This Ashley furniture is definitely a one off. Ive shopped at Ashley’s and City Furniture for two homes and never had issues but I cam to this location and it was certainly a HIALEAH special. I shopped inside and was with a rep and they walked with us for a little and then said they would come back and they left. We found a rug we liked and had to search for the rep who was back by the front door looking for another customer to walk in. We placed the order. I came to pick up the rug in my car a week later and they didnt even tape the rug closed. It had tape on it but for no reason, they made no effort to even put it in an orgaized manner. Hard to believe a reputable company would represent themselves like this but thats what you get in Hialeah. I doubt any other location would do this.

I will *never* purchase from Ashley Furniture again. I spent over $2,000 on a couch, and paid for a 3 year warranty so that the purchase could be protected. The sales rep, Luis Escalera, stated that the warranty was all inclusive, covering damage made by pets or children, if I wanted to replace the chaise to the other side, etc. All things mentioned just to complete a sale, but when you try to submit your first claim, customer service has a completely different memo. A technician came to my house and bluntly told me any damage he reports to be fixable/covered is charged directly to him as a third party. Im sure that doesn’t incline him to catalog many damages as covered. The most customer service offered me was $100 off my next purchase…after I spent $2,000 on a couch that didn’t last a year. MIND YOU, when I first got the furniture, I immediately sent my rep an email about 2 defective items and that the delivery personnel left skid marks on the floor. That was ignored. All around I’ve been lied to and neglected as a customer, which gives me no desire to purchase other furniture from here again. Furniture isn’t cheap, and you want to make sure you’re purchasing with the right brand who has your interest at heart, first and foremost. & warranty that actually insures you.

As we walked in the door we were greeted by Mr. Argenis Jimenez with great enthusiasm and professionalism. He asked what were looking for and he gave us the options. Wow!😁 There was so much Beautiful furniture to choose from and we made our choice. Mr. A. Jimenez was such a great help which made the process effortless. Thank you Mr. Jimenez you are a great asset to the company 😊

Be aware of this place they are scamming I purchase a mattress they call me to say they are going to give me the one in the showroom and don't worry it's new. Now the mattress I can't sleep on it it's hard and bad mind you they say I cannot return it. I call every day and they told me they are sending someone to my house. It's been 1 year since nobody reached out to me. 3 days after I received the mattress I keep calling them about the bad quality, and up to now no one cares I've been calling non-stop

My husband and I have purchased furniture from this location on two separate occasions and we received exceptional service on both visits. While on our last visit, prices were affordable and sales associate Victor was very pleasant, patient, and professional. I will definitely return for all future furniture needs!

Camila was the one who took care of us and was very professional with no pressure. We spent almost 1 hour with her, looking at various pieces of furniture that we were interested in and she was very patient, communicating us the information about each one, along with their price. We finally settled on a few pieces that we really liked and she made it very easy all along. We were extremely pleased with her familiarity of the selection they have and the beautiful furniture that what we finally decided to get. I would definitely recommend her anytime.

Had a great experience today when we finally chose our living room furniture. Our sales rep Luis Mendoza Ordonez was very patient with us and quite informative. I will definitely be going back some day soon to choose bedroom furniture.

Just left Ashley’s Furniture store and was greeted by Leo, who took his time as we made the right choice on a few pieces. Never pressured us to buy anything. Then came John joking and also making us feel like we were in the right place at the right time. Later finding out he was the big boss 😂. Both were great and very helpful. Ashley was amazing! She greeted us as we walked in and showed us around. We gave her specifications of what we needed and she gave us many options. She went above and beyond. To say the least, we were able to walk out of there with our desired mattress! Honestly the best customer service in Miami.

We had a very pleasant experience, we were looking for a small couch for our new home, and in Niurka was very helpful, friendly, and patient. Manager came to us and asked how our experience was and if we needed any help as well. Definitely will be back!!

While shopping for furniture for my new home I had gone to just about every Ashley Furniture in South Florida. Nothing compares to this location. Not only did they have more inventory than any other location I had gone to but the customer service was phenomenal. Ashley and the store manager Iris were so helpful throughout the whole process. I am not happy, and I have had a very bad experience since September when I bought furniture and they still have not delivered it correctly and there is a long delay with the delivery, it is a pity that these things happen. The sellers are wonderful. But the deliveries are lousy, if they don't have the product, then don't sell it. I, as a buyer, have not yet been able to enjoy the purchases I made and I am already paying for it, that is, I pay for something that I do not have 😡

We were in and out of the store in under an hour. Luis was very helpful and our delivery time was only three days from purchase. The average delivery time at rooms to go right now is two months very happy.

Being an interior designer I have visited most of the furniture stores in Miami but like the customer service I had in Hialeah I never got it before. I’m so glad I choose it as a first option! Purchased furniture from here and the experience has been horrible. Camila was nice and sweet until she got her commission and doesn't care about retaining customers. After spending over 7-8k you would expect to be treated with respect and return our phone calls. They stated have 14 days for price match and before delivery price went down so requested our sales associate Camila to refund us the difference on our credit card and been 10 days and it's not back on card. Tried calling the store and they have incompetent employees who answer and I stated put manager Luis on the phone and they hang up. Called 5 times and Alfonso says Luis is in a meeting and Camila your sales rep is busy too. They are quick in charging my credit card and now it's been over 10 days and haven't received credit to my card. Called store again after two hours from three different phones and they refuse to answer. Do yourself a favor and do not shop here.

My experience in store was wonderful. All the employees were willing to help with my uncertainty, and also were very very patient. The store manager which I forgot her name and Carlos who was my salesman are absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable, and again patient… It was just an all around great experience

Camila was our salesperson. She was very helpful and patient. She gave us our space to look around the store. When we had questions, she was easy to find. She gave me so many options for finance. I will definitely buy more pieces with her. I highly recommend.

Having just moved to Miami Lakes, we needed a few furniture items to complete our move in. We had had a previous positive experience at Ashley Furniture in Ft Lauderdale, so we popped into this Ashley location in Hialeah. We were greeted by salesman, Carlos Silva, who listened to what we were looking for. He showed us relative items without any “pressure.” We ended up making a purchase. Carlos was knowledgeable and professional in every way. It was a pleasure to shop at this store!

Friendly staff at this location. Carlos was super nice. Great selections of furniture. The furniture here is not big and bulky. But average size for the average house. Durable pieces for family and professional settings. The second floor furniture is like scratch and dent furniture. Most pieces were visibly damaged.

I've been looking for furniture for a while. Today I went to Ashley showroom furniture store in Hialeah. Enid was the salesperson.
