They
have
this
card
wherein
you
earn
a
star
for
every
P200
spent
from
their
spa
but
i
was
disappointed
with
the
mechanics.
Upon
acquiring
the
last
star,
the
front
desk
attendant
informed
me
that
there
is
a
change
in
their
promo.
To
my
dismay
i
asked
to
speak
eith
the
manager
but
they
refused
to
let
me.
I
am
very
disappointed
that
they
treated
a
REGULAR
CUSTOMER
whom
acquired
plenty
of
stars
enough
to
fill
all
the
required
number
of
stars
to
avail
of
the
free
service
based
on
the
promo
card.
To
the
management:
The
card
should
bear
a
disclaimer
if
sudden
changes
may
apply
without
prior
notice.
I
will
get
back
to
you
soon
and
coordinate
with
concerned
agencies
to
resolve
this
issue
since
the
personnel
refused
to
let
me
speak
with
the
manager/proprietor.
