Hands down the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. Can we talk about customer service for a minute? Now in this day and age, it is very difficult to receive good customer service.... these guys? They know what their doing. For friendly services and GREAT food. This is definitely a place to visit in CLE

Good lunch spot with some menu items that are a little twist on the norm. Have been there 3 times and have had good food & service each time. There are also a couple different & pleasant table areas for dine-in.

I go to the Bistro every day for coffee best coffee ever! Today I tried the Bistro Smash burger OMG it was soooo good I love this place! Everyone is so nice and friendly and Nancy is my fave! Keep up the great work Bistro!

We lucked onto this gem of a breakfast/lunch spot just a 2 minute walk from the Downtown Cleveland Doubletree. Chaz and his exceptional staff made us feel right at home. Great homemade offerings and a Great Lake view! Thanks, Chaz!!

I have been to the bistro several times since they opened. Each visit has been more enjoyable than the one before. The quality and freshness is the best around. From the baked fresh daily breads and pastries , to the homemade soups, pasta dishes and my favorites, the Cuban and Bistro smash burger. A must place to eat!

Came in from New Jersey on vacation and we were looking for a good breakfast and coffee spot and we found it for sure. Prices were great and the food and coffee were both incredible. Breakfast burrito was out of this world. We wish we could take this place back with us.

I had an opportunity to taste a lot of options here and not one dish disappointed! Highly recommend this place if you are downtown during the week. You will find something good to eat for sure!!!

This is a very convenient spot with a good variety of food on the menu. My food has always been fresh and ready on time. Staff is polite.

The bacon Mac and cheese is to die for! It’s so creamy and flavorful, some of the best Mac I’ve had. It comes with bread that has a really good garlic butter. My hubby had the smash burger with fries. Everything came out hot and was crispy. We also got the mango smoothie lemonades. They’re amazing, if you’re ever in downtown Cleveland, you gotta try out this place.

Ate lunch at the Bistro today - and what a great experience. Had the Bistro Burger - cooked to medium as requested, great sauce, fresh lettuce and tomato, in-house baked brioche bun. Delicious pasta salad with creamy sauce made in-house. Yum. My wife had the cod sandwich - tasty on the brioche bun with wonderful tartar sauce, delicious sweet potato crinkle fries. Nice prices. Friendly staff, nicely appointed restaurant and dining area with view of Lake Erie. Got to meet the owner and compliment him on our delightful experience.

Best service, best speciality coffees! Their housemade chips have amazing seasoning! Can't wait to visit this summer to try their smoothies and walk around downtown! Great location to walk to Rock Hall and other downtown attractions!!

We were the first business to have a catered order, once Bistro opened. Everything was fabulous!! The food portions, taste and timeliness have always been top notch! We have had countless events and lunch meetings with Bistro responsible for the orders. We will continue to place our orders with them due to their fabulous tasting meals and great staff. The ZLT was absolutely my favorite item that I’ve tried off the menu. Definitely the best tasting veggie sandwich I’ve had! Although all the food is good and always made fresh! You can almost taste the pride that the cooks and chefs put into their food . I’ll for sure be going back!
