I
purchased
a
watch
from
the
location
in
Coral
Springs
so
i
decided
to
purchase
another
one
and
I
went
into
the
BROWARD
location.
I
was
standing
by
the
case
for
a
while
before
I
received
assistance,
(it’s
Christmas
Eve
so
that’s
understandable).
I
was
approached
by
an
associate
named
Jane
who
I
asked
to
show
me
a
couple
watches
similar
to
what
I
purchased
in
Coral
Springs.
She
was
extremely
rude
and
unfriendly.
At
one
point
she
told
me
to
hurry
up
and
decide
because
she
has
to
go.
I
had
my
6
year
old
son
with
me
and
I
did
not
want
to
create
a
scene.
I
purchased
the
watch
and
she
rushed
away
to
go
stand
in
another
area
with
more
expensive
product.
I
then
looked
into
my
bag
and
saw
she
just
threw
the
watch
in
the
bag
no
cover
on
it
or
care
in
the
world.
After
I
waited
again
to
speak
to
someone
else
about
her
behavior
only
to
find
out
that
she
was
the
supervisor
for
that
area.
I
explained
what
happened
to
another
associate
and
showed
her
the
product
i
purchased,
she
was
nice
enough
to
cover
it
with
a
box
(since
it
did
come
out
of
the
case)
and
wrap
it
in
paper
for
me.
This
associate
talked
me
out
of
returning
the
watch
and
going
to
another
store
(Christmas
spirit
and
all).
I
am
disappointed
at
the
level
of
professionalism
and
rudeness
that
Jane
reflected
towards
me.
Whether
or
not
you
are
buying
a
100
dollar
watch
or
a
5000
watch
you
should
treat
the
customer
with
the
same
level
of
respect
and
courtesy.
I
will
not
be
shopping
back
in
this
location.
