I walked into salon 2 weeks ago to get quick hair color. I was told they were booked out for 2 weeks, so i scheduled an appt with Kayse. Kayse by the way was excellent as it was my first time with her and was very satisfied how she cut my hair. Luckily I called ahead of time to add another service and ended up funding out that they scheduled me with someone else. The girl on the phone then told me that I had to reschedule for another week out like it was my fault for making their mistake. I have a wedding to go to and I just cancelled altogether. I cant deal with unprofessional and incompetent people. Sorry Kayse you just lost a good client.

I've been going to Julissa for years and now also love how Kaycee (I'm so sorry, I know I probably got the spellings of your names wrong) does my hair. They can do anything you can imagine and they are excellent.

I was referred to this salon by a friend. I have been using Brittney ever since! I literally have no anxiety when she does my hair because I know it’ll always turn out perfectly. I always get blonde highlights and the color is always spot on and I leave with my hair still feeling healthy, unlike in the past at other salons. I previously used another salon in the area that “specializes” in blonde, and I left with orange hair! I learned then that it was worth the wait to use Brittney if she was booked up. I don’t know how she does it, but she gets me in and out pretty quickly compared to other salons in the past. Thanks Brittney for making me feel like myself again!

Yunei did a Beautiful job on my haircut, styling and eyebrows. Took a bit longer then your quick cuts because she took great attention to detail thank you.. recently moved to FL from OH & I’m glad to found Shear Madness, I look forward to color correction appointment with Yunei, I’m sure will be perfect

I've had my thick, curly hair cut twice by two different individuals over the years. Can I just say, these girls never disappoint! Very pleasant atmosphere and interactions with no hard sell for add-ons. I would recommend the shop to anyone (even my family (jk)).

I had a complete over haul done on my color and Brianna did the most amazing job I have ever had in all the years I’ve been coloring my hair. She is amazingly talented and a sweetheart on top of it! I’ve been looking for a permanent for my hair stylist since I’ve got to Florida 5 years ago and I’m so excited I finally found her! I’d recommend Brianna and Sheer Madness to anyone. Prices are also extremely reasonable!!!

I give it 3 stars because I have been coming here for years and usually have an amazing experience, am happy with the outcome, and leave satisfied. However, after my last visit I probably will not be back. I got a partial highlight ($65) and my hair stylist this time around was Brittney. I had a couple things I would have said had I not known in the back of my mind that this was a $65 service. To begin, when brushing out my hair, she was really ripping threw it, the water on my scalp during my wash was boiling hot, and she did not exchange a single sentence with me during the whole service (2 hrs). The major problem was that I went into this appointment knowing the service I asked for , a partial highlight, is $65. You could probably imagine the shock i experienced when hearing my total is $212.00. It’s not my first time going to a hair salon, I know that usually when you get blonde highlights, a tone is necessary, which usually costs more, so I was expecting $100 max. Not happy that I wasn’t informed along the way of the upcharges and it was just sprung on me at the end. Definitely ask while you go through the process about extra charges ESPECIALLY if you go to Brittney. Again, this is probably my 10th time visiting this salon and this is the first negative experience I’ve ever had. If I would have known I would be paying for an over $200 service, I would have gone to someone who I thought was worth that amount of money.

Julissa is amazing!! She will work endlessly to achieve desired results. I love how thorough she was and how many questions she asked. She took me through the process of going brunette to blonde explaining the process step by step. She really listened to my wants and exceeded my expectations.

This was probably my best experience at a hair salon. Julissa was my stylist and she is a miracle worker ❤️ she fixed my choppy hair and colored it from a previous hair salon fail and she made my hair beautiful again. She gave me her honest opinion and always made sure I was okay with what she was going to do with my hair. She’s the definition of a professional and I’ll definitely be coming back.
