So, we tried out Throwbacks for our weekend outing! For those who don't know, Throwbacks is like a barcade and grill? Seems kid friendly since there was a kids birthday party going on while we were there. Plenty of 90s style games and classics, including pinball and skee ball. We had the wings and nachos supreme. Everything had cute names that I can't remember, references like Sonic and stuff. They had beers and white claws, etc. Dad had a Budweiser and i stuck with some Sprite. The wings were pretty decent! I should have gotten them a little hotter, but we enjoyed them. Dad had his plain and i had mild. They were fried pretty crispy and were very meaty. There was celery provided which is always preferred for me personally. I think they forgot our fries, but it's not a big deal because we didn't even remember lol! Couldn't even finish what we had honestly. The Nachos Supreme were very good too, lots of beef and white queso, got the jalapenos on the side. The service was awesome! Lisa was very helpful and attentive. I didn't catch everyone's name but almost all the staff assisted us with one thing or another. Everyone was super nice! We had a great time playing games and putting tunes on the jukebox. The games were priced reasonably! It's $15 per person for the whole day, no re-entry. The games are set to free play so you can continue over and over and play as much as you want. Definitely recommend for beer, food, and games! Less expensive than D&B and very much a Throwback!

LOVE that this is new to the beach area!! All you can play for one price and a great selection of drinks. The bar tenders were super sweet and attentive and we loved the selection. This will be a regular stop for us when we visit Jax beach!

This place is so very cool! The atmosphere is very fun with neat paintings of cartoon characters on the walls. They have an assortment of various video games such as 1-2 player, pin ball machines, air hockey, etc. There is also an area to sit and eat and enjoy some food and beverage. They also sell all sorts of interesting collectibles such as cards, figurines, and Funko Pops. The price includes a band that allows you to just continuously play any game, which is really nice. You don't have to worry about purchasing coins or refilling a card. It's a bit small, but they are expanding. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. We can't wait to go back!

Old school arcade with great games for the kids. Open late which is also a plus. $15 unlimited play for adults, $10 for kids.

Have been twice and the staff, food, and games are amazing. Definitely doing everything right. I hope Jacksonville shows up to appreciate their hard work.

For the two hours of experience I had in Throwbacks, I enjoyed it. It might be a small space at first but it feels right at home. Decent price for all-you-can-play as well as the food too! Will come back to it with a better appetite next time.

Love this place! Tons of different games, pinball machines galore, and the best games from my childhood like Ninja Turtles, Xmen, and The Simpsons. Great place to bring the kids and let them just have fun for a few hours. Added bonus, the pizza actually really good.

we got here before they were open and the bartender was nice enough to let us start playing a few minutes early. Its across the street from where we live and my son had a blast! they offer food drinks and beer! looking forward to a potential bday party in the future!

Food was decent and there were an adequate number of games. I went while they were under construction recently in January 2024. I think it's a great concept with an obvious appeal to the intended audience but the price makes me consider not going back for a long time. It makes me feel bad saying that because I had fun and it was a place I could seriously just spend almost an entire day in happily but the price means that I would want to plan it out for a long day

The hubs and I stopped in on a Thursday evening just to check it out. We shared a pizza and each had a beer. The employees were pleasant and the pizza was much better than we anticipated, it was handmade and the sauce had a really nice flavor. We will stop back again. For the video games we were told it is $15 per person for unlimited play for the whole day and 7 & under are free with a paying adult. Great deal to us

Great place !! All the employees were so kind and attentive and helpful . 15$ wristband for unlimited play and kids 5 and under are free with paying adult ! We got French fries and chicken wings and they were good and wings were cooked extra crispy just like I ordered . The only small suggestion I would make is investing in a few step stools to place around the facility for the littler boys and girls to be able to reach the games that are higher or have titled screens . We will definitely be returning !!

Very cool spot, good atmosphere and food! Great selection of classic arcade games, pinball machines and even some consoles to play on as well. We had a good time, my 5 year old son had a blast and favored trying his hand at skeeball. There also was a nice selection of collectible action figures and card games for sale. Will be back again!

The best service EVER. The ladies are so friendly and super attentive. The kids have a fantastic time here. You pay a fixed price of $15 wristband for adults and $10 for kids to play unlimited gameplay. I believe kids 6 and under are free to play. The pizza is fresh and delicious 😋. You can host parties here too!

Really like the place! A few more of some older pinball machines and a few more old school arcade games would be awesome. Overall I really enjoyed it and I know my wife did too!
