our stay and wouldn't respond to any messages. Beware of booking with him and his company. We were stuck trying to find a place in Sunny Isles last minute during Spring Break and had to pay a lot more because of limited availability. Never will stay at one of Guillermo's places!

The information for the use and payment of the laundry is not clear, you should ask before purchasing the card that is used to activate the machines. You must spend USD 15 for the laundry minimum, even though each wash and dry is only 1.75. If you are only staying for a couple days it is not be convenient. They charge USD 5 for the machine card alone and then the card takes a mandatory minimum charge of USD 10. Nobody tells you about this so please ask before any purchase. The apartments are good and very comfortable.

My wife and I rented a beautiful apartment in sunny isles and the whole experience was great, from the beginning to the end they help us the whole time, communication and service was on point thanks to the professionalism of Guillermo. I highly recommend them.

I booked with this company and received an invoice of them receiving half of my payment. Well a week before my planned trip I constantly tried to get in contact with Flatsaway to only hear that my reservation has been canceled and they couldn't inform me on why it was canceled. I do not recommend this place as it's no communication what so ever.

We stayed in a 2BR condominium in Sunny Isles, Florida for 34 days over the holidays into January 2021. The apartment matched the photos online perfectly - there were no surprises. Pricing was very good and when we had questions, Flatsaway owner/manager Guillermo was instantly back to us with answers/solutions.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this will be the exception. As I travel a lot for work, any hotel you could name is not even at Flatsaway level. I felt like home, apartment was clean, had a great location, views. You will find at a walking distance from 2 big stores to fill your needs, 5 minute ride to the aventura mall, just excellent. Guillermo was very professional and easy to intereact as I asked him for recommendations, very knowledgeable. I found the pecfect stay either for business or for family vacation. Thanks Flatsaway.

I've been going for many years and I've always had a great time. It is located in a strategic place. In front of the sea and its beach, near shopping and food places. A few km from the formula 1 tennis tournament venue and many places such as the racecourse
