didn’t
even
want
to
give
one
star
….
The
pharmacy
at
this
location
is
so
unprofessional
and
rude.
I
am
going
through
an
insurance
change
and
just
wanted
to
know,
“When
will
my
prescription
be
ready
and
will
it
be
through
my
insurance
and
which
insurance
they
ran
it
through.”
Which
is
exactly
what
I
met
asking.
Not
too
difficult
of
a
question
and
I
didn’t
think
it
was
absurd
of
me
to
ask,
since
my
script
suddenly
needed
a
prior
auth.
I
felt
I
had
the
right
to
know
what
was
going
on.
Well,
Pam
and
Leah
the
staff
are
ignorant
and
should
not
be
in
customer
service.
They
treat
a
well
educated
BSN-RN
with
complete
and
total
disrespect.
The
pharmacist
Brett
is
not
any
better.
All
they
were
interested
in
was
telling
me
I
can
not
pick
up
my
script
for
an
additional
7
days,
which
as
you
can
see,
was
not
my
original
question.
It
wasn’t
so
much
the
lack
of
answering
the
question
but
tone
and
verbiage
in
which
it
was
delivered.
I
will
never
ever
go
back
inside
a
Discount
Drug
Mart,
and
I
have
used
them
for
over
15
years.
I
will
be
switching
pharmacies
and
I
will
be
sure
all
my
colleagues
and
professional
friends
know,
never
ever
use
DDM
and
that
everyone
is
aware
of
the
ignorance
that
works
there.
