I've been with Chen for a few months. After try with 2 other medical centers, I can honestly say that I have finally found the right place for me. Starting with Evelyn who helped me with the process to the office staff who is always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Infante is a phenomenal physician. First of all she listens to the patient and provides a thorough explanation to my questions. She is articulate, dedicated and loves her profession. I'm definitely recommending Chen Medical to family and friends.

I have just finish reading a book how Chen Med operates and am impressed just reading about the time the family have put into their practice. It's nice to know that there are doctors look at patients first especially our seniors. I used to wonder why I was always given a follow-up so quickly not until I read the book that Chen cares about the wellness of it's clients. Thanks for getting the best for us. From my experience I even have my husband joined Chen.

I have had a great experience with the dr as well as the assistants. Dr Infante Quintero is very thorough and takes the time to listen to you and follow up. I feel that not only she's a caring human being, but also a very efficient scientist. I feel very confident of her decisions and recommendations. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The ease of getting appointments is very reasonable as well as specialists appointments. The office is clean and very well ru n. Super happy all around...

I just had my first visit. Terrific clinic. Highly recommended! My doctor is Dr. Rizo-Medina. She has a great bedside manner. My medical assistant was Sidalene. Once again top notch. I wish she would work in my clinic. If you're old like me, you can't go wrong going there.

My wife tried to contact her primary Dr.J.Sandalis three times for heartbeat emergency consultation but she never received a call back. Nurses delivery message but telling that Dr.Sandalis his very busy. It's not the first time but it may be a common practice of this Specific Clinic

Sometimes the non-medical staff make mistakes but all in all, at Chen everyone try to accommodate your needs as well as possible while the medical staff are always very professional and dedicated.

I got a last minute sppointment for chest xrays. Only a short wait, got 2 pics quickly. Got a free Lyft ride home.

My experience was good. CHEN OFFERS A LOT OF PERKS SPECIFICALLY for seniors. The staff is friendly and helpful. The primary doctors are well qualified and kind. Blood tests and some X-rays can be done on site. Some medications are available on site as well. Chen makes visiting your doctor pleasant and convenient.

My PCP, Dr Medina is the best. She never rushes me, always provides referrals, is thoughtful and caring. I always feel I am good hands.

Dr Ferrante is one of the best Pcp I've had at Chen. Knowledgeable, caring, patient. The gals in the front are a real credit to the place along with her nurse.

9/22/2023 appointment scheduled for 10:50am confirmed on 9/20/2023. I came to the appointment with Dr.Sandalis at Chen Clinic Aventura. I was 10minutes earlier and I hv been told that they were trying to contact me . I talk to them one day before and everything was confirmed to me. Today Dr.Sandalis is not here. This is not the first time. Bad oservice. Wasting my timeanswered.

The doctor sits patiently and listens. You feel that there is a lot of care for the patient. The treatment is definitely dedicated.

Primary doctor and nurse very helpful and caring. Doctor Infante didn't look to be in a rush.
