will
*never*
purchase
from
Ashley
Furniture
again.
I
spent
over
$2,000
on
a
couch,
and
paid
for
a
3
year
warranty
so
that
the
purchase
could
be
protected.
The
sales
rep,
Luis
Escalera,
stated
that
the
warranty
was
all
inclusive,
covering
damage
made
by
pets
or
children,
if
I
wanted
to
replace
the
chaise
to
the
other
side,
etc.
All
things
mentioned
just
to
complete
a
sale,
but
when
you
try
to
submit
your
first
claim,
customer
service
has
a
completely
different
memo.
A
technician
came
to
my
house
and
bluntly
told
me
any
damage
he
reports
to
be
fixable/covered
is
charged
directly
to
him
as
a
third
party.
Im
sure
that
doesn’t
incline
him
to
catalog
many
damages
as
covered.
The
most
customer
service
offered
me
was
$100
off
my
next
purchase…after
I
spent
$2,000
on
a
couch
that
didn’t
last
a
year.
MIND
YOU,
when
I
first
got
the
furniture,
I
immediately
sent
my
rep
an
email
about
2
defective
items
and
that
the
delivery
personnel
left
skid
marks
on
the
floor.
That
was
ignored.
All
around
I’ve
been
lied
to
and
neglected
as
a
customer,
which
gives
me
no
desire
to
purchase
other
furniture
from
here
again.
Furniture
isn’t
cheap,
and
you
want
to
make
sure
you’re
purchasing
with
the
right
brand
who
has
your
interest
at
heart,
first
and
foremost.
&
warranty
that
actually
insures
you.
