I recently made an appointment with another wellness center in Strongsville, but they have a 3 month min sign up and it would have cost me over $1,000.00.....needless to say I am switching my business to recharge for the month to month benefits and plus the guy I spoke with seemed a little more informative about what I would possibly need. I am thrilled and can wait to see the results!! Adding to my review since I have been a client for some time now...I cannot begin to say how awesome this place is!! We had a mix up with one of my sessions and they made sure to make it right. Very genuine and sweet employees who are eager to help you reach your goals! I love the professionalism and at the same time welcoming environment!

The staff was great. I met Rob, Ryan, and Nicole and they all were very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me to decide which therapies would meet my needs and wants. After doing just a few therapies maybe 10 I really love this place and it’s become almost like a second or third home go there as often as I can and I feel great when I leave. Absolutely five stars if not more

I can't say enough about this place! Nicole and the rest of the staff are so knowledgeable, kind, and willing to work with you to get you feeling your best. I utilized the Oxygen bath to help with a chronic hives outbreak and it truly made a significant difference in my reaction. I will absolutely be back to check out the other services in the future.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! If you go here once a week and do the various therapies they offer it can make a massive difference in your quality of life both mentally and physically. I’m blown away with how many things they have to offer and you can use their therapies unlimited for $199/month or purchase one off therapies.

My favorite place! I love it more than my home ;) Ryan, Nicole, and Rob really treat people like they care. Like they honestly want to help. They go above and beyond for me all of the time. And the treatments they offer are good for you.. it's like a win, win...win and some more win!

In May of 2023 I have purchased 1 month Membership, at my last visit I confirmed the end of service, brought some chocolates for 2 attendants Nicole and Ryan (who were very nice) and left. Several month later I found my credit card was billed every month -6 times. The owner of the club took my initial call, promised to investigate and call back. Never called back and would not take my calls. Dishonest business practice. Patrons of the club - check your credit card bills!

Poor customer service. I am a frequent floater, I signed up for $99 unlimited floats in a month. After my 2nd float, trying to book my third in a month the lady kept saying the float tank was down every time I called in and didn’t know when it would be back up. She said I broke the float tank and ripped off the Handel which never happened. There was no compassion or empathy, which should be required in your staff if working at a holistic healing center. I feel it was made up because I was trying to utilize the great deal and offer of $99 unlimited floats in a month by doing them once a week. On the phone she was nasty and rude saying I can’t float there anymore. I just didn’t feel any positive energy or emotion from the staff when I would visit there, needs to be a healing environment. I NEVER leave bad reviews or ever feel like I have to. I was up front & honest about the situation and was called a liar. I’ve sent others there (trying to help the business) that have had bad customer service there as well.

Was seeking out some help for my daughter's back pain and came across Club Recharge. Knew the owner from our high school days, so I reached out and brought her in.. The information shared and the therapies that were recommended helped her so much. It was amazing to learn what fascinating machines our bodies are. I loved it so much that I became part of the team! I have now seen first hand how much our therapies have helped our clients.. We have something here for everyone!
