About 10 days ago I went there for a blood test. The tech put in the needle & then had to withdraw it because she wasn't getting any blood. She then chose another vein & got blood. However 2 days later I got a call that she put the blood in the wrong tube & my blood had to be destroyed ā˜¹ Meanwhile my arm had a bruise the size & color of a plum after all that poking around. So I went back today to have my blood redrawn & she couldn't get blood out either. She told me to go to a different lab. I've had blood drawn many, many times in my life (multiple surgeries, etc) and NEVER was there a problem getting blood out of my veins! Horrible experience!! Will never return & certainly do not recommend! They obviously are too inexperienced.

I shouldā€™ve checked over reviews before going here you wouldnā€™t think that you would have to in a medical facility. The first thing out of the providers mouth when she walked into the room was if your pain isnā€™t from an injury thereā€™s not really anything we can do to help you here which is what they shouldā€™ve told me at the desk before I paid my copayment and was brought back because I couldā€™ve went somewhere else or to my primary doctor. The provider which I donā€™t even know her name or if she was a doctor or a nurse practitioner or a nurse or what she was because she did not introduce herself nor did she tell me her title didnā€™t even look at my wrist sat across the room from me asking my symptoms and then proceeded to tell me there was really nothing they could do and a few things that she thought it could possibly be all of which I couldā€™ve looked up on Google myselfā€¦. it was very uncomfortable the fact that she sat completely across the room and didnā€™t even examine me it made me feel as though she really didnā€™t want to be around people or as though I were a leper or something. Basically a waste of my time and my $30 copayment because now I have to go elsewhere to find out what exactly is wrong.

Horrible experience... My sons antibiotic they prescribed was not covered by our insurance and would have been $250. Our pharmacy tried contacting them to prescribe a generic version with no luck. The next day we called them not once, not twice but THREE times for them to contact the pharmacy and we still never got our antibiotics. Each time they stated they would call it over and they never did. What a joke, we ended up going to Cleveland Clinic urgent care and got our prescription within an hour. The Dr was nice but this is absolutely ridiculous.

The brunette front desk lady is incredibly rude, as well as the lady who answered the phone after putting my name down on their sheet in their parking lot, being empty, as well as their whole entire office facility. Being empty I couldnā€™t get the lady off her cell phone as she was watching videos, cause I could hear the sounds as she sat there and ignored me.

This urgent care has the worst customer service Iā€™ve ever seen in my life. The front desk treat patients horribly, yell at them and are very condescending. I would not recommend coming to this location or urgent care at all. The owner doesnā€™t care about the horrible service as he is not involved in the business nor has any place for patients to complain. This business needs to be reported to the BBB.. which is what I will do.

The worst experience ever!!! The worst staff anyone could ever hire! I called in to see if I need to schedule an appt for a sports physical and they said no but we could walk in because they take walk ins! I called at 11:30am and walked in at 12pm and the rude woman at the desk yells at me and says weā€™re booked for the day and no longer taking walk ins! Not sure how you could be booked since your not taking appt and only doing walk insā€¦? I politely tell her but I called in and yā€™all said to come in, and I even asked over the phone I can walk in today? She said yes! She continues to be rude and says no weā€™re not taking anyone in and slams the window shut in my face! Donā€™t waste your time going to this location. These people obviously lack respect and morals. That was the most ā€œKARENā€ experience I ever had! I hope karma slaps her in the face for that!

Do not go to this clinic!! As a nurse I was disgusted by how my husband was treated. He came in and was told his blood pressure was too high and he needed to go to a primary physician to get it checked. The standard of care is to wait 10 minutes and recheck the patient's blood pressure. I was unable to go to the visit but if I was there I am sure this would have been remedied. Patient's beware, you must be able to advocate for yourself even if they say "no, we will not recheck your blood pressure." His blood pressure was within range everywhere else my husband went to get checked, even at the primary. He was already making lifestyle changes so the behavior he received from the first doctor and nurse was unacceptable. Do better, patient's need us to do better!!

We took my daughter in for a skin rash here. The doctor asked what we thought was going on and we said the initial spot she had looked like eczema but it seemed like it developed into something else. He told us we canā€™t know for sure unless we get a culture done, but he was convinced it was autoimmune (although my daughter does not have history of this nor is there family history). He prescribed an oral steroid. I have learned to always get a second and even third opinion so I made an appointment with a new family practice in the area and I also emailed our old pediatrician that lives in a different state. They both suspected that it was a contagious staph infection that was later confirmed by the culture. We got her on antibiotics immediately and then gave it to my other kids when we noticed they seemed to have the same blisters. This all happened before we got the culture back - my daughters skin blisters were spreading and she needed antibiotics asap. Iā€™m very glad we got a second opinion. Mistaking a contagious staph infection for autoimmune is a big whoops especially as I was due any day with a baby during all this. This wouldā€™ve been very dangerous for my daughter, me, my other kids, and especially the new baby if we believed it to be only autoimmune. Also - the primary care was $40 for the emergency visit and this urgent care was $120 (both self pay charges). We definitely will not be returning to this urgent care!

Absolutely horrible experiences. Iā€™ve had here the first time I went this year was initially for a strep throat. They said there was nothing wrong with me and gave me a little nasal pump. I ended up going to a different doctor. It turned out I had strep Iā€™ve been had to go back to them for a UTI. They prescribed me the wrong medication that I was actually allergic to, and it was on file that I was allergic. Then they proceeded to never give me my lab results back and I had to go to a completely different doctor once again, the last time I went, I went to go get a physical for work. The lady could not figure out with the paper was keep in mind. These papers are no different than a high school sports physical. I go in, and she asked for my whole entire medical record as well as vaccines nowhere on the document does it say that they need that information she didnā€™t proceeded to say she would do it for $55 and they would do my physical but they would not sign off on it , you heard me right they would make me pay $55 for an incomplete physical. I completely went off on her saying that thatā€™s just free money for you guys and I know what youā€™re wondering why would you keep going back I cannot live there prices for testing for strep and UTIs are very cheap only $15 but honestly their doctors need to stop flashing their Gucci belts and go back to medical school .

Sat and waited for 15 minutes with no one at the desk, but told someone would be right with me. Two other patients came in and were helped before me... Don't advertise walk ins only if that's how you run things

Went into north Olmsted location that had no patience. Was there for a sinus infection and was told they were out of covid 19 tests so they werenā€™t seeing any more people at 1pm what a joke.

I am a new patient to this location. I first ended up here due to severe neck pain a few weeks back of which Mike and staff helped me out with tremendously. I then began my primary care through here as well. Needing new bloodwork I unfortunately had to go back on two separate occasions because my veins really don't like being stabbed for a blood draw. On my second visit for a successful draw both Nicole and Ari were very patient and also persistent that a draw was going to happen. Getting blood drawn (or donating) for me has never been pleasant but these two women did an awesome job keeping me comfortable while succeeding in a CBC draw today!

Don't waste your time waiting here. It will take over an hour just to wait for a doctor to arrive to an examination room. Me and my son almost fell asleep waiting.

Iā€™ve only been to this urgent care a handful of times, and every time Iā€™ve gone, the wait has been manageable, the staff is friendly and attentive. Iā€™ve never left with questions or concerns and feel like my medical issue has been addressed or resolved properly. Thank you for the work that you do!

I am visiting from San Diego. I needed to see someone about a UTI. I cannot say enough good things about this facility. The staff was so friendly and the doctor was absolutely fantastic!! Thanks to each one there.

I went into this facility with a possible strep throat. Instead of immediately assuming COVID-19, the helpful staff listened to my concerns and tested me for strep first. Upon negative results, I agreed to a Covid-19 test (also negative!). Every step of trying to diagnose my throat I felt listened to and cared for. Nicole, Dan and the PA Rebecca were absolutely wonderful and the reason that I will continue to drive almost a half hour to go this facility for my urgicare needs. Please go here, you wonā€™t regret it! Every visit has been empathetic and efficient.

I was here yesterday and even though it was a longer wait of 1.5 hrs (they got slammed so understandable on the longer wait time), they were absolutely amazing. My 5 year son battled an on and off high fever which resulted in an ear infection and he was beyond miserable. He was so uncomfortable and upset and they were very sympathetic to how he was feeling. They offered to let me have him rest/wait in my car and they would call me in when ready, which was extremely helpful and let him rest till being seen. They were extremely attentive, efficient with the testing and thorough in the exam and genuinely and gently cared to help alleviate his discomfort. The doctor is a rare find. He has been one of the most patient, caring and understanding doctors I've encountered in ny life. It's very rare to have a doctor that requests a callback to check on how someone is doing as he did with my child. I have been here several times and each time they have been professional, courteous and caring. I'm sure with the high volume of patients treated regularly there are bound to be a few with a less than experience, but from all of my experiences (several) the past few years they have been amazing. In addition, the wait time is usually under 30 minutes from my experience unless highly busy. Highly recommend

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Beverly was wonderful. She quickly diagnosed my eye problem and sent my prescription straight to my pharmacy. I'll definitely refer my friends and family.

The new staff seems very inexperienced. I took my 6 year old there after a complaint of a sore throat and stomach ache. I was told it might be an appendicitis. Iā€™ve never had a dr jump to such a serious diagnosis so quickly. On a positive note, the wait times are very reasonable.
