    Can't speak highly enough of the quality of service at Champions! We did not buy our vehicle here, however, we service it here and I would not go anywhere else. I have worked with Brad several times. He is kind, knowledgeable, respectful and communicative. You want to always feel like your Porsche is in great hands, and this is definitely the place to have that feeling! Making an appointment is easy, no hassles, loaner provided for most jobs, service department is very accommodating!

    Champion Porsche dealership made me feel like a VIP Customer! "HONESTY.... RESPECT.. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE" are the words that come to mind and best describe my recent experience with them. They made buying my first Porsche car painless & exciting! All of their cars are "top shelf" … Never in my lifetime have I seen so many used Porsche models that were in showroom condition with no haggle pricing!! Hats off to my salesman Mr. Blake who I felt did an outstanding job! He was very polite and was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. Very impressed with this dealership! Consider me a customer for life!

    I own a 2020 Porsche Cayenne with low mileage, still under warranty. This marks my second visit to the dealer to address a persistent metallic noise coming from underneath the car. Over a month ago, I brought my Cayenne in for a service, which, I must mention, is quite very expensive. Additionally, I had to request a replacement for the dashboard due to the leather peeling off and lifting. It's worth noting that I rarely leave my car under the sun, and it's always stored in my garage with AC. It's incredibly disappointing to encounter these issues in a car of this caliber. Furthermore, during this service visit, I received a loaner vehicle from the dealer. However, I was surprised and disappointed to find the loaner covered in stickers, including the dealer's name, plastered all over it. It resembled a vehicle used for pizza delivery rather than something befitting a Porsche owner. I believe Porsche owners should receive loaner vehicles that reflect the luxury and class associated with the brand. Moreover, I had to request a special permit to enter my community because HOA regulations prohibit to have cars inside the community with advertising labels. Unfortunately, my Cayenne has been at the dealer for over a month, and I have yet to receive any updates regarding the resolution of the persistent noise issue. It seems they are still unable to identify the root cause of the problem. This extended delay and the loaner car experience have left me quite dissatisfied with the overall service provided. I must express my deep disappointment with the dealer's handling of my Porsche Cayenne and the overall customer experience. As a Porsche owner, I expected top-notch tech service and attention to detail, but my recent experiences have fallen far short of those expectations. This extended delay in resolving the issue and the choice of loaner vehicle have not only inconvenienced me but have also tarnished my perception of the brand and the dealership. I hope that this feedback serves as a wakeup call for them to improve their service standards and uphold the reputation that Porsche enthusiasts, like myself, hold dear.

    I recently purchased a 2020 Porsche Macan from Champion Porsche and I can't express how delighted I am with the entire experience. In the past, I've had some less than stellar encounters with car dealerships, so I approached this long-distance purchase with extra caution. However, thanks to Manfred, my salesperson at Champion Porsche, my perception of car buying has completely changed, at least with Porsche. Living in New Jersey, I faced the challenge of a long-distance transaction, which can often be daunting. I had to fly down with my brother to Florida, test drive the car, pay for it, and then embark on a journey back up north to NJ. This required a significant amount of trust in both Manfred and Champion Porsche to not give us the runaround or hide any details prior to our arrival. I'm pleased to say that they exceeded my expectations. Manfred's professionalism and dedication were outstanding. He not only answered all my questions but also took the time to understand my needs and preferences. His knowledge of the Porsche Macan and the brand's offerings was impressive. It's clear that he's a true expert in his field. The entire experience at Champion Porsche was marked by exceptional customer service. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer, which is something I've rarely experienced elsewhere. The dealership itself is well-maintained and exudes an ambiance that befits the Porsche brand. It's clear that they take pride in their establishment and the vehicles they offer. I can confidently say that Champion Porsche has raised the bar when it comes to car buying, even for long-distance transactions. Manfred and the team have transformed what can often be a stressful process into a delightful and satisfying experience. If you're in the market for a Porsche and considering a long-distance purchase, I highly recommend Champion Porsche in Pompano Beach. They've earned my trust and respect, and I'll undoubtedly return for my future Porsche purchases. Thank you, Champion Porsche, for proving that exceptional customer service and professionalism still exist in the automotive industry, even for those of us who come from afar.

    Mark Chue and the staff at Champion Porsche are unprecedented. Phenomenal experience from start to finish. I’ve purchased a multitude of vehicles from all dealers in south Florida and throughout the country. Champion is top notch in experience and service. Highly recommended, this will be one of my life long dealer relations I will have I recommend everyone to do the same.

    Matt Hobden was super great to work with. Excellent service! Informative, helpful, genuine and made sure I was comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process.     Had the pleasure of working with Jimmy K. He was very helpful with the process of purchasing my cayenne and was very fast at replying. Best experience I've had at a dealership. 10/10, highly recommend Jimmy K for all future Porsche needs.

    I had my 911 serviced yesterday and had a great experience! The work was well performed and my service advisor Danny Dimitrakis was very helpful, being involved for the 4 hours it was in the shop. The manager, Cindy Tilton was in the service drive speaking to customers and I had the pleasure of meeting her. Everyone is very nice!

    I must express my profound disappointment and exasperation with my ongoing ordeal at Champion Porsche SERVICE. My experience here has been nothing short of a customer service nightmare, one that has significantly tarnished my once-positive perception of the Porsche brand. I initially brought in my Porsche Cayenne on July 17, 2023, hoping to address a persistent metallic noise issue underneath the car, along with another warranty-covered concern. This wasn't the first attempt to rectify the metallic noise problem; they had already faltered during my first visit. Regrettably, nearly three months have passed, and my car remains imprisoned in their service center with no resolution in sight. The complete lack of communication is both shocking and disheartening. Despite sending a formal letter requesting updates, Champion Porsche has chosen to disregard my pleas, leaving me entirely in the dark about when I can anticipate the return of my vehicle. This level of customer service is woefully inadequate, especially for a brand as renowned as Porsche. This situation has left me feeling helpless and deeply betrayed. I have escalated the matter to Porsche Corporate USA, who have indeed reached out to me, acknowledging my frustration. However, as of today, no satisfactory solution has emerged from their side. Champion Porsche, it's high time you acknowledge the gravity of your inadequacy in serving your customers. Such neglect is simply unacceptable. As for my future with this brand, I've gone from being a loyal enthusiast since purchasing my Cayenne to harboring disdain. Unfortunately, I'm still bound to this vehicle until it's eventually returned to me, as I don't want to suffer financial losses by selling it. My frustration and the powerlessness I feel in trying to resolve this matter with Porsche surpass any reasonable limit. If you're contemplating entrusting Champion Porsche with your vehicle or have already done so, I implore you to reconsider. Based on my experience, there are serious concerns about their competence and commitment to customer satisfaction. Just updating my review on Nov 24 2023, still waiting for having my cayenne fixed….. I’m heading the fifth month in this unbelievable situation. Porsche USA, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? Is this a normal situation?? Five months waiting to have my car back & fixed and you guys of Porsche USA only call champion dealer IN ORDER to give me updates and keep telling me that YOU UNDERSTAND MY FRUSTRATION… IS THIS FAIR?? Never thought that something like this could happen in USA. The last thing that I want to do it in my life is to buy a Porsche again… never again!!!! at least in USA. Porsche USA IS DOING ANYTHING TO HELP ME.

    So I previously wrote a 1 star review of an experience I had here. Called in to get a module programmed that was replaced on my car. Had gotten a quote and long wait time from other dealers so I decide to try Champion. They connected me with some service advisor guy, first name with a J last name Rodriguez I believe. He responded he couldn't touch the car if they didn't work on it and gave me no options asked no questions, no interest, a simple no. Interestingly enough the day before I had watched a Youtube video of Mat Armstrong taking his SELF rebuilt salvaged reconstructed GT3 into Champion and they gladly helped him with everything they could!! 😂😂 What I needed was something minor that another Porsche dealer fixed quickly. My car is under WARRANTY by the way, not DIY rebuilt salvaged!! Fast forward couple weeks needed some warranty services, all the other Porsche dealers had over a month wait time so I decided to give Champion another try. Asked for a different service advisor of course. They got me David Feldman. Night and Day difference. Excellent service very knowledgeable about the issues I spoke with him about and open to look at and investigate everything! Really knew about Porsches and shared great knowledge and advice on my car. Got all my issues resolved quickly and they even had a loaner for me which other dealers didn't have available. Other staff was very nice as well. Highly recommend Champion Porsche. Excellent experience! Except for the first call I had. Pick your advisor wisely I guess.

    We bought a Porsche Macan, Papaya color, from Paul! He was truly fantastic to work with. What an expert!!! Extremely professional and straight to business, gets you in and out-the-door in no time, specially for us who traveled from Sarasota. Meanwhile processing paperwork, I was given a very detailed explanation of absolutely every single feature of this car. Highly recommend Paul for your next Porsche. We will be back! Thank you!!!!

    Today I purchased my third Porsche from Champion and words alone can't describe the exceptional professionalism and honesty and go beyond the expected in purchasing a car. James Giniewicz is a total professional and I like to think a friend after our time together. This is the second car I bought from James and the third from Champion. Every time I have gone back to them either for sales or service, the experience has always been outstanding. I live 150 miles north from the dealership and we have several Porsche dealers in that distance but I chose to go Champion Porsche because I know Champion will treat me with respect and honesty. Thank you James.

    Service only. If I could give a zero I would. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Got a call beforehand telling me they are not even starting on cars for 7-10 days. I asked for a real appointment. That's NOT how we have been doing it for a while, Jeff said. What a crock. Instead of scheduling properly they keep all cars for a week or longer? No one this bad at scheduling should be in business.

    As a long time Porsche owner and enthusiast, I enjoy a certain expectation in the overall performance and operation of my vehicle. I can say without hesitation, that Champion’s service department, and of course my service person, exceedingly add to, and are integral to enjoying the Porsche experience. As one fosters long term relationships with service people in other vocations, the very same is true at Champion, as my service person makes me feel uniquely important and appreciated.

    Wxtremelly rude used sales Manager. Def not something u expect when shopping for a newish porsche… might he was just employed from the side of the road dealership? 🤔he’d be a good fit for selling used honda’s. A liar on top of that, be weary of dealers openly lying 😉

    My first time there to service my 2013 Porsche Cayenne. I was having a Fuel Gauge sender unit error message and I wanted to also change the oil and filter, order a extra key fob. David Feldman was my service advisor and he was extremely professional and through. The customer waiting area was also very nice with a full blown coffee bar that has pastries, food and chips. I will go back to Champion Porsche for sure! I highly recommend this Porsche Dealership!!!

    Service issues when they arise should not be stressful. Champion Porsche service team hits the mark spot on. Our service advisor, Bradley James, explained the potential issues and then had them resolved in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Champion Porsche service.

    I purchased a Porsche Macan from this dealership on 12/2022. The car was delivered to my house a few days later with a dent on the right side. Dent was removed by dealership upon request after back and forth calling. Upon my first inspection at the WPB Porsche dealership on 6/1/23, a leak was detected in my back right tire due to a bad plug. The Champion dealership sold this vehicle as new with a plugged tire. It took 6 hours of back and forth calling, texting to have them replace it with a new one. The dealership kept passing responsibility to other individuals and kept me waiting for hours. Photos provided by WPB Porsche dealership of the plugged tire sold as new. Fearful of more issues arising, these were 2 very unfortunate experiences with this dealership within 5 months of purchase.
