Ok, I purchased those 2 bracelets together. One oxidized very fast (I believe it’s a quality issue) and looks horrible. So, I came to clean it. First, the store don’t do cleaning anymore; second the cleaning process will take up to 4 weeks, and the last - the cost is $35! Really? The brand became so cheap?! I’m shocked, poor quality of silver and poor service.

The quality of service at Tiffany continues to plummet with each visit to this store. It has unfortunately gotten to the point that we will call ahead to make sure a particular associate will be there. Last visit we went in for an in-store cleaning and to look for earrings. The lady associate went to the back for 3 minutes and came back saying it was done "doesn't it sparkle." It didn't! The carat diamond was still clearly dirty, visibly opaque and dusty. We refused to waste any more of our time to refute the associate, said thank you and left. I have asked my spouse to please stop shopping there for me. I wish I didn't own any Tiffany pieces that I now will need to continue to service there.

Store was nice. Sales man could of been a little more friendly. Did not ask any life style questions. It was pretty much in and out. My wife loves the brand, but definitely could work more on their service. Retail is dying, every customer counts, especially the buying type.

Tiffany never disappoints and when it comes to the present for the one you love you can never go wrong. I know it is expensive, but their quality is worth the price tag. This store in particular is gorgeous and the multilingual staff are always eager to help and give the best advice, so the customer leaves always happy. Highly recommended!
