Nice library. Cozy and comfortable with a nice and friendly staff. Nice area for kids & many sorry times and programs available. Only down side is that Ricky River residents get first dibs on all story times and they fill up really fast. I would recommend this library to play, but others for story times.

Rocky River public library is not only a very interesting library but it also has a large collection of glass pieces. Definitely take time to go see them. And pick out a really good book, movie or music while you're there.

Beautiful library almost like a museum decorated the amazing paintings and sculptures! The staff is so polite and the bathrooms are AMAZINGLY clean!(and i am picky with public bathrooms) theres a huge variety of books and they are all kept in nice quality too. Everything was clean and everyone was social distancing properly loved it

The staff is friendly & helpful, and one can now locate many more titles since this library joined ClevNet. However, the hours are not the greatest. Whoever heard of a library closing at 6PM on a Saturday night? or a library being closed every Sunday in the summertime? During some of the best times for reading or studying the Rocky River Public Library is closed.

Very nice and helpful staff....wonderful collection of book....and right next to a nive park to visit after a nice trip to the library 😀

My go to library for 18yrs now

The public library has a comfortable environment that allows people to relax. The staff are very nice and friendly unlike other comments mentioning otherwise. It can be chatty from 3-5pm only because its the end of a school day at Rocky River Middle School which is just a few hundred feet away.

Circulation staff is very rude and Director and Administration staff couldn't run a cool aid stand...This library has many problems like staff morale and treating patrons with respect.. This Library needs all new leaders who will reward good staff and get rid of the bad ones.

Huge library. Lots of staff. Beautiful on the inside. Also a new gorgeous mural in the stairwell that goes to the Children's section.

Great environment but unfortunately one person will ruin the experience. Hire staff who actually know how to speak with people that’s not condescending and rude.

I really love this place. What a gem and treasure. After having to go into Lakewood Library bc of River being closed over the holidays I realized just how spoiled I've been at River. They have an amazing collection of current and popular DVDs and Blu rays, their staff is always pleasant and helpful, they allow us to use a family card (which is so much easier when you get as much as we do), their website is easy to navigate and always updated, and they always have things of interest, with a wide variety, pulled to catch your attention.

Absolutely love this library. Always has everything I need. The checkout limit is great (50 items). Cozy with calming vibes and a friendly helpful staff.

Great Library, Awesome little gem in Rocky River! Very Cozy and the staffs are so nice, smiley and helpful! Plus, we can bring our water or coffee or food to accompany us studying as long as it is stored in a sealed container!!!! When i discovered this library, I switched permanently to Rocky River Public Library from Lakewood Public Library where a bottle of water is not even allowed to brought in and got so hydrated! and the staffs are rude there.

COOL place that has something interesting for different kinds of people and ages. Tween DROP-IN and teens areas for example. FRIENDLY Staff. Tight parking lot though and DON'T use the wrong entrance (one way<--, use Hampton entrance!) There is a Grand Room where you can be lowly verbal and have conversations, or just sit at a seat and table or couch and read. There is a LARGE quiet area with outlet at table. Plenty of computers and $10.01 of free printing; moreover, there are FREE wifi-hotspot rental which I call Internet in a Box. I really LIKE THIS PLACE :-)
