I
must
express
my
profound
disappointment
and
exasperation
with
my
ongoing
ordeal
at
Champion
Porsche
SERVICE.
My
experience
here
has
been
nothing
short
of
a
customer
service
nightmare,
one
that
has
significantly
tarnished
my
once-positive
perception
of
the
Porsche
brand.
I
initially
brought
in
my
Porsche
Cayenne
on
July
17,
2023,
hoping
to
address
a
persistent
metallic
noise
issue
underneath
the
car,
along
with
another
warranty-covered
concern.
This
wasn't
the
first
attempt
to
rectify
the
metallic
noise
problem;
they
had
already
faltered
during
my
first
visit.
Regrettably,
nearly
three
months
have
passed,
and
my
car
remains
imprisoned
in
their
service
center
with
no
resolution
in
sight.
The
complete
lack
of
communication
is
both
shocking
and
disheartening.
Despite
sending
a
formal
letter
requesting
updates,
Champion
Porsche
has
chosen
to
disregard
my
pleas,
leaving
me
entirely
in
the
dark
about
when
I
can
anticipate
the
return
of
my
vehicle.
This
level
of
customer
service
is
woefully
inadequate,
especially
for
a
brand
as
renowned
as
Porsche.
This
situation
has
left
me
feeling
helpless
and
deeply
betrayed.
I
have
escalated
the
matter
to
Porsche
Corporate
USA,
who
have
indeed
reached
out
to
me,
acknowledging
my
frustration.
However,
as
of
today,
no
satisfactory
solution
has
emerged
from
their
side.
Champion
Porsche,
it's
high
time
you
acknowledge
the
gravity
of
your
inadequacy
in
serving
your
customers.
Such
neglect
is
simply
unacceptable.
As
for
my
future
with
this
brand,
I've
gone
from
being
a
loyal
enthusiast
since
purchasing
my
Cayenne
to
harboring
disdain.
Unfortunately,
I'm
still
bound
to
this
vehicle
until
it's
eventually
returned
to
me,
as
I
don't
want
to
suffer
financial
losses
by
selling
it.
My
frustration
and
the
powerlessness
I
feel
in
trying
to
resolve
this
matter
with
Porsche
surpass
any
reasonable
limit.
If
you're
contemplating
entrusting
Champion
Porsche
with
your
vehicle
or
have
already
done
so,
I
implore
you
to
reconsider.
Based
on
my
experience,
there
are
serious
concerns
about
their
competence
and
commitment
to
customer
satisfaction.

still
waiting
for
having
my
cayenne
fixed…..
I’m
heading
the
fifth
month
in
this
unbelievable
situation.
Porsche
USA,
WHAT
ARE
YOU
WAITING
FOR?
Is
this
a
normal
situation??

waiting
to
have
my
car
back
&
fixed
and
you
guys
of
Porsche
USA
only
call
champion
dealer
IN
ORDER
to
give
me
updates
and
keep
telling
me
that
YOU
UNDERSTAND
MY
FRUSTRATION…
IS
THIS
FAIR??
Never
thought
that
something
like
this
could
happen
in
USA.
The
last
thing
that
I
want
to
do
it
in
my
life
is
to
buy
a
Porsche
again…
never
again!!!!
at
least
in
USA.

IS
DOING

TO
HELP
ME.
